【綜合報導】台鐵自強號遇到土石流，造成火車出軌的意外，晚間台鐵冒雨派出人力漏夜搶通，同時加派火車頭待命，準備把隧道內的3節車廂拖走，台鐵表示，最快9/1號早上就會搶通，這段時間，南迴段所有車次都會改以公車接駁。

從 1990 年代晚期以來，紐約時裝周一直是白人模特兒的天下。追蹤時尚動態的網站 Jezebel.com 統計，從 2008 年至今，白人模特兒在伸展台的比重一直維持在 79.4% 以上未曾改變

距今 5 年前，時尚界曾自我檢討，為什麼主流品牌伸展台上絕大部份模特兒都是白人。美國版《Vogue》雜誌 2008 年 7 月號就刊登過這樣的主題：時尚界是否有種族歧視問題？該篇報導呼應同期意大利版《Vogue》，該期內頁全部都是黑人模特兒上鏡，訪談名人也都是黑人。為此議題，模特兒經紀人 Bethann Hardison 發起相關論壇，美國設計師協會 (CDFA；Council of Fashion Designers of America) 主席 Diane von Furstenberg 則呼籲協會成員在選用模特兒時，應多選擇不同膚色。

但在那之後，模特兒的世界幾乎沒有任何改變。

《紐約時報》報導，從 1990 年代晚期以來，紐約時裝周一直是白人模特兒的天下。追蹤時尚動態的網站 Jezebel.com 統計，從 2008 年至今，白人模特兒在伸展台的比重一直維持在 79.4% 以上未曾改變；而黑人模特兒從 2008 年秋季的 4.9% 增加至 2009 年秋季的 7.4% 之後，就一直維持在相近比重，沒有明顯再增加。2013 秋季紐約時裝周，黑人模特兒比例又降回 6%，白人模特兒比例則回升至 82.7%。

歐洲大品牌如 Céline 和 Dior，走秀伸展台上就完全看不到黑人模特兒，這使得其他膚色模特兒更難獲得設計師青睞。

■不思改變的時尚業

曾在流行歌王 Michael Jackson 音樂錄影帶中演出美豔埃及王后的黑人名模 Iman 指出，模特兒產業有嚴重的問題。在她活躍的 1980 至 90 年代，Calvin Klein、Gianni Versace 和 Yves Saint Laurent 等品牌都一定會選用部份黑人模特兒拍攝宣傳照，但今非昔比。雖然時尚產業避口不談，但種族歧視確實存在。而亞洲面孔在伸展台能見度上升，部份原因則是為了吸引中國消費者對奢華品牌的注意。

雖然美國總統與第一夫人都是黑皮膚，但 Iman 說，情況並未改善。許多黑人模特兒在甄選時都會得到類似「我們已經選好黑人女孩」的回答，但真正讓時尚產業裹足不前的因素，是在觀賞清一色白人模特兒走伸展台時，底下的觀眾完全沒有感到任何不妥。儘管業界早已經有相關討論，但有些品牌、有些攝影師，總是不肯選擇黑人模特兒，也對時尚業界種族歧視問題視而不見。

Hardison 直指，部分問題在於對時尚產業有足夠影響力的人沒有對設計師提出這樣的要求。紐約時裝周即將於 9 月展開，Hardison 從社交媒體上發起活動，要求公眾監督那些不選用黑人模特兒的設計師，並希望提醒消費者有這一類設計師的存在，或許人們在選購鞋或包時，會三思再決定。

Hardison 認為，這些漠視抗議的品牌令人忍無可忍；經常發表熱情演說的名模 Iman 則表示，必須用各種可能的手段抗議。Iman 說，現在需要的是像 1960 年代那樣強烈的表態，讓他們知道若不採用黑人模特兒就將遭到杯葛，妥善利用社交媒體可以有效造成影響力，也能讓品牌感受到民眾的憤怒。

【自強號出軌】台鐵救難人員　遭批動作慢

【綜合報導】台鐵自強號衝撞土石流出軌，台鐵已經將卡在隧道內的第1、2車廂拖離隧道，不過有救難人員跟媒體抱怨，到現場時都沒有看到台鐵的救難人員，質疑台鐵動作慢半拍。

救難人員表示，他們抵達現場的時候，沒有看到任何台鐵救難人員在現場，而且列車上250名乘客非常驚慌，卻只有1位列車長在負責安撫情緒，根本就不夠。一直到30分鐘後，台鐵救難人員才到現場，直言動作慢半拍。

