【綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘上午強調監聽立委柯建銘的電話絕對於法有據，而且是向台北地方法院聲請監聽票，經法官核准，所以整個監聽是合法，絕對禁得起考驗，更沒有浮濫的問題。黃說，有沒有浮濫，看監聽數量就知道了。

黃指出，這件醜聞案只監聽柯建銘的電話就查獲了，並沒有監聽立法院長王金平、法務部前部長曾勇夫部長及高檢署檢察長陳守煌，所以無浮濫的問題。

至於，從去年底監聽柯建銘的電話，迄今有半年之久，是否還有無其他未爆彈？檢察總長黃世銘表示：「無可奉告」。

美國加州北部延燒20天、擴及優勝美地國家公園的環火（Rim Fire），預期今天火勢會加劇。環火已擴及996.94平方公里，面積超過德州達拉斯市，已成為加州歷來第三大森林火災。

路透社報導，加州森林及消防處（California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection）、美國農業部林業署（Forest Service）及相關當局發布聯合聲明說，名稱取自觀景點「世界之環」（Rim of the World）的環火，預期會再燒兩週。

這場8月17日開始延燒的大火，從昨天以來擴大了將近1萬英畝，雖然野火大致還在防火線內。消防隊員在環火約80%周圍開闢了防火線。

面積約3000平方公里的優勝美地國家公園（Yosemite National Park）位於舊金山以東，每年約有400萬遊客，多半於6月到8月間造訪。通常8月有62萬名遊客，但這場大火使遊客人數下降。

【綜合報導】廣西桂林市靈川縣八里街小學門口發生爆炸。據現場目擊者稱，爆炸已造成人員傷亡，現場只看到大量斷肢，還有婦人在零星的火勢中痛哭。

目前爆炸具體情況仍待釐清，傳已有1人喪生，20多人受傷。爆炸原因還在調查中。

哈囉，你好，我當初找英文補習班也有問過飛哥跟夏朵英文，先跟你分享我對飛哥英文跟夏朵英文這兩家英文補習班的了解，

飛哥英文
飛哥英文除了有一般的高中英文之外，他們還有單科加強班，飛哥老師台灣大學外文研究所碩士，教學特色以「拉丁文解析法」、「人體文法教學」、「擬聲法」聞名，教材就是依照現有的高中版本來分班教學。

夏朵英文
夏朵英文跟飛哥英文一樣都是教高中英文，不同的是夏朵偏文理有獨立數學班，夏朵老師英國劍橋大學英文學系畢業，教學特色強調「發音正確」、「熟記單字」、「讀通文法」，會額外補充國際大事，教材由夏朵英文團隊自家編輯的英文書籍。

飛哥跟夏朵英文兩家相同的就是大班教學且固定時間上課，大多的升學式英文補習班都是如此。

其實我高一時有在飛哥補習，因為我好姊妹去飛哥英文所以也跟著去，但去上了一學期之後覺得不適合，上課內容比較亂，若不擅於整理筆記的人會東記一塊西背一塊，雜亂無章，而我剛好就是不會整理筆記的人= ="，後來我補一學期就沒在飛哥英文補習班了。

後來認真想想我需要更具有競爭力，不能跟著同學走，必須跟別人不一樣，高中英文補習班能進步的空間也很有限，尤其在寫作跟口說的能力上，根本就是沒有環境，都是老師在台上講我們在台下聽，所以決定要考英文檢定且增加自己的口說，希望透過檢定來證明自己的英文能力。

我在網友的推薦下去時代英文補習班，有別於這兩家高中英文補習班，這算是成人英文補習班，就是上班族或者大學生居多，實際去時代英文補習班了解過後，原本覺得那邊的學生年紀都比我大，怎麼一起學習英文，後來顧問說會在同一班上課就是擁有相同程度，是不分年齡來上課，這樣大家的起跑點一樣，老師教導會更有效率，吸收效果會更明顯；

而飛哥＆夏朵英文補習班卻是不管你英文程度怎樣，大家都是一起上高中課本內容，可以說是再次複習，班上一定會有特別強跟特別弱的人，那老師教一樣的東西，對強的人來說簡單，但對弱的人來說就困難了，這樣弱的那方會追得很辛苦，強的人也會覺得上課無趣。

