鈺創科技董事長盧超群一手創立DRAM設計與產品服務公司鈺創科技，並與哥哥盧志遠共同創立IC封測廠欣銓科技；盧氏兄弟的創業路程，在台灣半導體產業傳為佳話。

盧超群也是台積電旗下IC設計服務公司創意電子的創辦人之一。他不僅是一位對研發技術很堅持的工程師，更是一位充滿理想、邏輯及使命感的創業家，父母親的教育及經驗傳承，對他有很深的影響。

盧超群的母親是虔誠的基督徒，凡事認真、想到、說到、做到的身教，是盧超群自求學到創業傑出表現的根基。父親是華人著名的礦冶學家，父親的理想性、自我期許、使命感，深深影響盧超群的生命態度。因此，在他的心目中，創業不只是在創造一公司，更是實踐一個理想。

盧超群大學就讀台大電機系，是班上第一名畢業，之後在美國史丹福大學取得碩、博士學位。

盧超群在史丹福學習到獨立做研究的方法，並進入美國IBM研發中心工作，累積了豐富的研發經驗。

回台後，參加國家次微米計畫，創立鈺創公司。當時他主張，既然要做半導體產業，就一定要把研發創新落實產業化、滿足客戶的設計或產品需求，隨後參與台灣DRAM、SRAM產業發展，2004年提出3D IC的設計與新商業模式的概念，從趨勢中找機會。

一路走來，他始終把三件事情放在心上。這三件事情分別是超越社會及家人對自己所訂定的標準、完成自己為自己所設定的標準。

此外，身為基督徒，達成上帝要他完成的事，也是成功。「成功就在一念之間。」

今年台灣半導體產業協會改選理監事，他接下理事長的重擔。盧超群表示，全球半導體產業能快速、有條理地成長，有賴世界半導體理事會（WSC）旗下分布在美國、歐洲、大陸、日本和南韓等地的半導體產業協會制訂策略，他希望讓台灣半導體產業協會走向世界舞台，參與並開啟國際關心的議題。

由他提出的「How to Significantly Grow Semiconductor Industry and Attract Top Talents to Our Industry.（如何帶動半導體產業成長，並且吸引優秀人才投入）」新議案，獲得WSC贊同，列為明年在台灣舉辦WSC年會的主要議題。

盧超群說，「因為還有理想，所以勇於擔綱」，幾個月前，已在半導體產業協會裡頭設立產學委員會。他認為，人才是台灣產業發展必備的要件，希望培養有志青年，投入產學研發，讓更多年輕人加入半導體產業。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】南迴鐵路中斷，搭乘鐵路回南部和西部的旅客昨天銳減一半，台鐵台東站表示，許多民眾自知南迴中斷，已自動更改行程，全天都有旅客前來車站退票，今天則是有5班區間車停駛，但像自強號等需由公車接駁的班次，卻平均誤點近1小時。但卻有民眾發現，決定要停駛的列車，「在網路上還訂得到票！」，怒批台鐵效率太差。

而因車次停駛造成許多民眾需另覓班次搭乘，在大廳裡無聊等待，大多低頭滑手機並不時抬頭看著火車還有多久到站，唯有情侶甜蜜出遊，無視時間流逝和眾人目光，在車站大廳接吻。

苗栗大埔案引起許多大學生聲援，上午在青年署舉辦的青年政策論壇中，不少學生提出農地政策建言。政大地政系大四學生宋炫章提出報告，指2003年至2011年全國已經流失400座中正紀念堂的農地，建議透過國土計畫將土地分類，確保優良農田不得變更。

總統馬英九原本今天要親自出席會議，聆聽青年對國政的建議，但因為近日豪雨成災，南迴鐵路還發生自強號列車撞上土石流，造成南迴全線中斷，馬總統今天臨時取消原訂行程前往屏東勘災。
