知名麵包「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」標榜天然，卻在日前被踼爆違法使用人工香精，台北地檢署檢察官24日晚間9點多偕同台北市刑大與大安分局，到胖達人位於台北市的總公司「生技達人股份有限公司」進行搜索，查扣購入人工香料的相關帳冊以釐清案情。

據報導，胖達人被香港部落客Keith踢爆，懷疑胖達人添加的是人工香精，消息批露後引起軒然大波，台北市衛生局獲報後，22日前往前往胖達人手感烘焙麵包敦南店稽查，發現龍眼、楓糖、巧克力、荔枝、伯爵紅茶醬、紅酒酒醬、檸檬優格醬、藍莓、覆盆莓等9項香精，開罰18萬元。

胖達人總經理23日下午為廣告不實出面道歉，且將相關21項產品下架，並決定24日起暫停營業3天，27日才開始重新營業，至於消費者的退費問題也會在27日一併公布。

內政部提告還求償 萬人902首波自首

〔自由時報記者鍾麗華、蔡清華／綜合報導〕苗栗縣政府針對「八一六拆政府、守護苗栗音樂晚會」提告，台灣農村陣線發言人蔡培慧指出，「捍衛苗栗青年聯盟」陳為廷、「守護大埔巡守隊」隊長林一方都已收到苗栗地檢署的傳票，九月二日將開偵查庭，當天會有第一波的自首行動。

內政部長李鴻源昨天出席行政院南部服務中心一場演講會後表示，人民有表達言論自由的權利，但如有違法，警察就要依法行政，這中間的一條線，要明確表達，讓未來參與集會遊行的民眾知道。警方完成「八一八拆政府」佔領內政部行動的蒐證，就會移送，那是必要的行動。至於檢方如何辦，是他們的權責。

網友提議用銅板繳6萬清潔費

內政部另外還要求償六萬元的清潔費，網友除了發起「萬人自首行動」，也發起「拆政府、 萬人自首繳六元行動」，還貼出告示：「要集滿萬人，在十月十日的十點十分前往內政部排隊自首繳錢。」有網友提議：「一定要繳銅板，讓內政部算個夠。」還有人說：「雖然沒去貼，但手上有貼紙，算是思想準備犯了，可繳十倍共六十元。」

農村武裝青年阿達說，當晚他在舞台上使用音樂與骯髒字句，意圖煽動群眾進行拆政府的暴力行為，他要自首。

婦女新知基金會也貼文響應自首，強調政府放任財團徵地，完全忽視人民在地的長期照顧及老化需求，只好高喊：「昨天拆幸福，今天拆政府！」蔡培慧強調坦然面對內政部的提告、求償，也會概括承受。內政部可以清除塗鴉，但若無法解決事件背後的問題，人民也會一直不斷抗議。

〔自由時報記者陳炳宏／台北報導〕YouTube投資六千萬美元建置「內容識別」技術，目前已建立參考檔案超過一千五百萬個，總長度超過一百五十萬小時，且已處理超過兩億個侵權影片。

YouTube大中華區技術管理負責人葉佳威昨日表示，許多網友不知道，自己拍攝上傳的影片可能被侵權，YouTube不僅可幫忙封鎖追蹤侵權影片，也可幫助規模較大的版權所有者，反過來利用侵權作品賺錢。

影音網站YouTube五年前推出「內容識別」管理功能，版權擁有者可以提供純音訊或影片，並描述其內容，以建立「識別檔案」的ＩＤ檔，亦即製作檔案「指紋」。

有了ＩＤ檔，YouTube會自動對其他使用者上傳的檔案進行比對，一旦搜尋到相同內容，便可封鎖或追蹤侵權內容，了解該內容在哪些地區被誰觀看。

但如果侵權影片廣受歡迎，版權擁有者也可決定在哪些地區可以繼續播，甚或可以強制在侵權影片插播廣告，並與YouTube共享獲利。

葉佳威說，YouTube投資六千萬美元建置的內容識別技術，目前全球已有超過四千個合作夥伴，有些網友將侵權影片做鏡像處裡、改變長寬比例，甚至進行類似馬賽克的影像處理，均會被抓出來。

葉佳威舉江南Style為例，全球瀏覽數超過廿五億次，但是也有超過四十萬支影片是使用其畫面或音樂的二次製作侵權品，但負責發行的ＹＧ娛樂，採獲利模式，在四十萬支影片中置入廣告並與YouTube拆帳獲利。

