1.天干地支   是中國的東西

所以要先以陰曆來換算

999年

天干  為庚

999/12=83...3...3為寅

所以為庚寅年

(因為天干10個    民國元年為壬   二年為癸    三年為甲...依此類推

而地支為12個    所以除以12)

4月   為巳月

(因為目前正月以寅月起    寅後第四個地支為巳)

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】高盛證券出具汽車產業報告表示。新一代日產Nissan Sentra 10月有望搶市，看好Nissan OEM廠商可望受惠裕隆(2201)，但和泰車(2207)在Toyota Coroll市占有流失的狀況，加上國瑞汽車的競爭，獲利可能有風險。
 
高盛證券指出，Nissan樂觀看好Nissan Sentra單月銷量上看1000輛，不過高盛證較保守預期，新車單月銷售有望達500輛，裕隆(2201)仍可受惠新車題材，給予買進評等，並將目標價從60元上調至64元。
 
不過高盛證券也指出，中國市場Nissan Sentra接受度有好評，但豐田Toyota Corolla去年市佔有流失的狀況，這樣的趨勢可能延續到台灣市場，加上國瑞汽車的競爭，對和泰車(2207)獲利將有影響，維持賣出評等，但考量Altis預售情況，調升今年每股獲利1%。

去年國營事業依往例績效獎金提前全額發放，豈料經營考核降等，「覆水難收」至今收拾不了殘局，真糗！
 
營運虧損，若在民營機構，老闆早叫你捲鋪蓋回家吃自己了，至少「留校察看」，那還有臉要求分紅，以今天的國營事業年虧數百億績效表現，這在早期年代，企業主沒飆髒話已算客氣，很可能尾牙宴會故意雞頭向你暗示明年不用來了。
 
台灣的國營事業真的是隻大怪胎！經營不善眾所皆知，它本身卻似乎「自我感覺良好」，一年到頭都在喊虧本，4.6月最高額度年終獎金倒是一毛不少領，眾生皆曰不可，它偏千山獨行不必相「擋」，甚至發獎金時候未到，先行藉由「借支」名義生米煮成熟飯。
 
國營事業不等考績核定即已發放獎金，是太有自信抑或壓根兒不甩結果？反正經濟部及國營會考評是你家的事，我4.6月要領足是我家的事。筆者納悶的是，古欽差大人之所以擁有先斬後奏特權，乃緣有御賜尚方寶劍授權，國營事業的尚方寶劍在那裡呢？竟膽敢這般恣意妄為、有恃無恐！台電這下糗大了，考績列乙等，甲等獎金已發送員工完畢，且讓我們靜觀其如之何善後吧！

標題[新聞] 鐵路地下化移植160棵樹

　 記者吳孟珉／台南報導 　 鐵路地下化工程暫時無法動工，為避免進度落後太多，交通部鐵路改建工 程局決定先移植施工範圍約一百六十株公有地樹木，是台南市規模最大的 集體移樹工程，將趕在年底前發包。 　 市區鐵路地下化工程因反鐵路東移自救會抗爭，進度大大落後，原本今年 二月就要完成都市計畫變更，但如今連台南市都委會都還未舉行大會審議 ，遑論送內政部都委會拍板定案。 　 總經費約二九三點六億元的鐵路地下化工程預計一○六年五月完工，如今 進度落後，主體工程無法施作，交通部鐵改局只好改弦更張，從周邊次要 工程著手。 　 鐵路地下化路段全長約八點二三公里，由永康區台鐵大橋站南端起，至仁 德區亞航社區止，沿線公有地樹木均須移植。 　 鐵改局中部工程處段長蔡宗恭表示，基於環保，樹木採「移植」非「移除 」，扣除不具保留價植的雜樹，初步估具約一百六十株，九月底前會進一 步精算。 　 將移植樹木以樟樹及榕樹最多，全線並無市府列管的珍貴老樹，未來將移 植至安南區歷史博物館旁的公三九公園，另亦會就近提供附近學校移植。 　 這是台南市規模最大的集體移樹行動，將交由市府在年底前代為發包，工 程費七六七萬元。不過因部分樹木盤根錯節，與鐵道隔音牆「水乳交融」 ，評估遷樹恐會造成圍牆倒塌並影響安全，將在最後階段再處理。 2013/09/09 18:18 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130910/news/ncxw/T90016002013090918184926.htm　 自救會：老樹土地情感，居住正義 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.23.13 ※ 編輯: EvilWind 來自: 1.175.23.13 (09/15 11:28)
