新竹縣今天邀來百餘學童，進入竹北新瓦屋客家文化保存區綠地體驗二期稻作插秧，幼童沾得一身泥，說起插秧經驗，仍興奮地說，「冰冰涼涼，好好玩！」

新竹縣文化局長蔡榮光來自新埔農家，他大學畢業前，農忙時都下田。他今天示範插秧，一把10株苗，由左向右插5株，退一步後，再由右到左插5株。

今年3月，竹縣提供1期稻插秧，今天提供2期稻插秧體驗，報名訊息一出，百餘學童立即滿額。昨天學童和家長下田，接觸田間泥淖，有的一屁股跌坐泥田，在驚呼和笑聲中，體會農夫辛苦。

憑劇集《衝上雲霄2》再度人氣急升的「Cool魔」張智霖，最近獲電影公司老闆蕭定一以八位數條件力邀加盟，吸金力特強的他向來投資有道，日前更被踢爆無懼政府辣招，偕太太袁詠儀相約地產經紀，前往渣甸山布思道獨立屋實地視察。

屬名貴地段的渣甸山，是不少城中名人及富豪的居所，而Chilam看中的獨立屋，據知建築面積約4400平方呎，包括五房、天台連車位，市值高達2億2000萬元。身為「車迷」的Chilam，近日又先後被拍得到陳列室，試百萬新車CLK45 Benz及SL500 Benz，據知他已購入過百萬的CLK45 Benz，更對被慫恿一試的SL500 Benz甚感興趣。

Chilam被問及看樓一事笑道：「其實我是個好傳統男人，所以我覺得投資買磚頭真是比較實際，尤其聽朋友講下年樓市會跌，看有沒有機會入市囉。」問他是否打算搬屋？他說：「先看看再說啦。」至於是否打算再買新車SL500 Benz？他說：「試試吧，人生要多多嘗試。」

另有指無線老闆陳國強有意出高價，向蕭定一要求轉售Chilam的經理人合約，無線外事部副總監曾醒明回應稱：「他已名花有主，這幾年他與TVB合作無間，劇集成績都好突出，合作愉快。（同蕭定一買合約？）未有這個聽聞。」蕭定一則表示聽過無線有意簽Chilam的傳聞，但透露未有人找他。

【晏明強／台北報導】國民兩黨主席針對兩岸服貿協議的「馬蘇辯」有譜了！馬英九總統中午透過黨發言人明確表態，願意參與配合媒體所舉辦的辯論，民進黨黨主席蘇貞昌今也則說：「只怕馬英九不敢辯。」在馬蘇初步都有意願辯論服貿議題的前提下，公視下午證實，正積極聯繫四報一社出面合辦辯論，但相關細節仍待討論才能確定。

有鑑於朝野兩黨都已表達不排斥辯論的態度，2010年曾出面協調四報一社（即《蘋果日報》、《中國時報》、《聯合報》、《自由時報》及中央社）成功舉辦馬英九、蔡英文「雙英」辯論兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）議題的公共電視台，已決定比照前例，再度結合四報一社加上公視，舉辦馬蘇兩岸服貿協議辯論。

一位洪姓國人今年五月與菲律賓籍女子在菲國註冊結婚，但結婚登記證明中，菲國將洪先生的國籍寫成「Taiwan,　China」，外交部駐菲辦事處認定國籍錯誤，要求洪先生自行更正後，否則不能發給他太太結婚簽證。但洪先生向菲當局要求更正，兩個多月未果。接獲陳情的立委蔡錦隆表示，外交部應主動協助國人向菲官方交涉。

蔡錦隆辦公室日前接獲洪母陳情，洪先生兩個月前就透過仲介，向官方要求更正，雖然洪妻是菲國人，但她透過當地朋友向菲國官方詢問，也無法得知進度；洪先生日前有事趕回台灣，獨留目前有七個月身孕的妻子在菲律賓，六月曾花錢找仲介幫忙申請更正，至今沒有下文。

外交部發言人高安說，駐菲辦事處已派人聯繫洪先生，基於人道考量，將以權宜救濟措施處理；由於洪先生結婚面談事實正確（非假結婚），只要洪先生出具他向菲國提出的「更正申請書」，駐菲辦事處會先在國籍欄上蓋下校正章，完成後續程序，會馬上核發洪妻簽證。

高安說，洪先生可能是在菲律賓的鄉鎮市等地區戶政機關辦理結婚登記，但當地中央和地方訊息傳遞不足，可能發生結婚登記承辦人寫錯我國國籍的事情；他國官方、私部門對我國國名有非正確稱呼，外交部若知道，都會要求駐外館處親洽交涉。

【大紀元2013年08月25日訊】山東濟南中級法院昨天開始審理薄熙來濫用職權控罪。控方傳召薄以前的下屬、前重慶副市長兼公安局長王立軍出庭，兩人當庭對質。王立軍透露，薄熙來想掩蓋薄谷開來殺人一案，曾兩度要求他交出電腦硬盤，那上面記錄了薄谷開來的罪證。

