H7N9禽流感病毒威脅仍在之際，香港大學微生物學教授管軼參與撰寫的研究指出，其研究團隊在中國的雞隻上發現另一種H7病毒H7N7，並指H7病毒在禽鳥之間傳播，可導致高致病性的變種病毒出現，並感染人類。實驗顯示H7N7能感染哺乳類動物。管軼表示，如果任由H7N7在雞隻之間傳播，肯定會出現人類感染個案，並指根據實驗結果，估計H7N7會比H7N9導致更嚴重的感染。

H7N7曾於03年2月在荷蘭爆發，83名養禽場工作人員及其家屬感染，另有一名獸醫兩個月後死亡。

在現在木星進巨蟹的時候,連創意都被滿滿的溫暖歡懷給主導了. 看到全聯廣告的貞子爬出電視,有人遞給她洗臉的水,一張椅子,還有很多祭拜的零食要給 他呼呼~ 怎麼以前都習慣強調鬼影幢幢的鬼月,也都沾染了溫馨的助人氣氛? 這些無歸可歸的明星鬼,廣告扭轉以前看到鬼就跑,主打向家人一樣的關懷他們 (好個厲害的梗..)~ 最近看了兩部鬼電影,淒厲人妻,講的是改版的幽魂娜娜,死去了老婆依然等待打仗的丈夫 回來. 還有一步厲陰宅,講的是說上幾代的人在屋子裡面沒有解決的悲恨死亡,繼續留在屋內向搬 進新家的人索命. 鬼的故事也都跟家有關係,一個是夫妻之間的愛,一個是對於家人之間的恩怨情仇. 我大概從10年前的貞子就再也沒看過鬼電影了,這次看居然都被感動到,因為最後結局都是 家人的愛戰勝內心的害怕,邪惡的惡靈最後也無法打敗媽媽想要保護小孩的意志力. 木星在巨蟹座,很多人都再次的感覺到家對他們的連結, 有些遊子再次原來自己原來有如此溫暖的根.感覺真好. 有朋友把小孩帶回台灣,跟家人小住一陣子,從她照片的笑容看起來,已經沒有新婚之後搬 去婆家住看到眉宇之間的沉悶.之前聽她說對於嫁到國外的興奮,但是現在看起來,有自己 家人的陪伴,像是一件感到最踏實的快樂事情之ㄧ. 不過最近的星象,冥王星,天王星特別的給人帶來挑戰.連金星最近也加入戰場,直到8/24號 ,都容易因為金錢,價值觀,伴隨者誰也不想讓誰的直接對立氣氛.一個廚房容不下兩個女人 .一個成功無法同時歸功於兩個同事.一個心也無法同時公平的面對兩個人,而一個男人的 錢包也無法公平分配給兩個女人阿...有些人的心就像是拔河一樣不斷的兩邊拉扯,心力交 瘁者. 也陸續最近聽到不少關於婆媳之間因為爭執金錢權力,誰聽誰的,誰跟誰要錢,誰又得配合 誰的而起爭執. 這段時間木星在巨蟹,伴隨者一些在其他基本星座的衝突星象, 因此更體驗到跟自己最親,最緊密連結的人,要如何面對這些相處的眉眉角角. 或許會覺得很煩,想像以往的跑掉消失不理人,最多過年出國玩當做不回家的藉口 但是這段時間也是家人的同情,支持是超過你預期的時候. ex:或許有些家裡問題,這時候會得到助力來解決. 像是最近跟媽媽在廚房上有如何清潔的爭執, 但是媽媽的朋友來住一天跟媽媽聊一下,居然媽媽的態度就轉化很多,氣氛輕鬆不少. 巨蟹座是外剛內柔的陰性星座,心思情緒的變化是主宰一切的首要原因. 這段時間集中力量在內在,也在家裡,但是更重要的是自己的內在. 這段時間如果你體驗到衝突的事情,這都在呼喚你檢視是否有過於僵化的思想跟習慣~ 需要檢視的,是自己的肚量,自己的情緒是不是太超過了? 是自己想要去控制別人嗎?是自己想要去控制事情的結局,最在乎的是別人看待自己的眼光 嗎? 冥王星帶來事情演化到最極至的糟,所以我們被迫去成長. 天王星帶來的是自己再也無法對自己說謊,當我說不的時候,就是不要. 木星帶給我們幸運還有樂觀的勇氣,最深的是自己要肯定自己.有勇氣跟力量,願意去做改 變. 其實這陣子聽到不少朋友換跑道,離職去做自己想要做的事情. 很多原因也都在於感覺自己被控制了很久,現在終於決定要掙脫, 有人為自己一直想要做的事情, 也有人不知道自己到底想做什麼,但是他們都選擇離開自主性很低的工作環境 因為在繼續待下去,如同槁木死灰的面對沒有希望的未來.哀莫大,於心死阿. 面對最近最近這一切的紛爭,請注意,無論世界多亂,你的世界,你的情緒 只有你自己可以控制.在這木星在巨蟹的時候. 你要提升自己相信正面的意志力,跟肯定自己的能量. 運勢好好壞壞,都無法影響到你相信自己的心情. 心胸狹小的人,會不斷被氣度狹小的事情還有負面觀念給吸引. 保持心性的正向,多正面的思考,多願意相信好事會發生,別老是提醒自己走路小心踩狗屎( 這樣你心中就不斷會出現...有狗屎...有狗屎...)你的視線就集中在馬路上的所有狗屎上 ,那你還有心情去看路上的花朵,抬頭看籃天跟白雲嗎? 加強你的情緒的正向及樂觀,是得到木星進巨蟹最大祝福的關鍵點 轉錄http://vanessabrightsky.pixnet.net/blog/post/191845214 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.121.51

【李光濱／花蓮報導】受潭美颱風雨勢漸強影響，花蓮縣秀林鄉和平村和中部落下午三時許進行預防性撤村，村內傳來撤村廣播，村民紛紛打包行李，開車、騎騎車暫時撤離家園，一名林姓（73歲）中風老人由軍方阿兵哥及消防人員協助以擔架送上救護車。

秀林鄉長許淑銀表示，上次蘇拉颱風野溪暴漲造成和中部落發生嚴重土石流，村民房子被淹沒，擔心土石流帶來災情，趁著風雨來臨前撤離五百多位村民「一個都不能少！」

邱姓男子上網咖玩樂，卻將轎車橫停在馬路上，造成交通阻塞；警方前往取締時，意外查獲他持有K他命毒品，依法送辦。

嘉義市警方今天表示，邱姓男子將轎車橫停在市區馬路上，由於時值下班尖峰時段，造成交通阻塞，警方前往鳴笛示警，卻遲遲未見車主出面，只好挨家挨戶詢問。

15分鐘後，邱姓男子才慢條斯理從附近網咖走出來，對於違規停車絲毫不以為意。警方發現他動作遲緩、眼瞼下垂、注意力似乎無法集中，於是請他出示證件。

但是，這名男子卻不肯配合，經警方再三要他出示證件，他才心不甘、情不願上車取證件，但下車後，身體卻一直顫抖，雙手不斷掐住褲子口袋。

警方故意大聲喝斥，邱姓男子受到驚嚇，竟從褲袋掉落2包K他命毒品，淨重6.4公克。

邱姓男子見事跡敗露，還向警方嗆說，「我呷K仔，又不是很重的罪！」警方當場將他逮捕，依違反毒品危害防制條例罪嫌移送嘉義地檢署偵辦。
