我和他是打工認識的同事 一開始只是覺得像哥兒們 （我個性大剌剌而他屬於溫和小娘） 可是我和他分享的小事他會記著 知道我喜歡吃什麼 會特地買給我吃 我以為他自己也愛吃結果後來他說他沒有喜歡 是因為我喜歡吃所以他買 我外表普普 但他常常說我只要改變一下就會很美 到後來我覺得自己有點喜歡上他 然後不知道該怎麼辦 我不知道他做這些到底算不算對我有好感 但我完全中招 可我們很少聊line 電話 fb 見面卻是熱絡的 有次去他家和他吃消夜 其實我有點想講 就用試探方式 但他卻笑笑說“該不會是要跟我告白吧，別這樣……之類的” 搞的我好想主動出擊 卻又怕是我誤會 請大家幫幫我吧…… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.201.190

精神病患家屬告警方誤殺黃梅

【大紀元2013年08月15日訊】（大紀元記者夏君編譯報導）去年在柔斯密亞太家庭中心(Asian Pacific Family Center in Rosemead)被警方打死的女精神病患黃梅（Jazmyne Ha Eng），其家屬已向聯邦法庭提起民權訴訟，起訴警察部門當時未派特殊心理評估小組 (Mental Evaluation Team)，而是派了沒有經驗的警察去現場，導致黃梅被誤殺。

這份於6月提交的訴訟狀稱，2012年1月4日，被派去柔斯密亞太家庭中心的警察，因在處理精神病患者方面經驗不足，導致他們 「慘酷地」 (brutally) 射殺了該中心女精神病患者黃梅（Jazmyne Ha Eng） 。

訴訟狀稱，由於培訓不足，缺乏妥善處理精神病患者的相應政策，或純因粗心、魯莽、草菅人命，警察不慎開槍打死了黃梅。

洛杉磯聯邦法院定於10月1日審判此案。身高4英尺9、體重93磅、年齡40歲的黃梅是被警員Brian Vance開槍打死的。據說她當時拿著一把鐵錘衝向他。Vance和其他三名警員Daniel Esqueda，Jeremiah Song和 Allison Melendez 是應亞太家庭服務中心工作人員報警趕去的。黃梅既是該中心的病人也是義工。據說她當時「平靜地坐在」 (sitting calmly) 大廳里。到場的警察試圖用電擊槍震醒她，但是沒有擊中身體，最終還是使用了致命武器。

今年2月，地區檢察官辦公室曾裁定警察們的行為屬於「合法自衛」 (in lawful self-defense)。 ◇

現在摩爾警署那邊已經沒有保管箱 但是我又忘記以前設神麼密碼
我剛入的時候密碼我都忘了 縣在崇半 也忘了 可是縣在沒保管鄉 那我要怎麼辦 我除點進去以後到底怎麼月換摩爾裡面的東西呀? 也不能領保管箱崇設

《貨櫃》亞歐線8月漲價順利，9月拼再漲

貨櫃航運亞－歐線在8月起實施今年Q3的第2波漲價計畫，由於貨量溫和增長，再加上航商自主調控運能的努力奏效，漲價結果尚稱順利，有效將運價撐在獲利水平上方；因全球主要航商上半年獲利並不理想，Q3撐住運價高檔的動機鮮明，隨短期供需趨於平衡，9月份亞－歐航路有機會再喊一波漲價，對於航商Q3財報將有正面助益。

亞－歐線自7月實施夏季第1波漲價以來，每TEU(標準20呎櫃)運價成功拉抬到1500美元以上，儘管7月下旬價格出現下修，8月初推動的第2波漲價，仍再度將運價提振至1450美元左右水準，顯示出傳統旺季的需求確有明顯支撐，加上航商追求利潤的意願十分堅定，漲價大抵成功。

據了解，全球貨櫃航商上半年獲利狀況多不理想，因此Q3的漲價對於航商全年財報而言，已是背水一戰、在此一搏，隨7、8月漲價獲得正面結果，海運業界也醞釀趁著貨量尚有支撐，在9月再祭出一波漲價措施，藉此提振Q3獲利。

較值得注意的是，航商配合漲價規劃，已透過停航、閒置船舶等作為，將部分運能撤出市場，惟今年度貨櫃船大型化趨勢並無退燒跡象，亞－歐線在MAERSK的1.8萬TEU超大船舶加入後，運能壓力更盛。

據統計，今年全球貨櫃輪運能年增幅度約7%，需求則年增5-6%，運能供需失衡景況未獲結構性改善，仍是航商須面對的難題。

長期而言，因大型貨櫃船多營運於東亞與西北歐、地中海等區域的基本大港，相較之下新興市場的港口設施還不能充分吸納不斷加入市場的大船運能，航商為了提振營運效益，也藉著擴大合作版圖來優化資源的投放、並力圖降低惡性競爭，對海運業界並不算是壞事。

惟以亞－歐線上「船滿為患」狀況來看，MAERSK、CMA CGM、MSC等3大巨頭攜手創建「P3」聯盟，一方面雖可穩固市場秩序，另一方面則可能造成運能與議價能力往大型航商一端傾斜，對於其他議價能力較弱的船公司而言，如何在亞－歐線貨量成長趨疲的此刻，尋得自身利基，勢將考驗航商的經營智慧。

南韓性感長腿女星黃仁英，日前上QTV綜藝節目《申東燁和排順序的女人》，居然不顧當地電視圈的保守門風，直接在現場捧乳倒奶，露出深深乳溝，把大家全都嚇了一大跳！

黃仁英雖然是B咖女藝人，但她的性感身材經常成為綜藝節目的門面，因此製作單位都很喜歡邀請她上節目，只不過從去年底到現在，有好長一段時間她都沒出現在螢光幕前，沒想到一出現卻是面對觀眾「爆乳」款待，大家紛紛猜測，她應該是隆乳去啦。

《申東燁和排順序的女人》總會有許多女星參加，然後每周圍繞一個主題，展開新概念的脫口秀，然後由評審選出表現最好的女星。一開場，主持人申東燁當然不會錯過介紹各女星的性感穿著，這時只見黃仁英一走上台，馬上捧乳俯身露出又長又深的迷人乳溝，令現場所有人都尖叫不已，大驚失色。

倒是黃仁英本人見怪不怪，相當大方地炫耀自己的乳感美，還透露「在短暫休息的這段日子，我把身材稍微變得性感了一些。」這時另一位參演女星金貞敏問說：「這難道也能隨心掌控嗎？」黃仁英隨即笑著回答：「是的！」隆乳氣氛瀰漫。

關於國考初等考試國文的準備及書籍購買?

初等的國文考試沒範圍是肯定的，只是程度上大約在高中上下，
像唐宋八大家的文章、論語、現代文學...等是很常考的。

建議你還是去考選部找一些考古題來做，而且上面也有解答很方便，並且去買專門考試用書，因為初等考試還有考公文格式用語，普通的升學參考書是沒有的。古文觀止內也常出現許多考題，所以也要多看!!

書籍的話，建議你自己去專門賣國考用書的書局翻翻看，才能知道哪個比較適合你。
