國工局：五楊裂縫非二高走山翻版

五楊高架北上林口路段日前在大雨後出現三處裂縫，引起社會重視，擔心影響行車安全。交通部國道新建工程局上午表示，經會同大地工程學會會勘，初步認為出現裂縫的原因，主要是地下水位太高，導致路面出現裂縫，並無偷工減料情形，也沒有立即崩坍危險。
國工局並強調，五楊高架路面出現裂縫，與2010年造成重大傷亡的國道三號基隆汐止段的走山事件完全不同，民眾不用擔心。

中東呼吸症候群 沙國再奪一命

 兩岸通訊搭橋，中國通信企業協會會長暨工信部副部長劉利華（見附國前排左二）已於今（25）日上午率團抵台，台灣科技廠與大陸電信業者交流主要在大陸自訂標準的4G/TD-LTE試驗網上，跟網通廠現有量產的產品雖還沒有直接關係，但是後4G後續的應用服務跟網通服務將有連動，因此國內的網通廠2014年的想像空間大。業者預估，此次搭橋主要在培養跟彼岸電信商之間的互動，由於TD-LTE網通設備還有待研發，預料明年才會有真正的業績貢獻。 台灣工業局就表示，在此次兩岸通訊搭橋上，展示在4G/TD-LTE環境下數據流量、隨選影片、HD監控、行動視訊、線上遊戲等項目，同時參與搭橋交流的團員也可使用自己的終端設備，例如手機、平板電腦體驗4G帶來的便利性。 4G網路跟現有3G網路的最大提升，就是頻寬速度的增加，未來網通設備不一定要侷限在固網連接，透過4G網路也可以享有快速的連網。其中Femtocell與Small Cell的小型基地台就是一個例子。 更重要的是，智慧型手機、平板在利用4G網路，可以完成更多的網路服務，特別是影音、影像、視訊、遠端控制等服務，這些服務通常跟家用、室內的連網設備有關係，因此未來進入4G之後，家庭內無線與有線CPE（用戶端）設備會有更多新商品可以開發，有利於網通廠的業績提高。 國內目前網通廠年營收破200億元的有友訊（2332）、明泰（3380）、智邦（2345）、正文（4906）等。其中，友訊、明泰、智邦主要是有高單價的網路交換器（Switch）與電信與系統商採購路由器（Router）的業績貢獻；至於正文則是以STB、IAD電信設備為主。 而在電信網路連接的CPE設備上，正文、中磊（5388）、智易（3596）為主。惟在4G網路用CPE端上，這3家業者今年來自4G的比重還不高，約在10%以內。預計大陸TD-LTE與全球4G環境更為成熟後，國內網通公司相關的4G設備，在明年度才有進一步的成長。

無業男百貨公司偷「無印良品」手帕 神情慌張露餡

【王勇超／高雄報導】無業的李姓男子（54歲）昨晚八時許在高市左營區漢神百貨3樓「無印良品」佯裝逛街，從櫃臺上拿了7條總價1300元的手帕，帶進試衣間剪下標價吊牌後，把手帕藏在長褲口袋挾帶出場。

最近幾次周五晚上搭車的經驗， 1818(台北車站-中壢)，在台北西站要排至少40~60分鐘 2022(士林-中壢)，在圓山幾乎都是客滿，在劍潭要等40~60分鐘才能上車 9001(市府-中壢)，從市府站開回中壢時間太長，但在景安站常常也要等好幾班車 才能上去 我因為背包裡有放一些貴重物承受不起擠壓，暫時不考慮搭台鐵 請問9025(松山機場-中壢)在星期五晚上行天宮和松山機場 這兩個點候車的人多嗎? 有沒有版友有在星期五晚上搭過的經驗? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.13.169

回到故鄉的潘基文秘書長：青少年應對世界懷有熱忱和關心

韓國中央日報 – 8月25日，聯合國秘書長潘基文訪問了故鄉忠北。這是他在2011年8月後時隔2年重新訪問故鄉。當天上午10點，潘秘書長和夫人柳淳澤女士回到了故居陰城郡遠南面杏峙村，和宗親一起掃墓，參拜了光州潘氏祠堂，並參觀了陰城郡復原的故居和潘基文紀念館。潘秘書長在留言簿上寫道“對熱情歡迎我訪問故鄉的陰城郡居民、宗親們表示由衷感謝，祝願陰城郡得到無限發展”。潘秘書長在陰城郡舉行的歡迎儀式上表示“我在從事維護世界和平，伸張人權工作的時候，從大韓民國國民的支持中獲得了很大的力量”，“請大家繼續支持我的工作”。 接著，潘秘書長前往忠州，在市廳大會議室以“對世界的夢想和希望”為主題，對該地區的500多名初中和高中生進行了特別講座。他表示“青少年應該懷著熱情，讓自己成為一個美好的人。”，“希望大家都能夠成為關懷他人的人”。結束講座後，潘秘書長參觀了自己度過幼年和學生時期的忠州市文化洞。忠州市為了配合潘秘書長訪問故鄉，在最近完成了故居的復原工作。潘秘書長在休假時間裏於8月22日訪問韓國，8月24日參加了在彈琴湖舉行的2013忠州世界賽艇錦標賽的開幕式。 【 延伸閱讀 】

請問智慧型手機中毒 電話費 暴增事件處理方法

.很急.從小就有的感覺.屬於心理學還是宗教

從小到大就算到死都有這種感覺.感覺世間上所有焦點都只放在我身上.那種感覺好像鏡頭從頭到尾一直對著我.感覺世間上其他人好像是其他個體.也感覺只有我有個人意識.如果上帝在看世間上ㄉ人應該每個人都看很平均的看怎只注意盯著我.這種感覺用畫圖應該比較好說明.世間上只有我有意識其他人感覺就不真實.這種感覺是心理學問題還是宗教上問題

記者沈明璁／綜合報導 結束短暫的台灣行，休士頓火箭「魔獸」Dwight Howard目前人在中國大陸參訪，為人搞笑又識相的他當然再度談到台裔新隊友「哈佛小子」林書豪。 「我相信我可以幫助書豪，他對我來說也是加分。」Howard接受《搜狐體育》訪問時說。 「書豪是很優秀的控球後衛，他能將戰術好好執行，將球傳到我手上，有我在禁區，相信他的命中率也會提高。」Howard說。 由於林書豪的生日是23日，天性爛漫的Howard還為他獻唱生日快樂歌，「我可以記得當時他的瘋狂，相信我們新球季能合作愉快。」他說。
