破解「不老基因」？美國一位8歲女童出生至今仍保有嬰兒臉孔和肌膚，體重也只有5公斤，每天需要父母餵食、換尿布以及睡在嬰兒床上。然而，全世界只有三人罹患這種罕見疾病。對此，科學家希望從中解開停止人類老化的方法。

住在美國蒙州畢林斯(Billings)的威廉絲(Gabrielle Williams)，出生8年來發育極為緩慢。她的母親瑪莉(Mary Margret Williams)表示，女兒出生至今，身體只有長大一點，目前仍穿3至6個月大的嬰兒尺寸衣服。因此，她與丈夫必須輪流照顧女兒。

據悉，這種老化遲緩症狀在世界上非常罕見，但科學家尚未替該症狀命名。另外有兩起類似病例是發生於佛羅里達州一名29歲男子身上，至今他仍保持在10歲的發育水平，以及巴西一名31歲女子，她的身體目前停留在2歲的狀態。

對此，研究一位佛州聖彼得斯堡兒童醫院，研究老化問題的研究員華克(Richard Walker)，希望從他們3人身上找到停止老化的基因問題，他從2年前開始研究這三起病例。他指出，研究威廉絲的基因密碼非常重要。

不過，威廉絲的父本不願讓女兒成為研究實驗品，但在了解其研究可以幫助老化疾病的患者時，才欣然接受。母親瑪莉說，我們有信心科學可發現更多針對老化疾病的問題，並到解決之道。她還說，如果可以從女兒的身上發現治療的方法，他們將成為這項研究計畫的一份子。