還有飛哥＆夏朵英文補習班跟時代最大的差別就是班級人數，前者往往都是快百人，跟時代英文補習班幾十人差了10倍，為什麼要花錢再學一次學校的東西，而且人多教學品質就低了。

看過教學影片後，就決定在時代上課，老師不但有趣還很用心，有別於在飛哥英文補習班的印象，因為以前我從來不知道可以這樣快樂的學英文，高中的英文是國中的衍伸，英文文法會比較難，英文單字的難度也會加深一點，但越是大考越沒範圍可言，所以我認為高中英文不難，只是你必須把基礎打好，並且懂得變化，我就是高一下之後才領悟，趕緊為了自己的英文程度去時代英文補習班，我不希望未來只能當啞巴，會看卻不懂得怎麼說，無法跟外國人溝通，以上是我個人觀點跟建議，希望能對你的選擇有幫助，加油！

英文的state可以是指國家，好像以色列的英文全名是 The State of Israel，本身擁有獨立的體系。若果是聯邦制國家，就是由不同的邦(state)，美國的譯作州，所組成的國家。

薩克森王國一早已經不存在，現在的薩克森州是東西德統一之後才重新劃分的，而德累斯頓(Dresdon)是薩克森州的首府。

現在德國還有兩個以薩克森為名的州：

下薩克森 Lower Saxony 首府漢諾威 Hannover

薩克森-安哈特 Saxony-Anhalt 首府馬格德堡 Magdeburg

【憲法】《德意志聯邦共和國基本法》于１９４９年５月２３日生效。基本法確定了德國五項基本制度：共和制、民主制、聯邦制、法制國家和社會福利制度。１９５６年、１９６８年曾作過較大修改。１９９０年８月兩德“統一條約”對《基本法》某些條款又作了適應性修訂，１０月３日起適用于全德國。

薩克森自由州是德意志聯邦共和國的一個聯邦州，首府為德累斯頓。這裡的經濟開發較早，著名的“奧迪”汽車公司、第一架反射照相機、牙膏軟管、帶過濾嘴的紙煙、漱口水、啤酒瓶蓋和咖啡濾紙等都是從這裡走向世界的。

首府德累斯頓曾因建築的華麗和雅致而被喻為是“易北河畔的佛羅倫薩”。許多德國著名的作曲家都曾在這裡從事創作，並在這裡首演他們的重要作品。被歌德在“浮士德”’中稱為“小巴黎”的萊比錫是該州最大的城市，也是著名的博覽會城市和出版業中心。

薩克森州擁有眾多的，絕大部分建於巴羅克時期的華麗宮殿、漂亮的公園和花園。除了德累斯頓的回廊，還有莫利茨堡宮殿、臘門瑙宮、克拉芬巴赫水上宮殿、庇爾尼茨宮殿和公園以及海德瑙－大賽德里茨花園，都是值得一遊的所在。埃爾茨山脈中的“銀子之路”和“薩克森葡萄酒之路”也是旅遊勝地。每年舉行的豐富多彩的節日會演，例如德累斯頓音樂節、國際迪克西蘭文娛會演和德累斯頓的易北文化節、拉德鮑伊爾的卡爾·邁－節日和被稱為“相逢”的克姆尼茨文化節。

薩克森基本資訊

英文名：Saxony

位置：位於德國東部。其北部是勃蘭登堡州，西北是薩克森-安哈爾特州，西部是圖林根州和巴伐利亞州。南方有捷克共和國，東方是波蘭。

經緯度：州政府為北緯51°03′，東經13°45′。

行政區劃：分22個縣和7個州直轄市。重要的城市有德累斯頓、萊比錫、開姆尼茨、茨維考等。

歷史：

薩克森州建於薩克森王國的故土上。第一次世界大戰後建立薩克森自由邦（Freistaat Sachsen），是魏瑪共和國的一部分，1934年被解散。1945年重建薩克森自由邦，是蘇佔區的一部分，1949年成為德意志民主共和國的一部分，1952年再次被解散。1990年德國統一後再次建立薩克森自由州。
