【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣魚池鄉公所「2013日月潭紅茶文化季」將於下週登場，今年首創舉辦「熱氣球賞日月潭、紅茶嚐鮮月」活動，今天清晨6時，在向山遊客中心廣場熱汽球第一次升空，為紅茶季暖身，色彩鮮豔的熱汽球緩緩上升約50公尺空中，徜徉在青山綠水之間，俯瞰向山遊客中心及部分日月潭水域，遊客石淑玉說「很棒的體驗！」。

業者謝佳洲表示，月底前總共有4個熱汽球進駐日月潭，將提供120人次免費給鄉內國中、小學弱勢學童搭乘，從空中鳥瞰家鄉的美麗景觀。

【綜合報導】花蓮縣吉安火車站前的意象碉堡，傳出有人在上面「做愛做的事」，居民已見怪不怪，譏為該處是青少年的「極樂天堂」、「人家『辦事』，不吵到我們就好」；鄉公所接獲陳情，欲拆梯杜絕情色風。

《聯合報》報導，該意象碉堡位在吉安火車站前的文化二街旁綠地，約1層樓高，周邊有13根矮柱包圍，頂端有水泥椅子，相當隱密。村長通報鄉公所，在碉堡旁設立路燈照明，盼春色「見光死」，但民眾告訴他，「下午4、5點都敢脫光衣服了，照再亮也沒用」。

鄉公所說，因碉堡是公共設施，不能隨意拆除，僅先把鐵梯入口封起，未料青少年仍「趁隙而入」，只好派員拆除部分鐵梯。

美國媒體多項初步統計顯示，總統歐巴馬對敘利亞用兵的提案難在國會取得過半票數。白宮方面指出，如果國會否決提案，歐巴馬沒有單獨執行攻擊任務的意向。

根據美國廣播公司（ABC）的初步統計，多達217位聯邦眾議員已表達反對或傾向反對美軍介入敘利亞的提案，全案如果6日投票，鐵定無法在眾院過關。

有線電視新聞網（CNN）的調查顯示，106位眾議員和18位參議員將投下反對票，23位眾議員與24位參議員同意用兵，仍有300多位議員意向不明，過關的機會極低。

白宮副國家安全顧問布林肯（Tony Blinken）6日在全國公共電台（NPR）表示，歐巴馬當然有獨自採取軍事行動的權力，但他不希望在缺乏國會授權的情況下動武。

布林肯說，如果國會否決攻敘提案，歐巴馬不希望也沒有意圖單獨執行攻擊敘利亞的任務。

布林肯強調，美國已用盡外交手段處理敘利亞危機，才會排除不動用武力的建議。美國已對敘利亞巴夏爾．阿塞德政權採取經濟制裁，不斷施壓，並多次將問題向聯合國安全理事會提出。

歐巴馬政府強勢要求國會和國際社會支持用兵敘利亞，面臨俄羅斯、中國大陸、德國等多國反對，英國、日本和澳洲等盟邦僅表示精神支持，對出兵意興闌珊，導致歐巴馬在國內外面臨騎虎難下的窘境。