目前華克以在威爾絲身上找到造成不尋常發育遲緩症狀的原因，很可能是女性第2個X染色體的調節基因發生突變，才會造成遲緩老化地這種現象。

最近買了一張4850，無奈的接上顯示卡電源之後電腦就沒畫面了 搜尋了一下文章，大多數人的350W就可以推的動 無奈我的益衡(帝) 350W就是沒辦法順利顯示畫面... 推測應該是年紀大了跑不動，於是想要換一個power 請問一下，各位該推薦我買哪一個呢? (或是有更好的麻煩請推薦) 目前的預算約在2k上下，盡量不要超過太多 目標放在400~450W這附近選擇 http://ppt.cc/dATa 以上是某屋的power挑出來的~ 請各位給一些意見，謝謝! ※ 引述《mobel (111)》之銘言： : 今天早上保險公司有和A媽媽聯絡了，不知道狀況如何...... : 但是從B車主跟我說她接到A媽媽要索賠的電話，雖說不關我的事情 : 但是我覺得該給A媽媽一個教訓(雍正爺拍謝啦，沒有參考您的建議，很怕她女兒以後 : 在路上撞到我媽就糟了)目前想到的方式如下 鍵盤分析一下 跟你想法可能不同 我簡單回答 點到為止 之前文章有提到前車緊急煞車 導致你也急停以致機車追撞 這部分不曉得有無證據可證明？ 行車紀錄器、後面擦撞車輛的說法？ 證據先找好的話 可以避免之後訴訟的麻煩 (萬一要訴訟的話) 或許在檢察官那邊就以犯罪嫌疑不足不起訴處分了！ 通常車禍事件 當事人會有車損人傷的情形 車損部分跑民事 也就是請求賠償金錢的問題 如果身體有損傷也可以請求精神慰撫金 人傷部分跑刑事 也就是要不要被關、能不能易科罰金的問題 所以會有兩個部分的訴訟程序 要和解的話請注意 如果自己私下見面 簽簽書面契約的這只是兩造的私法契約 如未經告訴人依刑事訴訟法第238條第1項規定，在第一審辯論終結前 ，向該第一審法院以書狀或言詞表示撤回告訴之意思，仍不生撤回告訴之效力。 要先提起告訴才能撤回唷 如果是約定拋棄告訴的話 目前實務見解是不生效力的唷！ 因此有人簽完和解契約後還是會被告刑事 就是這種情形 這樣和解就沒意義啦！ 聰明一點的會叫對方先提告 然後馬上請他撤回 再給錢 這樣以後就不能告啦！ 再來，鄉鎮市調解條例第28條第2項規定告訴乃論之刑事事件於偵查中或第 一審法院辯論終結前，調解成立，並於調解書上記載當事人同意撤回意旨 ，經法院核定者，視為於調解成立時撤回告訴或自訴 所以去鄉鎮市公所調解也是比較省時的作法 : 1.已經請原廠將保桿烤漆與更換的估價單開下來(約一萬五上下)，業務建議我這部份 : 先不要用車體險來出(反正肇責出來之後也會跟A協調)讓A媽媽看到金額之後直接 : 用現金賠償，如果A媽媽態度還是很堅決，就把烤漆那三天我無車可用但是還是必須 : 跑班上課的租車費用加上去一起算。 更換材料部分要折舊 看你車子幾年去計算 所以金額會跟你想像的有落差 師傅更換材料的「工資」另外計算 這部分不用折舊 租車的部分 恩....這部分要考量有無必要性 一定要租車嗎？ 坐計程車不行嗎？ 那租台賓士車可不可以呢？ 心中那把尺自己衡量一下 : 2.因為處理車禍當天請了一堂課的假，還有日後若是需要出面協調車禍和解需要請假， : 薪資部份都由A媽媽買單(只是要麻煩各班主任開薪資證明了) 協調和解並不是對方害你的 你沒有受傷而不能工作 法院不會准你的 : 3.如果A媽媽真的太超過，我會選擇要求精神賠償，因為我媽有接到室內電話說你兒子 : 撞人態度又差！我媽已經72歲也不懂錄音，但是就一直問我到底是怎樣，不要被人告 : 但是不知道誰打來的....我已經跟家人說最近接到電話先錄音再說 民法第195條 （侵害身體健康名譽或自由之非財產上損害賠償） 不法侵害他人之身體、健康、名譽、自由、信用、隱私、貞操， 或不法侵害其他人格法益而情節重大者，被害人雖非財產上之損 害，亦得請求賠償相當之金額。其名譽被侵害者，並得請求回復 名譽之適當處分。 請問你身體有無損害？ 是不是車禍所引起的 你要怎麼證明精神有受損害？ 氣到吃不下飯、睡不著這種 一時情緒不佳的 法院也不會准 : 最後如果有拿到任何一筆現金的賠償金 ，我會將金額全部捐給流浪動物相關協會，因為 : 我的狗今年年初往生，最近又看到一堆流浪動物的新聞，反正我的車預計是不會再修， : 收據到時候會po上來作證，希望能幫到更多流浪的犬貓。 唉唉....人生不如意十之八九 雖然你可能覺得很不爽 但目前實務差不多是這樣運作的嚕! 你參考參考！！！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.40

違停被開15張罰單，申訴被駁回

新竹王姓男子自今年3月2日至4月15日間，將轎車停在苗栗縣竹南鎮一處人行道上，被警察連續開罰，前後開出15張罰單，每張罰900元，總額達1萬3500元，王男不服，他稱不知道該處不能停車，又說警察應該將車移到保管場，不該連續處罰。

法官認為，王男考過駕照應知道人行道不能停車，且依據道路交通管理處罰條例規定，汽車所有人不在場或未能將汽車移置每逾2小時，得連續舉發，警方的舉發沒有違誤，駁回王男請求，維持原處分。

【大紀元2013年08月18日訊】（大紀元記者王依瀾、蔡溶紐約報導）位於紐約曼哈頓西部碼頭區的「無畏號航空母艦」海空博物館（Intrepid Sea-Space Museum）是美國紐約著名旅遊景點之一，每天接待著來自世界各地的遊客。

這艘巨大的「無畏號」航母對曾經在此服役的老兵來說有著非凡的意義，尤其對當天前來的30多個曾經參加過二戰的老兵來說﹐這裡可以說是他們用生命經歷戰爭與維護世界和平的見證。

