當初會認識這家南澳非常有名的「建華冰店」，是因為要蓋「319鄉鎮護照」的南澳章，

但是老闆娘非常親切，令人印象深刻，從此每次環島都列為一定要停留的一站。

這天因為「南澳之旅」又再度來造訪，順便寫下篇食記。

以往台北市以外的美食，小豪大多都附在遊記之中，不會特別寫介紹，

但這家冰店往後應該還是會常常來捧場，獨立寫篇食記，陸續介紹各種口味給大家。

慢跑心跳變慢了，一分鐘59下心跳

從上個月底開始到下定決心要開始減肥至今，基本上只要是好天氣我都會在晚上排除一切困難出門慢跑，通常是八點半出門晚上十點鐘之前要回到家裡準備培養睡覺的情緒，前幾天剛開始跑的時後可能是身體太久沒運動了不適應連續四五天都很難入睡，大約都要在床上滾來滾去到二點多才能睡的著，上網查了一下原來這就是所謂的Runner's High，跑完步之後整個身體都醒過來而且體溫會升高要幾個小時之後才會降下來。
透過NIKE RUN+ 觀察跑步計劃進行的狀況，二十天的時間我跑了60公里，平均每天都有三公里，當然有「得」必有「捨」多了這麼多的時間去跑步鍛鍊身體我的部落格更新頻率就沒有辦法像以往一天五篇新文章的水準了，現在一天要吐出一篇新文章都要特別在睡前安排時間寫文。

最近看了一篇文章，它說「堅持長期慢跑的人，平時心跳頻率可下降到每分鐘 50～60 次左右，這可使心肌得到較長時間的休息。」剛量心跳變成一分鐘59下，這樣是代表我的心肺功能有變好了嗎? 

我之前的體檢報告不知道是不是太緊張的關係心跳測了三次都是九十多下，明明護士沒有很辣啊!?

【綜合報導】巴黎迪士尼最近被遊客聯署投訴食物差、缺乏表演，但其實樂園仍有不少死忠粉絲，有沙地阿拉伯王子曾經浪擲1500萬歐元（近6億台幣），包場3天舉行盛大派對。

英國《每日電訊報》報導，沙國王子阿爾薩烏德（Fahd al-Saud），為了慶祝取得學士學位，今年5月22至24日，將迪士尼包場3天，舉行派對。王子邀請了60名賓客出席，包括朋友及死忠的迪士尼粉絲。王子花費鉅款包場，當然享有特別權利，除了正常的開放時間外，他在早上6時公園開放前，及晚上11時公園關門後，仍可獨霸整個公園。

王子可謂迪士尼的超級粉絲，他之前已先後在香港、東京、加州與佛州的迪士尼主題公園開趴，巴黎是最後一站。王子的迪士尼派對有不少特別安排的節目，他本人更親自設計服飾和表演環節，又額外請來80名舞者。但迪士尼員工收到指示，不能向外界爆料。

【吳國仲、黃仲瑜╱台北報導】台北市忠孝東路6段，今天凌晨3時許，發生一起轎車失控衝撞安全島翻車的事故，駕駛一度受困車內，路過附近的民眾看到車禍立即打電話報警。
 
警消接獲報案立即趕到現場，章姓駕駛(25歲)疑似酒駕加上超速，導致擦撞翻覆，現場地上留下長約10公尺的煞車痕跡，翻車後駕駛受困車內，在消防隊的救援之下將駕駛救出送往忠孝醫院，駕駛在現場還一度大吵大鬧。
 
警方表示該名駕駛疑似酒駕，會請醫院做抽血檢驗，才可得知該名駕駛酒測數值是多少，如果有超標，會以公共危險罪送辦。

目前我是學生
但是我前兩個月帳單還沒到，我就已經在這個月開通了網路，請問帳單一樣會先繼兩個月的帳單讓我腳吧?
還是說3個月繳?這樣會破千
不要在叫我打給客服了.....
我每次打的客服通話一定都超過5分鐘，講確認資料，需要她們打給親人，做確認然後呢又等ˊˋ又要問我的電話號碼，就感覺客服很貴

【綜合報導】黃色小鴨前天首度在高雄組裝測試，有人為搶拍小鴨充氣過程，竟爬上碼頭旁公共藝術作品取景，引發網友撻伐「公德心倒退」。

網友「撒哇低咖」前天在Mobile 01貼文：《拍小鴨有需要踐踏別人的藝術？》還附上小鴨組裝現場旁，鋼雕藝術品「非金剛群」遭民眾攀爬取景的照片，有網友直言：「台灣薪資倒退，公德跟品德也倒退。真悲哀……」文化局駁二營運中心主任簡美玲說，民眾攀爬的作品是藝術家劉柏村以鋼鐵打造出男、女人形各8座，昨檢視並未毀損。橘子攝影工作室負責人方鵬綱建議，從光榮碼頭往真愛碼頭方向拍攝，可拍到小鴨正面；若想以高雄地標八五大樓當小鴨的背景，就從真愛碼頭觀景台向外拍。
