馬總統終於成為「勇腳馬」了？趁立法院長王金平還在馬來西亞主持女兒的婚禮，馬不尋常的在週日下午召開臨時記者會，狠心切割一生為國民黨在立法院賣命的王金平，並嚴厲指稱王的關說是「民主恥辱」。

與其說，這是馬英九展現罕見的壯士斷腕魄力，不如說，他是如此急切的要徹底消滅政敵王金平。

為什麼說馬罕見、不尋常、急切？因為馬總統一向給人瞻前顧後、治國無能的印象，民調甚至低到18％以下，過去雖然連續發生林益世案、李朝卿案、張通榮案、賴素如案、劉政鴻案，從未看他如此痛心疾首，說過「恥辱！」、「沉淪！」，顯然是他早已與王金平貌合神離，此次逮到機會迎頭痛擊，民眾看在眼中，是為民主法治，抑或是政治鬥爭，自然心知肚明。

問題是，王金平與他的支持者會善罷甘休嗎？馬總統有仔細考慮過切割王金平的政治衝擊與嚴重後果嗎？

先說王金平部分，王金平違反政黨政治義理，竟會為反對黨大黨鞭關說司法案件，自然是「陰溝裡翻船」，其實他所領導立法院的五人小組（立法院正、副院長、國民黨與民進黨黨鞭、民進黨團幹事長）向來呼風喚雨，任何國家大小法案不表決，只以朝野協商為名、五人喬了就算，早已惹得人人忌恨，加以最近為了民進黨幾次強佔主席台的事，王金平不但不排解，還表現出看好戲的心態，也讓國民黨高層憤懣難平。

但王金平也不是省油的燈，在立法院他一向禮數周到，滿足所有委員的要求，這次他受委屈，委員都很同情，未來他不論是結合朱立倫參選總統，或結合南部國民黨顏清標、張榮味等不滿勢力，另立山頭，都令人有「山雨欲來」的氣氛。

話說回來，整件關說案的禍首，其實是民進黨立委柯建銘，國民黨主席展現清黨的勇氣，但民進黨主席蘇貞昌卻一副事不關己的樣子，且反咬國民黨，絲毫不對柯建銘的素行說句重話，不免令民眾失望。

馬總統此一大動作立即的政治衝擊，就是誰來取代立院龍頭？誰能與民進黨協商法案？王金平被停黨權或運作自動請辭不分區立委後，最可能是副院長洪秀柱扶正，問題是，她能有王金平的圓融嗎？「民進黨若決心與她對立，下個立法院會期恐怕一個法案也過不了，連總預算都會成問題。」政治學者憂心。

有人稱讚馬英九總統這次總算表現出膽識了，令人感慨的是，如果他在每一個民眾關心的施政都這麼果斷，民調也不會這麼低迷。不過一位國民黨立委如此直言：「你們太不了解馬了，他對人事案向來都是如此無情無義的!」【更多精采內容，詳見】