為了緬懷曾經在這艘航空母艦上戰鬥過卻永遠逝去的英魂，無畏號博物館的總裁和聯合主席與老兵和老兵家屬在甲板上向大海投放紀念花圈，他們並一起切蛋糕慶祝。在歡歌笑語中，這些昔日的老兵找回了當年的美好回憶。

美國的海軍學院董事會主席、已退役的海軍上將詹姆斯(James Stavridis) ，以及航空母艦博物館聯合主席肯‧費捨爾（Ken Fisher）和布魯斯‧莫斯勒（Bruce Mosler），航空母艦博物館總裁蘇珊（Susan Marenoff-Zausner）和其他曾在「無畏號」航母服役的老兵發表了講話。


無畏號博物館的總裁和聯合主席向前來參加此次70週年慶典的老兵們表達了真摯的感謝，並和老兵一起切蛋糕慶祝。（大紀元資料圖）

多名曾在朝鮮戰爭、冷戰和越戰期間參軍的老軍人與家人從全國各地前來參加了這次活動。他們中有人帶來當時的個人物品捐贈給博物館。包括第二次世界大戰時的獎牌、一頂帽子、針線包、一個已故前機組成員的照片，由他的遺孀捐贈、由報務員約瑟夫‧巴里（Joseph Barry）翻譯的1946年日本投降決定文件、巴里參加的工作小組的照片、航母上的節日菜單和他的身分證，以及由威廉‧墨菲（William Murphy ）捐贈的「無畏號」樂隊的照片。

前來參加的老軍有來自密歇根州92歲的羅伊（Roy Latall），他與另兩位看管制動裝置的水手保持了長達七十年的友誼。

今年90歲﹑來自維州的斯維爾‧澳 ‧巴赫（Sverre O. Bach），曾擔任「無畏號」飛行員，後來因1946年在日本服役獲得優異十字勳章。他參與了二十多個東京、九州南和西諸島周圍的作戰任務。

曾於1957年在航母上擔任工程師的David Lemke說自己服役時才19歲。再次看到航母，他很激動。「我們住在亞馬遜州，這次開車來參加這個活動。自從1958年，我就沒有踏上這個航母了。這對我還說是很興奮的時刻。」

現年88歲的中華民國海軍老兵湯富翔說，「美國一向是police country、世界的警察，維護世界和平，航空母艦是國家力量的展現、最高權力的象征，誰都想把國家的權力提高，象征之一就是航空母艦。」

