【王文傑／花蓮報導】秀林鄉水源村一名29歲歐姓男子，今天上午跟父親及族人共6人到娑婆礑溪南溪抓魚，歐男爬上巨石查看魚況，不慎從5米高的巨石跌落，後腦杓撞擊溪底石塊陷入昏迷。花蓮縣消防隊動員30多名警義消、山警徒步接力搬運，將歐男送醫急救仍宣告不治。死者母親見到愛子遺體痛哭失聲，直說：「叫你別去還要去，現在怎麼辦啦！」
 
警方表示，死者歐治明住鄰近的水源村，平時在酒廠作工，與妻育有兩子。娑婆礑溪南溪是自來水廠管制區，是提供花蓮市、吉安鄉的重要水源，平時大門深鎖禁止進入。

【綜合報導】流經匈牙利的多瑙河段，日前出現大批蜉蝣軍團，數量多達數百萬隻滿天飛舞，單車騎士得戴上面罩，以躲避大批蜉蝣正面撲擊，還有不少人停留觀看，拍下這驚人的畫面。

由於過去幾年清理多瑙河有成，乾淨的河流再度讓蜉蝣繁衍，專家表示由於河內的硝酸鹽和磷酸鹽含量減少，蜉蝣歷經40年後首度在這裡孵化，大批蜉蝣在空中飛舞，以尋找伴侶繁衍下一代，之後便會死亡。

連日常生活的道德與倫理似乎漸漸消失.
像是坐電梯, 坐火車, 捷運等, 先下後上, 是小弟的年代所教
的事, 近年來, 很多人開始為了搶快, 搶位子, 而不管你是怎麼一回事...
上週跟我的日本友人聊天才聊到這部分, 她覺得不可思議,
而且以為台灣的教育就是先上後下.

再來就是, 攝影的部分, 一些人為了取好景, 不顧自己安危就算了,
也不管別人感受, 恣意而行, 造成他人的困擾,
還拿出照片來沾沾自喜...
這邊小弟就不舉例了, 太多的例子, 在 01 中過去的文章都有人說.

昨天在中天的文茜週報中看到, 日本北海道美瑛農民, 對台灣觀光客相當反
感, 並且用極端方式來抗議(當然日本人的極端跟台灣人還是有差).
小弟索性就搜尋了相關報導, 結果不出所料, 不是很多...
現在的版面都被 胖達人跟洪仲丘的新聞佔大部分.

在國內的壞習慣也帶到國外去, 難怪外國人看我們

鐵路改建工程局科長兼第二工程隊長黃啟瑞昨天說，目前正在施工的部分，都屬車站附屬設施，不需申請建照，至於主體工程還未展開，正向營建署申請特種建照，預定明年11月底前完成，今天上午會到巿府溝通。

基隆巿議會開臨時會，昨天要求巿府報告如何解決新火車站完工後的周遭停車問題。都巿發展處長王翔鐘說，根據鐵工局委託台灣世曦工程顧問公司規畫，未來站區將設22個小客車停車位、510個機車位，都更案也將畫設0.36公頃交通兼廣場用地，作為城際客運轉運站。

交通旅遊處長王英哲說，依世曦規畫，2031年每日基隆站進出旅客量約為9127人次，新火車站區停車位尚可滿足轉乘民眾需求，但若以目前火車站周邊含店家及行號等汽機車停車需求，汽機車位尚不足1千多格。

與會的巿議員均不滿意兩單位的報告，認為台鐵局並未考量巿民火車轉乘的停車需求，且鐵工局未向巿府申請建照就施工，公然違規，「中央看不起基隆」。

黃景泰也提醒巿府，顧問公司評估18年後基隆站的旅客人次竟比目前的1萬5到2萬人次更少，「巿府竟然毫無感覺？」蔡適應、莊錦田等人要求巿府立即勒令鐵工局停工，並針對大違建即報即拆。

巿議會最後決議，請巿府要鐵工局停工，依違章查報程序辦理，並要鐵工局依2011年基隆巿都巿設計審議委員會要求改善事項，提出改善停車方案，到議會報告。

黃啟瑞昨天尚未接獲巿府通知停工，他說，車位設計要符合規範要求，新站基地太小，才無法再增加停車位，隧道上方的公車轉運站空間在都更案還未進行時，可先做臨時汽機車停車場。

至於世曦公司當初依「台北捷運延伸基隆可行性研究報告」中提出的評估數據規畫新站運量，的確與現況差很大，他會再與顧問公司討論。

為了彌補在移動互聯網及社交網絡的錯失，雅虎繼續瘋狂併購。日前，雅虎方面確認最新的一筆收購：圖像識別創業公司IQ Engine。

這是瑪麗薩·梅耶爾(Marissa Mayer)擔任雅虎CEO后的第19筆收購。

雖然雅虎已經連續收購多家公司，導致公司現金儲備大幅下降，但其仍持有阿里巴巴約24%的股權，而阿里巴巴如果近期上市，將再次為其帶來巨額現金。業內因此認為，由於沒有現金流壓力，雅虎未來幾個季度或繼續併購。

雅虎拒披露此次收購的具體條款，不過IQ Engine的團隊在一份公告中確認，他們將加入Flickr團隊，從事“改進照片管理和搜索”的工作。今年6月，雅虎宣佈收購拍照應用GhostBird，同樣是為了改善Flickr。

據《第一財經日報》記者統計，這已經是自梅耶爾擔任CEO后，雅虎公開披露的第19筆收購。

雅虎2013財年第二財季財報顯示：其GAAP(一般公認會計原則)收益為 11.35 億美元，較上年同期下降 7%，兩個主要收入來源分別是展示廣告和搜索，當季都有不同程度的下跌。

前雅虎中國總經理謝文認為，對於雅虎而言，在新的領域雅虎已經很長時間沒有創新，跟不上發展的形勢，只能通過收購來彌補不足，生聚合效應。

瘋狂併購似乎初顯成效，市場調研機構ComScore 2013年7月全美網站流量排名，雅虎網站群五年來首次登頂。2008年以來，全美網站流量排名第一的一直是Google網站群。

不容樂觀的是，在最近一個季度，雅虎公佈的營收額為11億美元，較上年同期出現下滑。

盡管梅耶爾試圖通過收購初創企業和改變公司文化，來讓雅虎“大變樣”，但目前仍在整合階段。

2012年9月，履新不久的梅耶爾決定，轉讓雅虎持有的阿里巴巴股權的40%，交易金額為76億美元。雅虎的短期收益相當明顯：去年7月16日，雅虎股價為15.65美元，而今年7月16日，其股價已經上漲到了26.88美元，上漲了71.8%。

最近工作很不順 想做到月底就辭職 最主要原因是老闆常欠員工薪水 一欠就是1--2月 本人超不爽 今天是第一次拜去高雄市的四面佛 就是三民區博愛路一段355號那間 第一次去不知道哪面是拜事業的 就問也來拜四面佛的人 結果我很誠心向四面佛祈求能找到正常發薪的公司 求了老半天 管四面佛地方的人 才跟我說我拜錯了 那是求愛情的 當下我就十分生氣 很氣那個叫我拜錯的人 後來去求事業的那一面 管四面佛的人又在我旁邊教我如何拜 他教我要擲到三個聖杯索求才會實現 擲了幾次都沒有三個聖杯 管四面佛的人又在我旁邊碎碎念 讓我不專心祈求
後來我終於發火了 很不客氣說我已經知道怎樣拜了 你可不可以不要來干擾我 最後是我請四面佛幫我找工作 都沒有擲到三個聖杯