【綜合報導】陳偉殷先發對洋基，在第3、4局出狀況，由於始終無法解決洋基開路先鋒賈納(Brett Gardner)，再加上僅僅4局就投出轉戰大聯盟之後單場最多的5次四壞球，僅管飆出本季最快的95哩速球，但投完前4局已經失掉3分，並且用了82球，結果被換下場。

幸好7局上，洋基更換投手，金鶯隊大舉反攻，捕手威特斯(Matt Wieters)、游擊手哈迪(J.J. Hardy)、以及外野手瓊斯(Adam Jones)狂灌7分，反以7比3超前洋基，替陳偉殷的敗投解套。陳偉殷目前個人戰績為7勝7敗，自責分率略升為3.87，金鶯隊戰績為72勝63負，暫列美聯東區第三。

----------------------------------------------- 當生命走到盡頭的時候， 我是否有一件值得回憶的驕傲呢？ ----------------------------------------------- 圖文網誌版: http://ppt.cc/l2ix ----------------------------------------------- 這部電影，是在台北電影節時候觀看的。這年頭，好像很流行取名甚麼戰，像是《寒戰》 、《毒戰》、《逆戰》，一窩蜂的戰戰戰，是有去算過筆劃，有戰有保佑嗎？實在是不解 。再怎樣下去，哪天有《連戰》都不意外惹~當初影展會選這部片，就是看到彭于晏那嚇 死人的肌肉，想說他才拍完《翻滾吧！阿信》的體操選手，竟然又折磨自己投入這種運動 電影。看來，應該是很棒的電影，才會值得演員這樣投入(應該吧)。那，就讓我們來看看 ，彭于晏到底是戰甚麼吧~ 劇情大意，當生命走到盡頭的時候，你是否有一件值得回憶的驕傲呢？從前，我只知道雲 遊四海到處享樂，卻發現，原來，我一事無成；從前，我是個叱吒風雲的拳王，卻因為打 假拳，我輸了人生；從前，我有個美滿的家庭，但因為疏忽，讓家庭失去了笑聲；從前， 母親是溫柔的，但因為那次意外，媽媽嘴角不再揚起。這是我的人生，一個屬於我自己的 擂台，我要逆轉勝，勇敢戰鬥！為自己贏得一個掌聲，激戰，讓我們為自己而戰吧！ 林超賢導演過去曾執導過多部膾炙人口的警匪、槍擊電影，這一次捨棄這些元素，選擇了 MMA〈綜合格鬥〉。導演認為，警匪片有一種節奏存在著，而文戲在當中很難發揮，所以 他尋覓到MMA這個題材，除了有擅長的動作戲，他在這題材能有足夠空間能去發揮文戲， 去加強情感部分或是人物刻劃，用更濃厚的敘事手段襯托動作戲。而《激戰：勇者不敗》 ，就是這就是這樣誕生的。 從開頭雲南單車行，影像上見識攝影師對於光影、孩童神情捕捉，就讓人期待著，隨後動 作場面會是如何怎樣的華麗呈現。而沒有錯，《激戰》的對戰場面的確毫不馬虎！雖然鄙 人沒有觀看自由搏擊、摔角的經驗，無從比較，但是，我必須說，《激戰》的擂台戰真的 看得大呼過癮！流暢的動作打擊、搭配節奏的快速剪輯、緊湊的刺激配樂、拳者教練評審 觀眾四方視角的快速轉換，這些元素，讓每一場動作戲都精彩萬分，拳拳扎實，極具真實 ，讓觀眾屏息以待，揪個一顆心，血脈噴張看完每一場戲！ 而《激戰》的特效、動畫更是以假亂真，像是一場戲角色鼻子被打歪，真的是毫無破綻， 讓觀眾看得當下著實相信，為角色捏了一把冷汗。而彭于晏、張家輝的身材更是本片難以 忽略的亮點。彭花了四個月，而張家輝則是練了八個月鍛鍊身體、學習自由格鬥，看到他 那把年紀有這樣的肌肉線條，可以想見是花了怎樣的驚人毅力，整個打趴一堆線上演員的 事前準備，非常敬業，請給他拍拍手！(但張太太很不爽，老公因為演戲沒空，都跟她分 房睡~) 而這份數月的努力，更讓張彭兩角投入劇情，充分瞭解到角色的那份求勝心進而成功詮釋 。果真，張家輝獲得了金爵獎影帝。