餐廳名稱：斗南炸饅頭 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：雲林縣斗南鎮中正路117號(近中山路交叉口) 電話：無 營業時間：21:30~09:00 每人平均價位：50 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：炸饅頭、豬排蛋餅、奶茶 好讀網誌版:http://vilo92.pixnet.net/blog/post/172256111 聽說是間開了60多年的祖傳老店，連店名都沒有～ 主打煉乳炸饅頭、蛋餅包肉片、豆漿。 今年4月有顧客向美食節目推薦，許多人又在臉書推文轉載，炸饅頭一夕暴紅，想吃還得排隊等候呢。 P1060948.jpg 感覺很像家族企業，一整家的人都出來工作了XD P1060951.jpg 因為晚上九點半才營業，我們剛剛好9點30分準時抵達， 然後，這消夜時段也太多人了吧～～～～ P1060950.jpg 在等待的時候可以先看MENU， 炸饅頭是招牌，起司、煉乳、抹茶都很多人買喔～ 天哪～我當初怎沒看到抹茶XDDDDDDDDD P1060953.jpg P1060954.jpg P1060955.jpg 終於～終於～終於！！！！！！！！！！！ 我們排了整整一個小時，終於在10點半進到店內！！！！ 其實店內一直都沒有人啦，大概是太熱， 幾乎所有人全都外帶，而且一帶就是十幾顆饅頭， 饅頭又很費工，要先炸過再拿去烤，難怪～～～等這麼久。 P1060956.jpg P1060958.jpg P1060959.jpg 是一般中式早餐店會賣的東西， 而且價位都很佛心來著。 P1060960.jpg 奶茶，大杯20元，中杯15元，小杯10元。 P1060961.jpg 不要懷疑，我們清一色全部點了奶茶，雖然豆漿才是招牌， 但是聽說奶茶超好喝啊～～～ 實際上喝起來，我是還蠻喜歡的，就是早餐店的奶茶，但更清香，不會太甜。 P1060962.jpg 豬排蛋餅 NT30 P1060963.jpg P1060964.jpg 他們的豬排蛋餅好好吃！！！ 一份才30元，然後豬排很大塊～ P1060967.jpg P1060969.jpg 豬排蛋餅很厚實，餅皮不會太油。 P1060970.jpg 豬排好好吃喔～是很真材實料的那種豬排， 不會有假假的肉味或口感耶！很扎實～ P1060971.jpg 港式蘿蔔糕 NT25 蘿蔔糕我朋友好愛， 我覺得很家常味啦，這味道跟口感就跟我媽自己做的蘿蔔糕一樣啊XD 外酥內軟，偏軟爛一點。 P1060972.jpg 炸饅頭+起士、煉乳 NT30 P1060973.jpg 鏘鏘鏘鏘～～～～這一個小時就是為了他啊！！！！！！！ 這玩意當消夜真是太罪惡了～又是炸的、又是甜的，還有肥死人不償命的煉乳及起士！！ 真是太邪惡的消夜了，但我喜歡XDDDDDDD P1060974.jpg P1060975.jpg 瞧瞧饅頭都沾滿煉乳了～ P1060976.jpg P1060978.jpg 炸饅頭看起來超好吃的啦～ P1060980.jpg P1060981.jpg 我們一致覺得，饅頭炸得好吃，淋上煉乳再配上起士，真的很棒！ 不過，煉乳好像有點太少，再多一些一定更過癮(是要多肥胖啦XD) P1060983.jpg 煉乳可以再更多一些， 總覺得煉乳不夠多，吃起來偏乾， 果然還是該配一杯飲料！ P1060984.jpg 饅頭很扎實喔，但好像還可以再更酥一點。 P1060985.jpg P1060986.jpg 店家已經很貼心先幫你切成四等分， 加上起士真的超好吃！！！ P1060982.jpg 這頓消夜太豐盛了啦 P1060987.jpg P1060988.jpg P1060989.jpg 手幾乎沒停過，馬不停蹄的烤饅頭～ P1060990.jpg 聽說自從食尚玩家報導過厚， 生意好到不行呀！！ 我們整整排了一個小時， 一點都不誇張～排隊的人真的好多！！ 九點半到，排到十點半才輪到我們， 內用沒有人，還好點完餐後很快就送上餐了， 果然是因為大家外帶一次都十幾顆～ 吃完大概十一點，走出來發現隊伍大概少了一半， 會不會其實我們挑的那時間是最多人的XD 饅頭是先炸再烤， 起士、煉乳放到饅頭上， 再拿進去小烤箱烤。 這間感覺就是家族生意， 全家總動員這樣XD 推薦指數：90 奶茶我覺得蠻好喝的，就是早餐店的奶茶(我就愛喝這種咩XD) 蛋餅很厚實，不會太油，豬排很豬排，是很真材實料的那種豬排， 不會有假假的組合肉感，很扎實，軟嫩不乾硬。 蘿蔔糕就跟我媽做的蘿蔔糕吃起來差不多， 外酥內軟，偏軟爛一點。 然後炸饅頭是真的蠻好吃的，加起士、煉乳是招牌必點呀 不過整體來說因為煉乳不夠多，吃起來會偏乾，要配一杯飲料會比較順口！ 然後加上起士真的很好吃，饅頭的個頭也不小喔。 雖然客人很多，但服務態度還是很不錯， 炸饅頭的阿伯還拿出椅子給客人們坐，怕大家站太久。 價位也都很合理，不貴。 不過！！！排隊的人真的很多， 下次要換個時段來，或許十一點人會比較少XDDD 好啦，其實仔細想一想，或許這個可以自己做， 套句我爸的話，「阿不就炸銀絲卷換成炸饅頭，去排一個小時是頭殼壞去嗎？」 拉點理智回來，自己動手就不用再失心瘋跑到斗南去吃XD 但我還是想再吃一次耶，還有抹茶煉乳！！！（誤） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.244.181.223

