「高貴不貴」（Accessible Luxury）是商場上很殺的致勝策略，一流的商品品質，但是價格卻非常親民，有這麼好的事情，消費者當然搶著買單。這幾年來，好多公司都靠這個路線打下大片江山，不管是Uniqlo、Starbucks、85度C、Coach（在美國），甚至是 Acer、Vizio、Toyota都是其中很好的案例。

但千萬不要傻傻的以為這個策略只是「削價競爭」的另一個說法，它背後代表的是非常厲害、營運模式上的創新。畢竟削價大家都會，但是價格降下來，還能維持高品質和合理的利潤，可不是簡單的工作。哈佛商業評論（Harvard Business Review）一篇名為「創造米其林星等品質給大眾」的文章中，主廚大衛‧歐大尼（Davide Oldani）開創價格便宜，卻連續3年獲得米其林一星評價的D’O餐廳，背後的故事和他所做的創新，其實就是「高貴不貴」這個概念最重要的精隨，其中很多思考也和「精實創業」概念是共通的，可以應用在網路創業上。

照慣例，原文不長，可以先連過去看看。以下，是我的整理：

壓低固定成本
要賣得比人家便宜，品質卻沒有降低，那營運的固定成本第一個就必須比別人低。歐大尼選擇在離米蘭20公里的郊區開店，網路創業的你則要好好研究如何把辦公室、伺服器、頻寬、儲存等費用壓到最低。

節省變動成本
但壓低固定成本還不夠，歐大尼更想盡辦法節省變動成本，例如使用季節性的材料、讓廚師們去服務客人等等。創業中的團隊，很多時候不需要「一整個員工」，像是會計、總機、法務、甚至是業務等等。有沒有辦法和人家共用、部分外包，甚至像是業務人員可以用更創新的薪資結構，只有談到案件才付高額獎金，都是可以鑽研的。

最近不知道為什麼有時候用寫的寫了很多次都寫不出完整的字體
然後點及螢幕也要點很多次
還有用沒多久手機就會發燙
不知道各位大大有什麼解決方法

 【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中洪姓男子(20歲)今年4月26日到高雄找林姓前女友，為挽回前女友的心，央求桂姓朋友打電話給林女，謊稱洪男遭人拘禁，要林女準備幫洪男收屍。林女大驚，立即聯絡洪男在台中的姊姊、母親，洪母連忙向警方報案。
 
29日洪返回台中後，警方立即要他到警局說明遭拘禁的過程。洪只好於5月24到警局向警察偽稱，他是在住家前遭不詳3男1女強押上車，載往不詳住屋遭到拘禁毆打，後來才通知前女友幫他收屍。但警方調閱監視器畫面，發現並無此事。洪坦承說謊，台中地檢署依誣告罪將洪提起公訴。

【黃哲民／新北報導】涉犯新北市小情侶縱火企圖焚父案被起訴殺人未遂等罪嫌的男子呂哲明，今上午首度與黃姓女友的父親、祖母等人碰面調解。在押的呂男被提解到場，僅約半小時就面無表情被還押。呂男姊姊專程從嘉義北上代弟尋求和解，她說，雙方有不小差距，未能達成共識。

呂男今年6月與未成年的黃女涉趁凌晨時刻，共同在黃家屋內潑汽油縱火。黃父救女心切，衝進火場被嗆傷住院插管，得知女兒意在燒家報復，氣得不願原諒女兒和呂男。黃女仍被收容於台北少年觀護所。

黃父今上午9時許和家人出席調解，僅約半小時就結束協商離開。他板臉拒訪並對記者說：「你認錯人！」還警告：「我有肖像權，不准拍照！」

呂姊受訪表示對黃父一家人很抱歉，但她個人能力有限，只能盡量彌補弟弟犯下的錯誤。
