「公民1985行動聯盟」所舉辦的「803」凱道活動之所以成功，就是因為他們不願凸顯個人主義，希望以「公民」角色表達對「洪仲丘案」不滿，就是這股「沒有英雄，不能收割」的單純，最後才能成功喚起社會熱烈響應。

更由於「公民」意見自然分殊，不可能對各項議題都有相同看法。因此，就連聯盟原始召集人柳醫師，都在媒體專訪中表示，他在演講稿中帶入「大埔、服貿、核四」等其他議題時，曾有被噓「偷渡」的擔心。

不過看到民進黨前主席蔡英文近日呼籲「國是會議」的投書，卻發現她口口聲聲以「公民」自居、為「公民」代言，「據公民為己有」的政治意圖昭然若揭，竟然連一點掩飾都沒有。

蔡英文渾然忘卻她的文章署名是「民進黨前主席」，不是「白衫軍召集人」；她的責任是「壯大反對黨」，不是「組建革命軍」；她真正該走的是「議會路線」，而不是「街頭示威」。

況且民進黨這屆立委，都是在她主席任內所提名，不分區名單中更多是所謂「英系人馬」，蔡英文身為反對黨重要領袖，竟然自比為「公民」之一人，恐怕難脫意圖推卸政治責任之譏。

作為李登輝的政治門徒，蔡英文這次學的並不到位。當年李登輝兩度召集「國是會議」，用意都是推動總統個人所設定政治議程。1990年第一次「國是會議」目的在於終結「萬年國會」，1996年第二次「國發會議」是找大家來為「戒急用忍」政策背書。

今昔對照顯見背景條件大有不同，當時立法院與國民大會都缺乏足夠民意基礎，當年更沒有公投法可解決重大政策爭議。 (接下一頁)

【綜合報導】女星柯佳嬿和男星坤達的緋聞傳了近8個月，昨天一前一後在微博上放閃光，柯佳嬿先是po出一本名為《小日子》雜誌封面的照片，表示：「一如往昔的小日子，過起來特別平淡溫馨。」過了1分鐘，坤達馬上又上傳了同一本雜誌的照片，說：「在急急忙忙地工作之餘，稍作停留的喘息也是很重要的~~就醬（這樣）生活著。」網友猜2人當時應該正在約會，一起po照分享甜蜜時光。

坤達和柯佳嬿日前才被拍到吃完美食後，手牽手過馬路，看來戀情漸趨穩定，已經不避諱公開親密關係，甚至一同在網路上放閃光。許多網友也對兩人的戀情大力支持，留言「小倆囗要幸福」、「要好好一直跟最愛幸福下去啊」、「看來小倆口有約會哦，真甜蜜」等祝福語。

【翻譯】

所說的「養之」的方法是甚麼呢？就是要「饒之以財」、「約之以禮」、「裁之以法」。

甚麼是「饒之以財」？人之常情，財力不足，就會變得貪婪卑鄙苟且求得，甚麼壞事都會去做。古代賢王明白這個道理，所制訂的俸祿，就連一般平民擔任最低級官員的，他的俸祿已經比耕作還要多了(足以代其耕矣)。官階愈高，俸祿也跟著增加，一定讓俸祿足以培養維持廉恥的美德，且能遠離貪婪卑鄙的惡行。還不僅如此，又推恩到官員的子孫讓他們也能繼續享受他的俸祿，這個辦法就叫做「世祿」。使官員活著的時候也，對於父子、兄弟、妻子的奉養，親戚、朋友的接待(交際應酬)，都沒有遺憾了。當他不在了(死後)，對於子孫的生活也不會有無不足的憂慮。

甚麼是「約之以禮」？人之常情，財力豐足而無禮制來加以節制，就會肆意為非作歹，甚麼壞事都會去做。古代賢王明白這個道理，所制訂的制度，婚事喪事、祭祀奉養、設宴饗客等事情，服飾飲食、器皿用具等物品，都根據爵位、官職的品級來加以限制，並且齊(統)一了計量(算)的標準。爵位、官職的品級允許去做但是財力不夠的，就不必非做不可；財力可以做到但是爵位、官職的品級不允許去做的，也不能讓他有一點點的(銖兩分寸)超過(規定)。

(1)貪鄙：貪婪卑鄙。(2) 苟得：不當得而得。(3) 無所不至：指什麼壞事都做到了。(4) 養廉恥：培養並保持廉恥的美德。(5) 世祿： 古代有世祿之制，貴族世代享有爵祿。(6) 婚姻：因婚姻而結成的親戚。(7)接： 交際﹑招待。(8) 放僻邪侈： 肆意為非作歹。(9) 無所不至：指什麼壞事都做到了。(10) 命數： 爵位或官職的品級。(11) 律度量衡：用以計量長短和容積、輕重的標準。