【綜合報導】英國鄧迪(Dundee)市著名脫衣舞孃「Go Go Amy」，以表演時的「火舞」聞名，舞到High時還會自己點燃金屬胸貼上預綁好的流蘇，效果十足。

但日前她依照慣例點燃了胸前的乳頭流蘇，正用力地隨著身體上下搖晃擺盪，全場百餘名觀眾情緒高張時，舞台上方的火警偵測器卻響了，雖然她熟稔的吹襲了胸口的兩串火苗，但該疏散的安全措施還是得進行，逾百名觀眾就這樣被請出現場，表演被迫中斷。

【綜合報導】46歲的「小倩」王祖賢息影11年，22日被拍到現身香港後轟動演藝圈，但她美貌走樣惹來極大迴響，隔天隨即上傳美照平反，昨她在2名友人護送下到香港機場，準備回加拿大，43吋美腿十分吸睛，她一路拿著iPad遮臉，顯然怕面容再被做文章。不過昨她戴著眼鏡、素顏入鏡，反而回歸「小倩」的清秀容顏，整個人又美了回來。

其實王祖賢昨雖是素顏入鏡，但狀態遠比日前化濃妝還好，加上戴眼鏡多了氣質，配上美腿，儘管有些魚尾紋，就46歲的年紀來說，已屬難得。而她此次香港行3天3變，從第1天眼鼻走樣、第2天少女風，最後終於在離開香港的時候為自己平反。

王祖賢昨晚素顏現身香港機場，圓溜溜雙眼清楚可見，鼻樑與雙頰更顯自然、表情也柔和許多，又回復原本美麗模樣。香港《蘋果日報》

【大紀元2013年08月24日訊】（大紀元記者古清兒報導）薄熙來案在濟南中院庭審進入第三天，在今天的庭審中，薄熙來當庭承認有外遇。去年薄熙來被雙開後，官方報導稱，薄熙來與多名女性發生或保持不正當性關係。

薄熙來受賄、貪污、濫用職權案今天（24日）繼續在濟南中院公審，對薄熙來涉嫌貪污500萬公款進行調查。對其的指控，薄熙來仍繼續抵賴和狡辯，否認此事。

在今天開庭後發佈的第五份庭審記錄顯示，薄熙來當庭承認曾有外遇，外界再次對其到底淫亂多少女人，感到好奇。

8月24日，薄熙來稱：「薄谷開來是個很要強的人，她絕對不會在我面前哭窮。把薄瓜瓜帶到英國去上中學完全是她一手操辦的，給我打了個招呼就走了……在此之間我有過外遇，她表示非常憤怒，她把薄瓜瓜帶走，在很大程度上是出於一種賭氣就走的。」

這之前，薄熙來對薄谷開來的證言，薄熙來稱其妻「變了、瘋了、經常說假話、精神不正常、滑稽可笑……」，並要求薄谷開來出庭作證。

薄熙來到底淫亂多少女人，再度引發熱議。有民眾表示，這劇情可以拍電視劇了，太跌宕起伏了，這段信息量很大啊，既有夫妻關係，也有和小三關係。

在去年9月28日，薄熙來被當局開除黨籍、開除公職處分，並對其涉嫌犯罪問題及犯罪問題線索移送司法機關依法處理。官方報導稱，薄熙來與多名女性發生或保持不正當性關係。

官方報導稱，薄熙來在擔任大連市、遼寧省、商務部領導職務和中央政治局委員兼重慶市委書記期間，與多名女性發生或保持不正當性關係。報導還聲稱，調查中還發現了薄熙來其他涉嫌犯罪問題線索。

曾有媒體披露，薄熙來生活糜爛、與眾多女人有染的傳聞一直在網絡流傳甚廣，被中共帶走調查的大連實德董事長徐明也供稱，他負責安排女性和薄熙來淫亂。

據海外媒體報導，在中共內部傳達的文件中，薄熙來和多名電視台女主持人、影星有性關係，其中包括央視多位著名女主持人、大連和其他幾家電視台的多名女主持人、多位著名影視明星。

王立軍為了自保，掌握了許多薄熙來淫亂的相關證據，其中包括裝設針孔，偷拍薄熙來淫樂的過程。因揭露薄熙來而遭到其迫害的前香港《文匯報》駐大連記者姜維平多次撰文揭露薄熙來貪腐淫亂的黑內幕。

今年7月25日，中共當局對薄熙來被以貪污、受賄、濫用職權三宗罪起訴，由原來的六宗罪減為三宗罪。但薄案的兩大核心罪惡，依然被掩蓋，《大紀元》曾報導，薄熙來案的核心內幕是密謀政變和活摘器官罪惡。
