昨海巡署在高雄港船艙貨櫃查獲大批烏龜活體夾藏於魷魚紙箱中，準備走私到大陸地區。經農委會林務局及其委託的國立中興大學保育類野生動物收容中心吳聲海教授判定，這批烏龜是野生動物保育法指定公告的珍貴稀有保育類野生動物食蛇龜與柴棺龜，團隊徹夜清查及逐一健康檢查後，總計清點出食蛇龜有1446隻、柴棺龜1180隻共2626隻。

林務局決定由國立中興大學獸醫學院及生命科學系吳聲海教授團隊，辦理接收與後續健檢、安置工作。大批食蛇龜、柴棺龜昨晚送抵中興大學連夜開箱清點、逐隻健檢後，已有12隻食蛇龜當場死亡，其餘龜隻也有輕重不等的脫水現象。

經過檢傷分類、初步治療後，目前留置獸醫學院觀察。後續若健康情況良好，將儘速擇地野放，回歸原棲地。

上櫃工業電腦廠伍豐(8076)博奕市業傳出好消息，該公司宣布將斥資10.8億元，以子公司Firich Investment Limited取得香港公司Oriental Regent Limited(簡稱Oriental)部分股權，進而控股FGCE公司。由於FGCE持有俄羅斯濱海地區行政機構所授予的賭場牌照，雙方將可共同進軍俄羅斯及大陸博奕商機。

據悉，伍豐今年初才宣布順利接觸到博奕機台及彩票業務OEM及ODM訂單，如今再釋驚喜，宣布將直接經營賭場事業，大吞俄羅斯及大陸黑龍江、吉林、遼寧等東北三省博奕市場。今日伍豐股價上漲約1%至80元附近，唯該公司股價近一周來強漲逾1成，近3個月已狂漲約50%。

伍豐以10.8億元透過子公司Firich取得Oriental約19%股權，並間接取得First Gambling Company of the East LLC(簡稱FGCE)19%股權。該公司表示，Oriental持有FGCE全數股權，而FGCE持有由俄羅斯濱海地區行政機構所授予的賭場牌照，可於濱海地區設立綜合博彩娛樂區，開展博彩活動。

濱海地區位於俄羅斯的遠東經濟區，以海參崴市為行政中心，FGCE持有的賭場牌照無固定期限，並於2012年4月22日開始生效。

伍豐說，該區域計畫建成一個商業娛樂城，賭場則將設有約119間客房，配備約800台角子機、25張貴賓賭檯及40張中場賭檯。目前主要娛樂場及酒店大樓的基本建築結構(包括地基、樓層及天台)已建成，預計2014年9月開始營運。伍豐並將取得800台角子機部分訂單，參股也將公司跨足營運。

伍豐指出，除伍豐持有Oriental約19%股權外，香港上市公司凱升控股的子公司Summit Ascent Russia Limited持股46%，新濠國際子公司New Crescent Investments持5%，其餘30%則由俄羅斯股東Elegant City Group Limited持有。其中，新濠國際主席暨行政總裁何猷龍為澳門賭王何鴻燊之子。

【綜合報導】敘利亞首都大馬士革郊區上週傳出發生可怕化武攻擊，造成多達1300人喪生。美法周日同時發表聲明指出，敘利亞政府軍幾乎毫無疑問，曾使用化學武器攻擊平民。

法國總統府發表聲明表示，種種跡象顯示與大馬士革策動上周化學武器襲擊的結論一致，法國總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）譴責敍利亞政府使用化武，法國將和美國保持密切聯繫，以討論因應對策。

美國情報機構也表示已向白宮提出評估報告，認為敘利亞部隊曾對平民使用化學武器，美國總統歐巴馬將會根據情報決定如何回應此事。官員表示，情報機構這項評估根據的是「報導中的罹難者人數、報導中的死傷者症狀和目擊者的說法」。