聲援大埔民眾18日晚間突襲內政部，成功占據辦公大樓廣場，大家除了拿出噴漆、貼紙在強柱上表達不滿，一群藝術大學學生，更自發在內政部廣場前地上，彩繪一幅馬英九指揮怪手的圖畫，藉此諷刺政府濫權強拆民宅。

這幅彩繪，由各藝術大學生集體創作，在此之前，大家甚至不認識彼此，但負責彩繪工作的楊同學表示，大家現在對政府有同樣厭惡的心，大家表達一樣的訴求，雖然沒有認識，但透過藝術很快就能有所聯結。

這幅彩繪，右邊為一個張牙舞爪的政客，左邊則是一台被被稻穗層層纏住的怪手，負責彩繪的黃同學說，這樣的圖畫象徵農民抗爭最終停止政府的浮濫徵收。

由於這幅彩繪圖畫相當巨大，前後費時了2個小時仍未完成，不過現場也出現一些小插曲，一位疑似精神異常紅衣女子坐在彩繪圖上不斷咆哮、不肯離去，也讓作品完成進度受到影響。此外，也隨時能看到手持DV的便衣在一旁進行搜證。

目前現場也架起投影幕播放電影，陪大家度過漫漫長夜，但也有消息指出，目前警方已開始集結，準備等抗議民眾人數減少後強制驅離。

參加LLB世界青少棒賽的中華隊，台北時間18日清晨在冠軍戰中以11比2擊敗美西隊，贏得冠軍，這是中華隊自1972年以來，中華隊拿到的第19次冠軍。

中華隊今年是由桃園縣新明國中為班底，實力超強，先在國際組一路過關斬將，連續打敗捷克、波多黎各、古拉索、加拿大，並在國際賽冠軍戰再勝古拉索，今天在冠軍戰面對美西隊。

中華隊總教練黃湋志說「中華隊一開賽有點緊張，但這是難免，在第3局得4分之後逐漸放開身手，第5局攻下5分，拉開比數就比較安心」。

此戰，中華隊從3局下展開攻勢，胡瑞麟、王偉安連續安打加盜壘，先馳得點，接著葉秀華保送，邱繼諒、彭立中、吳竣安補上3支安打，再添3分，取得4比0的領先。

中華隊5局下再以5支安打與兩次保送，外帶盜壘以及美西隊的失誤，一口氣連下5分，將比數差距拉開為9比0，奠定勝基。

中華隊先發投手方榮獨撐7局，被美西隊敲出7支安打，只在6局上被轟了一發兩分砲，失2分，表現精采。 (接下一頁)

