【黃楷棟／新北報導】人真的不能鐵齒！新北市1名43歲廣告公司黃姓老闆今天凌晨0時許，在公司喝了1杯純高梁後，不聽友人勸告，想說公司離住家很近不會被攔檢，仍執意騎車返家，沒想到短短5分鐘路程還真的都沒遇到警察，卻在到了家門口時，被正在交通稽查的警員聞到酒味攔下酒測。

警方對黃男酒測後，發現酒測值為0.82毫克，黃男則對自己鐵齒行徑懊悔不已，但仍被依公共危險移送地檢署偵辦。

【綜合報導】德國總理默克爾的專機，上個月據傳曾遭一名吸毒者潛入，18日媒體公佈的軍方記錄證實了這一事件。

今年7月25日，停留在科隆波恩軍用機場的政府專機被不知名者潛入，此人先潛入機艙，後又進入駕駛艙，在那裡按下了緊急事故按鈕，科隆波恩機場指揮台以及國防軍指揮部同時接收到警報，要求現場守衛解釋情況。

守衛在現場發現了一只提包，裡面裝有大麻、冰毒等毒品，但一時無法斷定潛入者當時的位置。20分鐘之後，守衛在提包中又發現了一張記載提包主人個人資訊的字條，初步斷定此人生活在科隆，為土耳其裔德國人，26歲。不過，此人在警方的信息庫中沒有犯罪記錄。半小時之後，現場仍舊沒有發回關於潛入者的更多消息，國防軍將緊急警報提昇至最高級別1級。國防軍擔心此人會開動專機，機上油箱中裝有約8噸油，如果專機啟動在地面和其它飛機相撞，後果將不堪設想。

儘管機場旁邊即駐扎著國防軍空軍的一個營地，但直到事件發生40分鐘之後，軍警才出現在現場，卸掉了機身上的電池，從而控制飛機啟動。2小時之後，聯邦刑警也來到現場。之前除了守衛之外，沒有人試圖和潛入飛機的人取得聯系。由於不知道潛入者的具體位置，警方通過話筒向機艙內喊話，但沒有得到回應。3小時之後，警方決定利用警犬搜尋潛入者，最後終於發現其躲在機艙後部而將其逮捕。

軍方的記錄稱，這位被警方稱為T的潛入者先來到機場邊上的空軍軍營，假稱有事被獲准進入。之後爬越圍欄進入機場，警方在圍欄上發現了T的DNA。T的職業是健身教練，被警方抓捕時僅身著內褲。T自稱因失戀而作出這一舉動。
　　
媒體經過調查發現，這架被“入侵”的專機當時沒有上鎖，駕駛艙門也處於開放狀態，完全違反航空規定。此外，地面跑道上設置的震動警報，也因建築工地的存在而關閉，致使T可以非法登機。

德國政府專機型號為空客A319，購置於3年前。機艙裡設置有私人辦公室及一間十二席會議室。主艙能運載32位乘客。事件之後，該機左機翼部分須重新刷漆，並替換了一個緊急滑梯。經過試飛之後，該機從本周起已重新使用。

我特地登錄了他們的專頁一觀，內容詳實嚴謹，與網站、雜誌上的內容無異。
Robinson Meyer 在文末說：

世事難預料，天災更是難預防，目前颱風算是最能事先準備因應的天災，而最難預測的就屬「地震」了，說來就來沒有在客氣的，震度要大要小、想要在哪裡爆發都是沒辦法事先知道，所以一旦地震來臨，唯一能做的就是快逃命！（ㄟ～是搖太大了才要逃啦～）

不過，要是在睡夢中遇到，通常大部份的人會喪失警覺性，剛開始小小搖晃的時候，搞不好還會覺得很好睡（嗯？），萬一後面接著來個大搖晃，可能就會錯失了第一時間救命的好時機。

身處在地震帶的我們，不像日本地震警報做的那麼完善，但還是可以自己下載「地震感知警報器」到手機中來自保，睡覺時就啟動它，當地震真的不幸來到，手機會自動感應到震動、晃動並警鈴聲大作，第一時間就通知你、叫醒你，讓你比別人多一分活下來的機會！