據港媒《蘋果日報》8月24日報導，濟南市中級法院下午開始對薄熙來濫用職權的指控進行調查，控方傳召王立軍出庭作證，兩人當庭對質，激烈交鋒，進一步暴露了兩人間的仇怨。

王立軍表示，私闖美國駐成都總領事館，是因為薄要包庇妻子薄谷開來殺人，自己感覺有生命危險，並指曾被薄打了一拳致嘴角流血。

王立軍描述說，去年1月28日晚，他確切告訴薄熙來，海伍德是被薄谷開來殺害。第二天，接到通知去見薄熙來，當時薄表現得很生氣，揮拳打他的左耳，而不是一巴掌。他發現自己嘴角流血，耳朵亦有東西流出，遂拿紙巾擦血，隨後對薄說，這個事應當面對。但薄拿起水杯就摔在地上，並稱「我不接受」，之後又想打他，被別人拉了一下。

王立軍表示，他向薄舉報薄谷開來後，他身邊辦案人員失蹤了，加上他自己受到薄熙來暴力對待，覺得情況危險才走進美國領事館。王又透露，薄曾兩度要求他交出記錄谷開來罪證的電腦硬盤。

王立軍面對薄質問時還表示，他當日要求與薄熙來談薄谷開來殺人案，是希望薄能面對問題。而薄熙來強調的是，其質問王的一句核心的話就是 「是有人檢舉還是你授意的？」

有分析稱，薄熙來其實話中有話，意在暗示王立軍之所以要調查薄谷開來殺人一事，是王背叛了他，背後有人要整他的黑材料，這是其最擔心和氣惱的根本原因、也是跟王翻臉的關鍵。

【大紀元2013年08月25日訊】隨著薄案庭審的展開，薄熙來滥用職權違規違紀的更多細節曝光。8月25日，庭審記錄顯示，去年王立軍事件爆發之前，薄熙來作為重慶市委書記，擅自違規免去王立軍重慶市公安局長的職務。現任重慶市長黃奇帆也向法庭出具證言，證實了這一點。

濟南中院以貪污、受賄、滥用職權罪對薄熙來進行公審已連續四天。8月25日，公訴人向法庭出示證人時任重慶市委常委、組織部部長陳某某，2013年8月6日在審查起訴階段證言。

陳某某證實，薄熙來明知任免公安局長需事先徵得公安部同意。在免去王立軍公安局黨委書記、局長職務過程中，自己又多次提醒薄熙來必須報公安部，走完程式，才能提交常委會研究。但是薄熙來堅持不報告公安部，先研究任免。常委會後，薄熙來要求第二天到公安局宣佈市委的任免決定。在陳某某再次提醒薄熙來沒有經公安部同意，市委就不能出正式任免文件的情況下，薄熙來仍要求第二天宣佈市委決定。

公訴人向法庭出示證人時任重慶市委常委、政法委書記劉某某，時任重慶市委常委、市長黃某某，時任重慶市委秘書長翁某某，時任被告人薄熙來秘書車某證言，證實王立軍被免職前，2012年1月29日、30日、31日，薄熙來讓車某分別通知重慶市市長黃某某、重慶市人大主任兼組織部長陳某某、重慶市委副書記張某、重慶市紀委書記徐某某、重慶市政法委書記劉某某談話。並經薄熙來提議，在未取得公安部同意的情況下，免去王立軍公安局黨委書記、局長職務。劉某某證實，薄熙來找其談話時，他曾提醒薄熙來要注意相關程式。

王立軍出逃前後真相

2012年2月2日，重慶市政府新聞辦發佈消息：近日市委決定，王立軍不再兼任市公安局局長、黨委書記。6日，時任重慶市副市長的王立軍進入美國駐成都總領事館，滯留1天後離開。

此前，大紀元報導，周永康、薄熙來、薄谷開來及王立軍利用中共政法委控制的中共公安系統的資源，進行罪惡的器官活摘和屍體買賣勾當。捲入此事的英國人海伍德被懷疑遭英國情報機構及中國國安盯上，有洩密危險，最終在2011年11月遭毒殺滅口。

海伍德被毒死後，中紀委調查人員質詢了王立軍。王立軍也通過五名心腹暗中調查海伍德案，並於2012年1月28日向薄熙來匯報。薄熙來認為王是在威脅自己，當場給王立軍一個耳光，最終薄王徹底翻臉。2月初，薄熙來決定幹掉王立軍，免除後患。

王立軍瞭解薄、谷這些年的所有罪惡勾當，擔心自己同樣面臨被滅口，因此上演了逃美領館大戲，並將薄、谷參與活摘器官的罪惡交給了美國官方。

2012 年2月份，時任中共國家副主席習近平訪問美國期間，美國媒體《華盛頓自由燈塔》曝光了王立軍移交美領館材料中有關薄熙來、周永康聯手圖謀發動政變、最終廢掉將在中共18大接班掌權的習近平的計劃。