呃，現在時間是凌晨二點三十七分 (打完文章檢查完錯字按Ctrl+X後都不知道是幾點了？@__@) 明天一早還要開車下台中工作睡前想說逛逛批踢踢當做是一天的結束吧點進台劇版前還沒有意識到發生了什麼事直到點進這禮拜五的Live文後看到野生的Peter推我說「導演!!!! 你看版標!!!!」想說剛才偷吃兩塊雞塊當宵夜的事情被發現了嗎？退出來之後才看到控制碼的版標差點把還沒吞下去的咖啡統統嗆出來既然版主這麼熱情地下了版標cue我出來似乎不講些話也不行了僅管有千言萬語想對版眾說但第一句湧上念頭的還是「我好愛溫馨的台劇版呀。」自己拍的片子第一個Live文在台劇版爆掉的是《搖滾保母》接下來就是《我的完美男人》、《美人龍湯》和《親愛的，我愛上別人了》《我的完美男人》是台視第一部自製的偶像劇也是現在台視自製五十檔的濫觴非常榮幸能和阿不拉導演(游堅煜)合作完成《我的完美男人》也因此認識了多才多藝的天心(以下尊稱為「心姐」XDD) 心姐在片場一直都是我們的開心果別看她平常時在媒體上的模樣總是傲嬌美麗工作以外的時間她就像個疼弟弟妹妹的大姊姊喜歡搞笑和炒熱氣氛，也常常買東西請大家吃就算一天工作超過15個小時也絕不喊累在片場，由我起頭叫她「心姐」其他人也就「心姐、心姐」的叫演沈大金的陳慕義就常常搞不清楚我們在叫誰還以為片廠有哪個女星叫「心潔」他不認識《親愛的，我愛上別人了》是我第二次與台視合作製作團隊則是承襲「完美男人」與「半熟戀人」而來 (大家有沒有發覺，這幾部片尾巴都有個「人」字呢？^^) 大家在製作默契上越來越好而這回又加入了新加坡影帝，銘順(後面尊稱「順哥」或簡稱「阿順仔」XDD) 說起順哥，真的是讓我佩服的五體投地他的哭戲是厲害到喊"Action"五秒前還可以跟你哇哈哈哈的嘻皮笑臉喊"Action"一秒後就立馬可以眼眶泛紅的望穿秋水若不是在現場瞧見我還真會以為他在魔術一秒變深情的表演實在是太厲害了君不見我們的幕後花絮總是很歡樂這其實是專業演員厲害的地方歡樂的原因是因為「他們很放鬆」所謂演戲這件事，在排戲的時候，演員要越放鬆越好因為這樣才能把最好的情緒放在開機後的表演如果在排戲的時候就放感情等到正式來時情緒都乾掉了怎麼演也不會好看所以大家看我們的幕後不論再怎麼沉重的戲，排戲時一定是嘻嘻哈哈因為情緒要用在拍攝時由於順哥和心姐都是非常放鬆的人他們兩人湊在一塊，根本比撒尿牛丸還要噴汁漿爆雖然劇本裡頭大多都是情緒很重、哭來哭去的戲但他們兩位仁兄仁姊下了戲後都玩得很開心順哥沒戲時最愛做的事，就是打電話給老婆聊天講電話濃情蜜意的煲電話粥羨煞現場所有女性工作同胞們只是不曉得他們私底下是不是也以「過兒」和「姑姑」相稱？ＸＤＤ再來是我們的另外一位男角兒尚恩在那削瘦俊俏的臉龐下，卻有一頭小甜甜裡頭安東尼的捲髮在那暖如春陽的暖男笑容裡，卻又隱藏著既憂鬱又狂野不羈的氣質如果他的書店後面是一個金庫的話應該全天下的女人都想要撲倒他吧別看我用這麼多「正面」的形容詞來形容他其實他也是片場的開心果設計出身的他對於「聯想」和「觸類旁通」這件事非常厲害他和逸欣一樣都很會成語接龍只是逸欣接的都是正常的成語，他接的都是冷笑話譬如說在拍第一集的時候，宜臻出了他的書店之後感覺身體不舒服尚恩送她到醫院來拍那場戲時我跟Darren說，這只是第一集尚恩和宜臻那時候連朋友都稱不上所以情感別放太重，必須要是「第・一・集」的情緒 Darren說他懂了，我們就開始排戲結果Action後就開始假鬼假怪、很輕浮的演起來我問他在演什麼，他反問我說，「導演，你不是要"低級"的演法嗎？」諸如此類的事情就從開拍到殺青……冏rz 所以，千萬別被Darren在銀幕前深情的形象給騙了因為他在片場其實是個很好翹的人呀(喬喬語) 孩子們，電視都是假的，千萬別被尚恩葛格騙囉，知道嗎？乖~~ 跟上述所有65年次的前輩比起來 (Holy shxt，Darren我透露了你的年紀了) 逸欣是個八○後的青春無敵小姑娘雖然她的戲劇資歷比較淺但她是個很用功，也很認真的演員在我們的拍攝期時，逸欣同時還有民視的另外一檔戲在拍同時軋二部戲的女主角，對演員來說，身心的負荷是很大的但不論前一天她在另外一個劇組拍多晚隔天她一定是精神飽滿地出現在我們片場並且把她的台詞記牢牢，沒有任何臨時抱佛腳的情況總是讓拍攝很順利的拍攝下去記得某天，我們有個修羅班表光在台中拍攝就要轉好幾個點拍到黃昏還得趕到新竹某漁港拍夜戲海邊夜戲拍完還得趕到新竹的攀岩場繼續拍室內戲那天拍了超過17個鐘頭，收工後都凌晨一點多了那時，我發現逸欣的雙眼很紅，所以問她昨天幾點睡她跟我說，她已經超過24小時沒閤眼了因為上一檔戲也是凌晨開工，拍到下午趕到我們劇組然後繼續拍到凌晨如果我沒問，她大概也不打算說吧這就是我的演員，吃苦當吃補也希望大家多給他們一些掌聲至於，大家一直很困擾的假髮我這邊一併做個解釋好了由於湘琪的角色設定，是一個好勝心強並且在中途選擇了事業、放棄了愛情的女生 (也可以視為宜臻的前身) 所以一開始就決定用一頭俐落的短髮做為湘琪的造型湘琪在拍攝主視覺(也就是大家在片頭時看到的四人海報) 那時候的短髮是真的原本的造型也相安無事地拍了近一個月只是中途發生了一個小意外逸欣在某個活動不小心把頭髮剪太短為了解決不連戲的問題，只好臨時找了一頂假髮給她戴由於連續劇是打橫的拍，也就是第1集到第7集混著拍因此，大家在前七集所看到的逸欣造型有時候是假髮，有時候是真髮到第八集之後，頭髮變長了大概從第九集開始之後，就變回自己的頭髮了寫到這裡看一下時間，媽呀，已經三點五十了先打住一下好了，留一下更有趣的事情在往後的日記慢慢分享以後還有更多其他演員的趣事(譬如：野生Peter？)講給你們聽謝謝你們，溫馨的台劇版狂野的叮噹導下禮拜不在台灣咱們下下週見囉！叮噹導 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.195.145

