2003年小弟27歲
拖著一咖皮箱
一個人從北部下來高雄打拼
一轉眼10年了
真不知道當時哪來的勇氣

從一個月4000元雅房到後來5000元套房
從頂樓加蓋~房東房子被法拍
搬到另一處住一樓遭竊
搬到2F沒有窗戶(熱死了)
搬到3F房間淹水(颱風天窗台滲水到木地板都是水)
真的是多災多難
水電平均計算約6000元/月
租屋8年大概付了5X萬的房租
到頭來什麼都沒有

每個月跟10000元的會
逼自己存錢
2009~2010年間
開始思考自己已經3X出頭
也會結婚生子
總不能一直租屋下去吧
一開始鎖定五甲路周邊大樓
但也要3XX多萬
同事有買也過去看過
感覺不錯

但老爸一直建議買房子一定要買透天
免的漏水，裂縫，等等跟樓上樓下有糾紛.......
(可能老一輩的人都偏愛透天吧!!)

心想~~~我哪有那麼多錢可以買透天
就算狀況好點的中古透天少說也要個4-500萬吧
爛的2層樓透天可能有2-300萬的
但屋齡應都很高
不就要花很多翻修
都是走馬看花亂看
也沒有很用心的找房子

直到2011年3月某天
去火車站接女朋友(現在已經是老婆大人了)
在路口停紅綠燈時
發現電線桿上面貼著一張售屋
透天4樓
售328萬
這價格夠吸引人了吧
光我看的五甲路周邊大樓一戶也可能不只這價格
反正看看也沒差
於是撕下來拿回租屋處
當天馬上打電話給屋主
運氣還真好
要賣的房子就在我租屋處的後面巷子
二話不說立馬過去看屋

這戶總共4層樓
屋齡18年
第一眼看到就很喜歡
每層樓都挑高很舒服
沒有壓迫感
當下直接問屋主最底要賣多少
他開280萬
其實這價格我已經可以接受

當天就打電話跟爸媽討論
也問過附近鄰居房價
我在附近租房子3年了
這邊當初剛建好大概500~600萬
但是房價一直掉
現在大概剩下3XX上下
鄰居說其實可以買
因為他還有增建
大概花了100多萬

隔周就請爸媽南下一起過去看房子
爸媽也很喜歡
原本要從250開始出價
殺到後來以270萬買斷
全部過戶房屋稅都由屋主負擔
我只負責代書過戶費用
只能說老爸談價格功力讓我太欽佩了

小弟一切從簡
完全沒有裝潢
只有買傢俱
傢俱、家電全部用到好花不到300萬
很多家電都是北部家裡用不到
老爸老媽贊助
真的太感激了~省了很多$$
跟銀行貸款了200萬
每月房貸不到1萬
一個月後搞定直接搬進去
有這麼透天住我已經很開心
至少有能力負擔
不會喘不過氣

買房子不能急
有時候要靠緣份加上一點點運氣吧
找了1~2年房子
辛苦總算有了結果

2012年10月我們結婚了

加上爸媽或弟弟弟媳下來高雄玩
也有多餘的房間可以讓他們住
不用花錢住外面
只是......每當要整理時....真的很想哭
或許這就是所謂"甜蜜的負擔吧"

現在老婆懷了小BABY
預產期明年3月初
好開心自己一步步的完成自己的夢想
雖然不是什麼豪宅
但有一個遮風避雨的家
已經很開心~很滿足了

【胡守得／台北報導】辭去法務部長的曾勇夫，今天上午9時20分回法務部打包行李，一夜之隔，曾勇夫神清氣爽、臉露微笑接受訪問說，「經過昨天一夜，醜陋的事都已忘了，未來是美麗快樂的老百姓生活，天天都是星期天。」
 
曾勇夫承認立法院長王金平有打電話給他，內容確實有提到柯建銘上訴案，但「話到我耳朵為止，我沒有再轉出去，怎會是關說？」
 
對於辭職是否受到府院壓力，曾勇夫說，「我都忘掉了，未來要向前看」，隨後進入部長室打包物品。

從國1認識到現在高1了 目前狀況是，我跟他聊天。。。有時候可以一直創造話題，有時候。。她真的可以冷到不行，，我每次都要找話題，她又句點我。。這真矛盾。。
之前他有說，我是唯一能給她句點又一直回的人，超厲害。
她句點我 我是不是還是一樣繼續跟她聊？
還是我就真的先不理他。。。

今天終於牽到了~雖然過程有點不開心~~~但騎到~就爽~~~~
加速不錯~高速穩定性高~好騎的一台機車~~
燈系~~真的是~不錯~好美~~
只是他的~~~聲音~~真的比想像中的大聲~~~
不過也比想像中的好騎~~~
車箱~~~~原本我是騎NEX125八耐~~超大~一男一女的安全帽3/4~可簡單放入~
現在頂多一頂~加小朋友的安全帽可以吧~~

【李世珍／綜合報導】好萊塢男星威爾史密斯（Will Smith）17年前主演的《星際終結者》全球大賣245.2億元台幣，導演羅蘭艾墨瑞契準備籌拍續集，威爾曾透露不會續攤，導演也表示他現在身價太貴了，請不起，但外傳兩人最近討論繼續合作，外界解讀是因威爾今年的《地球過後》慘賠，票房魅力開始下滑，打算回鍋成名作，挽救頹勢。
 
艾墨瑞契接受「Digital Spy.com」網站表示：「我曾說過威爾不會續攤《星》片，因為他一開始就拒絕，但我們現在碰面洽談，計劃再次合作，什麼事情都可能發生。」威爾在《星》片扮飛官，詮釋美國總統的比爾普曼，以及飾演電腦專家的傑夫高布倫都已答應續攤，但由於前製作業尚未展開，續集可能要到2016年才會推出。

　　大宇資訊表示，玩家即日起可於遊戲開始介面 Launcher 自動下載 V1.05 更新檔，優化版本因檔案較為龐大，則需手動下載安裝「V1.05 優化版＋更新檔」。

《軒轅劍陸》V1.05 優化版＋更新檔開放下載！

　　認真傾聽玩家對遊戲的需求與建議，DOMO 小組積極提升遊戲順暢度並提供更多優化內容。《軒轅劍陸》V1.05 優化版＋更新檔，讓玩家「交通便利」，新增奄國近郊、東觀森林、天臺密林、太華翠林等地圖的傳點功能，節省時間、快速達陣。

　　下載 V1.05 優化版＋更新檔之後，玩家使用煉妖壺收妖時，按 ESC 可跳過收妖動畫。並新增可獲得法寶「玄珠」的支線任務，「玄珠」可讓玩家在受到普通攻擊時，增加敵人的破綻值；新增可獲得法寶「集息囊」的支線任務，「集息囊」隨著寶箱開啟的比例增加，可增提升主角的防禦力。

　　另外，中地圖將可顯示礦點方便玩家收集。並新增劇情回顧功能、部分動物音效、商店物品買賣數量可循環等，大為提升遊戲質感。
