當然，台灣版本有內建Google play,
你在其他Android 手機可以下載，執行的軟體，MI2S當然也都可以，

今年9月台灣最受矚目的國際會議－2013亞太城市高峰會（APCS），9月9日至9月11日於高雄巨蛋盛大展開，高雄醫學大學登場的APCS「青年論壇」為峰會率先暖身起跑，近百名學生透過青年工作坊的分組交流，擬定本屆2013APCS青年宣言。陳菊偕同APCS發起城市布里斯本市市長Graham Quirk，一同前往高醫致贈感謝狀，並頒發青年參與證書給國內及國際青年與會代表，為踴躍參與峰會論壇的青年學子加油打氣。

高雄市長陳菊8日下午偕同布里斯本市市長Graham Quirk等貴賓一同出席APCS青年論壇，陳菊表示，高雄近幾年積極產業轉型，發展影視、數位內容產業，鼓勵青年學子深耕高雄，並藉由舉辦國際性活動，提升高雄軟實力及投資契機，Graham Quirk亦對高雄此次籌辦APCS表示肯定與期待。

陳菊表示，高雄過去產業發展以重工業為主，近幾年針對灰暗地景進行革新，不僅開闢公園綠地、濕地廊道，還包括河川污染與空氣品質的整治，及大眾運輸系統的推展，讓高雄變得更加宜居舒適。市府非常樂於分享這些城市治理經驗，就像2009年成功興辦世運會，今年也將透過APCS的舉行，讓高雄再度站上國際舞台。

陳菊指出，高雄是擁有年輕心靈的都會城市，透過文創產業引入，及傳統製造業的提升，開啟了經濟的轉型。青年可以有更多元的就業機會，以及不同實現夢想的路徑，不管是數位、影音產業，還是設計產業，都歡迎青年朋友來此深耕、發展，共創「高雄精神」。

為呼應全球對於青年參與國際活動的重視，峰會共規劃兩場與青年有關的主題座談會，高醫的「青年論壇」以大會議題為主軸，從青年角度探討與創意發想；另一場則是9月10日舉辦的首屆「青年社會企業論壇暨提案競賽〔YSE競賽〕」，廣邀國內外想創業並願意為自己城市盡心力的青年報名提案及參與大會會議。

布里斯本市長Graham Quirk也現場與青年學子分享科技帶來的人際溝通變革，鼓勵大家思考未來世代可能面臨的各種挑戰與好壞。Graham Quirk表示，這是他自2004年以來第7次造訪高雄，每一次到訪都能感受到高雄環境的發展與蛻變，APCS是一個連結城市的平台，讓城市領導者、企業領航者能夠共同討論、面對城市的發展議題。他認為高雄這次籌辦得相當完備，非常期待未來3天的盛會。

陳菊表示，2013APCS是高雄繼2009世運後，最大的國際盛會，今年共有102個國家城市代表，其中包含76位市長、副市長蒞臨，是高雄與世界接軌的一次絕佳機會，會中將介紹亞洲新灣區、水岸輕軌沿線未來的產業發展概況，讓與會貴賓對高雄產業實力有更深入的瞭解。

特偵組今天發表聲明，強調沒有監聽立法院長王金平，檢察總長黃世銘向總統報告關說案，既無洩密，也合乎憲法意旨。

特偵組9月6日以法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉接受立法院長王金平關說，指示高檢署檢察官林秀濤就立委柯建銘在全民電通案遭控背信獲判無罪後，不要上訴，讓柯建銘無罪定讞。特偵組將曾、陳分別函送監察院及送行政評鑑。曾勇夫已請辭獲准。

關說疑雲延燒，引發外界質疑檢調有無違法監聽國會議長問題、黃世銘拿監聽資料向馬總統報告，和葉盛茂向陳水扁報告洗錢情資很像，恐有洩密問題等。

特偵組透過聲明表示，因為偵辦法官涉貪案時，發現柯建銘疑另涉關說一宗假釋案，且有貪污之嫌，於是依通訊保障及監察法規定，向台北地方法院聲請核發通訊監察書（即俗稱監聽票）獲准後，才對柯建銘的一支行動電話監聽。

特偵組表示，這次是查關說假釋案期間，意外截錄到柯建銘與王金平就全民電通案的對話，特偵組從未監聽王金平。至於關說假釋案，經調查後，因查無柯建銘違法事證，全案已簽結。

而王金平為柯建銘向法務部、台高檢關說一事，特偵組表示，因查無金錢對價，於是認定此「重大司法風紀事件」未涉刑責，僅涉行政違失，且法務部長涉及事件，檢察總長向總統提出報告，絕無違反偵查不公開的洩密問題。

台聯立委葉津鈴今天指出，油電雙漲，中油、台電鉅額虧損卻仍照領高額獎金，她統計103年度兩家國營企業編列獎金發現，竟然高達36億及67億高額獎金，其他的國營事業也不遑多讓，17家國營事業共編列264億獎金，12萬8000多位國營企業員工平均每人可領近20萬6000元獎金。其中11家國營企業平均每人獎金超過22萬，這與行政院所雇用臨時人員4181人中，有1107人是支領最底薪資1萬9047元相比，「實在差很多」。

她說，這些貧工年薪也不過22萬8564元，17家國營企業中有9家、超過半數光獎金就超過這些臨時人員的一年薪資。

葉津鈴說，國營企業員工中，又以中國輸出入銀行獎金最多，平均每位員工可領28.2萬元，另前5名依序是中央存保公司27.7萬元、中央銀行24.7萬元、台灣金融控股公司24.6萬元、土地銀行24.1萬元。