我想讓心情沉澱了一下才在今天又開啟了PTT 最後，我們看了煙火煙火結束散場後，人潮擁擠時，她很安心地靠著我走朋友們很識相的故意與我們走散現場很吵，我說：為什麼我們不在一起? 她似乎沒聽見我又大聲說：為什麼我們不在一起? 她似乎假裝沒聽見，因為旁邊的人看了我一眼空氣就在那時凝結了，她突然說：終於要走出去了我內心OS：你為什麼不面對? 之後我們就像平常又一樣沒事了禮拜日依舊跑到石碇千島湖，下午時分逆光人像最好的拍攝時間，我們拍了幾張照片我喜歡把她拍得美美的，所以我們就一直拍照到了傍晚下山時，她說：你要出國，不要再花錢了我說：你又沒有吃過王品她：我不想吃我：........好吧~~ 在回到她家的路上時(她家離我家100M) 她：我想吃火鍋我：甚麼火鍋?! 她：都可以我：大呼過癮?! 她：好結果老天爺好似地抓弄我們，好像說好的一樣那條街三間小火鍋店，兩間公休、一間打烊我：我們去別邊吃她：不要，我們去小夜市(一條晚上很熱鬧的街) 我：好到了那裏，全部都是小吃我：想吃特製乾麵她：我想吃麵線於是她買了麵線外帶到特製乾麵的地方我一樣叫了她愛吃的燙青菜、海帶、嘴邊肉就這樣結束了我告白計畫的一天 ------------------------------(我是分隔線)---------------- 我們依舊晚餐結束後會一起出來散步直到某一晚，雖然要出國的我依舊執行著工作室的事情忙了一整天結束後，依舊到她家樓下接她一起散步買了一袋滷味，還有最近版上很有名的素肚(我有加辣但是有切) 那間滷味攤是我們每次晚上消夜的首選她愛吃手工甜不辣、海帶、腱子肉因此我也一併買了，坐在沒人打球的籃球場旁一邊看著打球的人，一邊吃著滷味吃著吃著.......... 我說：ㄟ~~我要出國了，你感覺是...?! 她說：就這樣啊我說：以後就沒人陪你坐在這邊了她說：反正你會回來我說：你又不用SKYPE、智慧型手機、電腦她說：有FACEBOOK阿，反正有事情我會留言阿我說：喔...... 她說：那邊網路好像很慢吼.... 我說：聽說是這樣.....而且還很貴她說：恩我說：ㄟ~我想問你說為什麼我們... 她說：我們?!怎樣我說：沒事她說：為什麼我們要在這邊吃滷味?! 我說：不是啦.... 她說：我知道你要講甚麼，不要講我說：你又知道?! 她說：我不想要聽到，你不要講(有點生氣) 我說：就... 她說：好了，就這樣......你再講我要回家了我說：喔~ 好吧~~老實說我的嘴巴真的被她堵住了這就是爛大仁哥的劇情我一點也不想要這樣子，這是甚麼情形於是我開始忙碌，明明要出國了硬是要幫工作室多談下幾件案子對她開始愛理不理，連周末她要請吃飯的事情也一樣情人節那天，她的朋友硬是拖著我出去，帶著她一起去釣蝦我也一句話沒講，她朋友也亂尷尬的後來她開始晚上打電話給我要散步又說我們還沒去游泳，又說我的愛兔還沒拖她養總之，講了一堆理由把我找了出去最後，又回到原點，原本的我們那樣晚上，我們一起去看了電影電影撥到搞笑片段，她就敲著我的手撥到難過的片段，她又似乎想要靠過來卻又不敢我們又變成那樣，那句話還沒講就被塞回嘴裡我還該不該再找機會講出來?! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.87.24