第2步 當睡覺時或需要啟動警報時，就進入程式按下「進行背景執行」，然後把手機放置在自己不容易於睡夢中觸碰到的地方，避免因為不小心動到反而去干擾了自己做美夢的時間。

只有當震動發生時警報才會響起，當震動停止時，警報也會跟著停止。當不需要警報時，再進入程式按下「停止背景執行」即可。

【大紀元2013年08月16日訊】（大紀元記者秦雨霏編譯報導）李廣年大搖大擺，有著共產黨幹部的派頭和天然的權威，讓人很難頂撞他。他的位於北京市中心的辦公室牆壁上掛滿了他跟退休將軍和政府官員的合影。他開著頂級奧迪和奔馳，他五十多歲，有著一名18歲的情婦。

李廣年自稱是中國動態調查委員會主任兼黨組書記。但是在他包養年輕情人的醜聞曝光之後，中央黨校聲明：中央黨校從未聽聞「中調會」及其活動，教職工中也沒有名叫「李廣年」的人。

《華盛頓郵報》8月16日報導說，在一個精於模仿藝術的國家，從假冒iPhone到倫敦塔橋的實物大小複製品，從仿造曼哈頓金融中心到充斥著假冒展品的博物館，李廣年只是又一個拷貝：一個假冒機構裡面的假冒的官員，發出虛假的承諾—假信貸和假合同。

在全中國，官僚通過無數的機構佔據了幾乎所有的地方，如果你認識正確的人，你可以賺取難以想像的巨款。因此不斷壯大的騙子隊伍在兜售終極貨幣—政治精英的影響力。

一些人索賄但是從不給予回報；另外一些人假冒是中央政府官員，被阿諛奉承的地方官員當作國王一樣對待。一個中國信貸評級機構最近認定一百多個跟這種騙子有關的假冒組織。

但是李廣年比一般的假冒者更高明。他在北京建立了一個冠冕堂皇的組織，然後通過出售這個名字的使用權給全國混混或一心往上爬的人來大筆賺錢。直到他跟他的年輕情人的關係在網上曝光之後以及共產黨跟他斷絕關係之後，他的騙局才被揭穿。

「李廣年是一個中國式的騙子，他生存於中國傳統和中國土壤。」律師易盛華說。他在2011年會見過李。「在中國文化中，人們有一種對權力和官員的盲目信仰，崇拜和神秘感。」

「普通人很難識別騙子，因為官員疏遠人民。官員和公眾之間的距離感是騙子賴以生存的土壤。」

報導說，李廣年以「中國動態調查委員會」 的名義設立了一個辦公室，它假裝幫助共產黨更好的瞭解普通公民的關注點。通常，只有跟中央政府有關聯的組織才被允許在頭銜當中使用「中國」。

李廣年在辦公室展示共產黨的標誌，並且誇耀他的組織的「特殊」地位，暗示官方特權。但是他的組織註冊的既不是政府也不是共產黨。

「中國有一個太大的政府，有太多的權力，一切都依賴於政府。」人民大學政治學教授張鳴說。「那些可以的，就依靠官員；那些不能的，就騙。」

黨金國2010年開始跟李廣年合作，他急需一個「官方組織」成員的信譽以便幫助他代表中國中部農民工作。但是他說他最終意識到李廣年只有一個目的：就是賺錢。

「他總是說，『我給你地位和尊嚴，你給我管理費。』」黨金國回憶說。

中南大學財經和政法大學教授喬新生說，中國的特色提供了政治騙子豐富的土壤。他們利用信息不對稱，來欺騙人們。」他說，「任何跟中央政府官員有關係的人或甚至跟他們的親戚有關係的人，在跟地方政府打交道的時候都暢通無阻。」

就像越來越多的貪腐官員一樣，李廣年的騙局被曝光是因為他跟一個年輕女人的關係。

當六月份他光著身子跟一個年輕女孩睡覺的照片被張貼到網絡論壇之後，網民們以為他們又抓到了一個貪官。但是很快，共產黨撇清跟他和他的組織的關係。灰頭土臉的，李廣年消失於公眾視線，他的網站被關閉，他的辦公室被關門。

在高峰的時候，中國動態調查委員會誇口說有34個分支機構。它宣稱得到前中共總書記江澤民的贊助。他的公司總部牆上掛了一幅據稱是江的親筆書法。