我自己不碰荷花魚的，但是我每天都在融合藍綠白，

融合活動剛開始時，想換到怪盜的心情比較高，那時我每1色都是2:1換到的，
周年慶開始，我融合藍3綠白各2全中怪盜魚= =
我要其他魚啦！再融到怪盜魚全都進到新的融合下場啦！

題外話；
要用怪盜魚融合的話，
白怪盜魚可以放上方那格商店魚，藍怪盜魚可以放到右下的其他魚，綠怪到可以擺到左下的兌換魚。

海洋節慶系列活動開跑 2013高雄海洋博覽會－夏日PARTY 24日首先登場 2013/08/20 高雄市副市長李永得（左五起）、海洋局局長藍健菖，藉由高雄海洋博覽會揭開序幕，宣 佈一系列海洋節慶活動開跑。李福忠／攝影 為凸顯高雄海洋城市豐富的海洋產業及觀光資源，高雄市政府海洋局主辦的「2013高雄海 洋博覽會-夏日PARTY」將於8月24、25日在興達漁港情人碼頭舉行，20日在高市府舉行記 者會，由副市長李永得、海洋局局長藍健菖及高雄七大漁會代表身著漁人特色青蛙裝，共 同宣告高雄市年度海洋節慶系列活動即將開跑。 藍健菖表示，港都高雄最具海洋休閒特色，台灣遊艇製造世界知名，產業聚落已成形，市 府更規劃遊艇產業專區推動產業發展。今年海博會將與遊艇觀光產業結合，並規劃「一日 漁夫體驗」讓民眾登舢筏出海作業，體驗漁民的辛苦及漁家的樂趣。 此外，還有海風音樂會、農漁會特色產品展、海洋科技文化教育展、東沙環礁國家公園特 展、煙火秀、龍膽石斑食材秀，以及最具特色漁家舢筏體驗海上牧場、重型帆船、獨木舟 、水上摩托車、環港觀光船、藍色公路體驗等多項活動，都呈現濃濃海洋氣息及寓教於樂 的元素。 102年各區漁會海洋相關節慶活動也將陸續舉行，包括興達港區漁會「浪花捲捲節」、永 安區漁會「石斑繽紛，熱力滿分-2013永安海洋音樂季」、彌陀區漁會「虱想起系列行銷 觀光推廣活動」、梓官區漁會「2013海鮮節暨地方產業文化慶典系列活動」等。 http://edn.udn.com/article/view.jsp?aid=654323&cid=17 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.156.240 ※ 編輯: baobaolove 來自: 1.173.156.240 (08/20 18:37)

點亮家中溫暖燈 淨心捐善款

高雄市阿蓮區光德寺住持淨心長老，響應高雄市警局少年隊推行的「點亮家中溫暖燈」計畫，8月20日捐贈10萬元教材費，希望拋磚引玉，支持警方的點燈計畫能持續擴展到各區，為經常流連在外的學生輔導學業，引導學生升學。

高雄市少年警察隊首期點燈計畫，以三民、鳳山地區的國中生為主，成果頗受家長及學校肯定，正籌備第二期點燈計畫，要將點燈範圍擴展到楠梓及岡山地區。

淨心長老獲悉，警方這項擴點計畫須有穩定的師資及教材資源，才挹注經費，供點燈計畫能為岡山地區迷途少年，點亮前景，並繼續拓展到其他地區。