除了動作戲外，張在本片詮釋出一種失意落魄感，雖 然嘴巴上會說笑，但看得出一種命運妥協的成年人落寞。隨著劇情堆疊，這角色逐漸扭轉 個性，步向成功，演出一個令人感動的故事。在這部分，張家輝做到了！ 而，在導演掌握之下，在細緻的故事中，其他三位主角也有不惶多讓的精湛演出。彭于晏 演出一種積極向上的年輕鬥士、梅婷將精神耗弱女角詮釋得淋漓盡致、更不用說李馨巧的 人小鬼大，其成熟演技銜接了梅婷與張家輝的情感，她更以十歲之齡贏得了金爵獎最佳女 主角。 此外，《激戰》更做出一種文化融合。明明故事發生在澳門，卻有濃厚的香港感，老舊樓 房、幽暗窄巷，小人物的辛酸，都有著過去香港電影一脈相承的奮鬥感。而本片演員分別 有中港台三種背景，不同口音、語言，但透過劇情的穿針引線卻融合不顯突兀。像是程輝 想講普通話融入，卻被阿君嫌，而改講粵語。同樣思齊也被程輝嫌，因此只講普通話。這 樣的設定，打破過往兩岸三地過去的配音兩地制，而因為這樣原音呈現，使得觀眾更能貼 近故事。 **以下有較深的劇情討論，不想被爆，快逃呀** 林超賢導演在開頭用三段故事，快速交代三方的失意。 我將這三分解讀為，有夢想、沒夢想、失去夢想的三人； 有夢想指的是林思齊。身為富二代的他，過去豐衣足食，直到失去一切，受到父親不尊重 ，他才開始尋找自己的存在，去追尋一個夢想。就像他說『我相信站在這個舞臺上的每一 位拳手，都有一個目的，一份希望。我來參加比賽，我只想讓一個人看見，他眼中的不可 能，也可以變成可能。』，他透過這場比賽，要去證明給父親看，希望的可能。請等待我 ，我將征服世界。 失去夢想是指程輝。由於打假拳失志，他生活渾渾噩噩，過去的拳王風範不再。但透過與 阿君、小丹的相處，他找到心的歸所，更透過林思齊的激勵，重新燃起對格鬥的熱情，進 而擁抱這曾失去的夢想。 沒有夢想的是阿君。在那場意外過後，其實她早已行屍走肉。再怎樣也回不到從前，她不 是失去夢想，而是將自己困在一個牢籠，停留在原地。雖然小丹在身旁陪伴著，但她依舊 將傷痛留在浴室，不願面對那個回憶，就像那棵小樹，一直遭受風雨摧殘著。直到程輝的 闖入，才改變了她，讓她走出陰霾，在黑暗中找出光線。 透過劇情的穿插，角色們互相彼此影響著。程輝與小丹，超越了父女的情感，不斷給予彼 此激勵，而不是單方的照顧。程輝訓練著林思齊，看到過去的自己，甚至在最後，去繼承 他的意志傳承下去。原來《激戰》的『激』，說的不是『激烈戰鬥』，而是一種彼此的『 激勵鼓舞』，一種生命的絕對。 而這些戰鬥，也不是單純的肉體搏鬥，而是一種情感的表達。程輝曾說；『我還有東西輸 嗎？不重要了！贏也好，輸也好。什麼都回不來了』他要用格鬥，展現出生命的狂熱。林 思齊的父親不也對人生深感絕望嗎？直到他看到兒子為夢想而戰，他終於感受到那份熱忱 。原來，很多事不用開口，讓身體去說這一切，回歸到人類原始的打鬥。其實，單純的肢 體動作，也是可以有著滿溢的真實情感。 結語時間，《激戰》真的是今年值得推薦一看的華語片，就像導演所說，男人看了會很熱 血，女生看了很興奮。也就是呢，假如你喜歡熱血動作電影，它就是《激戰》；假如你愛 好男體肌肉，它就是《肌戰》；若你喜愛愛家輝彭于晏間若有似有的腐味師徒情，或是兩 位帥哥接吻的話，那它就是《G戰》！但，不論你怎麼看它，它依然是一部無庸自疑的好 片，所以，上吧！ -- 是個愛看電影的鍵人。 http://bernd97.pixnet.net/blog movie板：z-6-5 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.64.183 ※ 編輯: bradcool 來自: 114.26.64.183 (09/02 10:30)

由徐克執導的《狄仁傑之神都龍王》昨（1日）下午在北京舉行終極預告片發佈會，「武則天」劉嘉玲被問到是否會想和老公梁朝偉合作演出徐克的電影，讓她當場笑回：「還是不要了！」

導演徐克、總監製陳國富、以及飾演「武則天」的劉嘉玲一起出席預告發佈會，由於劉嘉玲曾憑前作《通天神探狄仁傑》裡的武則天一角拿下影后，這次再扮年輕武則天，她表示自己並不是為了報恩，而是因為自己很喜歡這個角色。

不過劉嘉玲也當場投訴徐克為她設計的造型，因為頭實在太重太累了，直說：「為拍戲掉了好多頭髮。」徐克趕緊解釋：「武則天作為唐朝的時尚榜樣，造型當然要符合唐朝的美學，唐朝貴族不好當呀。」

一旁的陳國富也大讚她是「演藝圈的貴族」，更說：「拍攝前我不能想像劉嘉玲演武則天會是什麼樣子，現在我無法想像不是劉嘉玲出演的武則天會是什麼樣子。」讓劉嘉玲聽了也說期待徐克能拍一部以武則天為主角的電影，笑說自己要演武則天到80歲。

之所以會想要朋友代辦是這樣子的 因為我的台哥大合約要到9/15才到期 之前不論何時退租都要賠兩千(好多T^T) 所以想等到合約到期後再去中華np 而且中華的人告訴我說要確定完成np才能轉購機約拿手機(我想要大省方案的網內免費) 完成np要2~3個工作日 所以我9/16去 去中華辦理np 剛好又卡到中秋連假 估計要到9/23才能轉購機約 可是因為我9/17就會出國 直到10月初才會回來(怕大省方案的網內免費10月就沒了) 所以就想說之後轉購機約請朋友代辦 想請問各位大大是否有請朋友代辦的經驗呢? 謝謝了 -- 正因為有太多的不滿足 才會造成過多的不幸福 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.218.31

吸金3億落跑 鉅晶總裁判7年 【聯合報╱記者林志函／台北報導】2013.08.31 03:20 am http://udn.com/NEWS/SOCIETY/SOC4/8133200.shtml 鉅晶科技總裁張伊犁吸金三億多元，落跑大陸十年多，日前遭押解返台。台北地院 認為張伊犁雖認罪，但沒清楚說明相關金錢流向，遑論賠償被害人，難稱有悔意； 合議庭認為檢方求刑三年半太輕，依違反證券交易法判刑七年。 法院首度開庭時，張伊犁否認犯罪，多次舉手告訴法官有很多意見要陳述，當庭 請求交保；但法官告誡張伊犁，「你是通緝到案，好好想想社會觀感。」沒有 答應他的請求。 張伊犁第三次開庭時認罪，以「想念媽媽」為由再求交保；合議庭評議後，裁定 張伊犁一千萬元交保，自費請保全公司廿四小時監控自己、提出三千萬元保證金 的保證書，並定期向派出所報到。張伊犁願意到派出所報到，但他只籌得出 一百萬元保證金，其他條件無法履行，沒有交保。 判決指出，張伊犁（六十五歲）看好玻璃機板產業，得知至少需投入四十五億元 龐大資金，二○○○年三月沒得到核准，也沒取得法人資金，卻對外募集有價證券及資金。 張伊犁在全台各地舉辦廿多場說明會，找政商名人籌備活動；他明知自己無力購買 土地及興建廠房，卻利用廢棄廠房舉行開工動土典禮，藉此向投資人推銷販售股票， 吸金三億八千萬元，一千多人血本無歸。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.220.118

青年擔憂核安 江揆：發展再生能源成本高

【陳郁仁／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今出席「102年青年政策論壇-全國會議」，對於青年代表質疑對核四的安全，以及發展永續能源的要求，江揆解釋，因為核能生產1度電成本是0.7元，但台灣現在生產1度電要賣3.6元，顯示天然氣等其他發電來源成本很高。

江宜樺說，如果發展再生能源，太陽能1度電要10元以上，這樣對中低收入戶和用電大的產業，會有很大影響，所以需要透過公投，讓台灣這個民主社會，共同決定未來是否要面對高電價的結果，如果大家都同意，政府也會想辦法因應。
