所有女人都希望自己越美越好，為了漂亮，貴得嚇人的化妝品、衣服也要咬牙買下，甚至有人不惜去醫院動刀整容。不過有時候，太漂亮也可能會給你帶來麻煩哦！伊朗一名女子就因為長得太美而被取消了市議員當選資格。

這名名為莫拉蒂（Nina Siahkali Moradi）的女子，現年27歲，畢業於建築專業，後擔任網站工程師。日前，莫拉蒂參加了伊朗加茲溫地區的市議員選舉，獲得了1萬張選票，在163名候選人中排名第14。

根據規定，加茲溫市將選擇13個選票最多的人進入市議會，而排名14的莫拉蒂將作為「第一候補」。然而，當被選出的市議員放棄了他的職位時，莫拉蒂卻在15日被告知已經失去了當選資格。對此，加茲溫市一名高級官員聲稱：「我們不需要走T台的模特」。

莫拉蒂曾提出「為年輕人的未來，提出年輕人的主張」的口號，得到了很多年輕人的支持。她認為自己作為「第一候補」，不應該無故被取消資格。

伊朗人權組織認為，莫拉蒂之所以被取消當選資格，是因為人們認為她不遵守伊斯蘭教義，並且，她的競選海報也明顯是反傳統的。

事實上，莫拉蒂在海報中，身穿傳統罩袍，連頭髮都沒有露出一絲。

【綜合報導】家住英國大曼徹斯特地區的11歲男孩羅斯威爾(Brad Rothwell)是老師同學眼中的模範生，成績好個性又活潑。媽媽兩年多前因為癌症過世後，年幼的他就成了家裡的開心果，總是逗老爸和弟弟開心。羅斯威爾平常最喜歡對爸爸惡作劇，並將老爸被整的畫面用手機拍下來、上傳到影音分享網站《YouTube》與網友分享。

但惡作劇有時不能太過份，去年一個周末，羅斯威爾趁著老爸開車載弟弟出門，又在房裡搞起了自己設計的點子，要在老爸回來時嚇嚇他，他拿出預備好的繩子，在與弟弟共用的雙層床上層床沿結了個繩結，疑似為了試驗繩結夠不夠牢，他把頭伸了進去，不慎把自己吊死在床邊。他的父親回家時聽見小兒子尖叫，上樓看到吊在床邊的羅斯威爾，忙將他解下，卻已回天乏術。

日前當地法院召開死因調查，檢察官表示「這是個無法想像的悲劇。惡作劇常常會搞到失去控制，他就救不了他自己」。

【余思維／台北報導】大有巴士薛姓前董事長遭控濫用公款，引起眾股東不滿被逼迫交出經營權。未料大有巴士經營權之爭，引起「竹聯幫正堂」成員范姓男子(26歲)覬覦，范男想從中牟利，去年8月尾隨薛男座車，趁等停紅燈時，范男強押薛男下車載往一家KTV遭痛毆，直到薛男求饒允諾交出經營權後才獲釋，事後薛男逃到南部躲藏180天，薛男擔心被滅口報警。警方昨天逮捕范男等5人，訊後依恐嚇取財、槍砲等罪移送法辦。

我買了2款耳機，
1.isk HP-960B ((耳罩式。
2.koss KDX200 ((入耳式。

長期要練歌，所以需要監聽清晰人聲，
因為2支耳機都剛買，所以暫時沒有買新的打算。

Q1.isk HP-960B聲音比較清亮(低音反而稍弱)，但koss KDX200的低音聽來比較厚實好聽，請問兩支比起來，哪個"人聲"會比較無誤差呢?

主計總處16日公布最新經濟成長率(GDP growth rate)預測，將今年的經濟成長率預估下修到2.31%，較5月的預測值2.4%下修0.09個百分點，其中，第3、4季GDP分別為2.47%、2.61%，較上次的預測值分別下修0.39、0.37個百分點；下修原因是出口和民間投資成長預測的同步下修。

雖然第2季經濟成長率由2.27％上修至2.49％，不過，主計總處今日再度下修了今年經濟成長率預測至2.31%，較5月的預測值2.4%下修0.09個百分點。其中，第1季GDP為1.62%(原預估值1.67%)、初步統計第2季GDP 2.49%(原預估值2.27%)，上半年經濟成長率為2.06%，較5月的預測值1.83%提高0.23個百分點，影響全年經濟上調0.11個百分點；但下半年成長2.54%，較5月的預設值2.92%下修0.38個百分點，影響全年經濟成長下調0.2個百分點。

主計總處指出，對今年出口和民間投資成長預測同步下修，是本次GDP下修的原因。出口方面，雖然上半年海關出口值比預期高出16億美元；不過，新興市場下半年經濟出現減速跡象，而且台灣高度依賴的出口國中國，其經濟表現下修幅度更大；此外，環球透視(Global Insight)下修今年了今年全球經濟成長預測，亦可能影響台灣對其他市場的出口表現，因此，本次將下半年出口值下修了30億美元，導致全年出口成長率下修0.52個百分點，由2.82%降至2.3%。

而民間投資也受出口轉弱影響，降低了投資意願。主計總處指出，今年上半年投資集中在半導體業，但其他企業投資力道仍顯疲弱，若扣除半導體業者後，其他產業投資其實是負成長。上半年民間投資成長6.91％，預測今年下半年民間投資實質成長4.94％，全年成長5.91％，較5月預測下修1.30個百分點。

另外，電價調整亦對今明兩年的GDP造成負面影響，主計總處表示，10月電價調漲的影響已經考慮在此次的GDP預估值中，估計對今年GDP共影響0.02個百分點，而對明年共影響0.06個百分點。

民間消費方面，主計總處指出，雖然就業人數持續上升，但薪資未見成長，加上股市維持相對高檔震盪，但成交值未見擴增，皆衝擊民間消費成長動能，預測今年民間消費僅將成長1.59%，較5月預測上修0.13個百分點，雖略高於去年1.47%，但仍屬於低幅成長。

陳靜（DaDa）上周突然在微博以情緒病發作為由息影，由於她跟經理人施念慈仍有六年半生死約，她手頭也接下大堆工作，當中包括即將上映三級片《重口味》的宣傳和未開拍的電影《喜愛夜蒲3》，兩部片的監製伍健雄表示要重新部署。《重》片先缺DaDa配合宣傳，該片最近兩款海報又過火被禁，需要再三改動才過電檢，認真一波三折。

摩托羅拉 (Motorola) 周五推出一種拇指大小的夾子「Skip」，可以讓使用者輕輕一點就開啟Moto X智慧手機，不必再輸入PIN碼。

摩托羅拉在「Skip」的介紹網頁上說明，一般人一天內重複手機解鎖動作多達39次，如果是重度手機用戶，一天之內解鎖手機次數可能多達100次，而每回輸入Pin碼解鎖手機約耗2.3秒，那麼一天下來總計為解鎖動作就會耗去不少時間，為了節省時間，多數人乾脆將Pin設成最好猜到的「0000」。

因此摩托羅拉為預計下周出貨的智慧手機Moto X，推出這款「Skip」夾，使用者只要在他們的衣服或周遭夾上「Skip」夾子，就能用觸碰夾子的方式開啟手機，不必再手動輸入密碼解鎖。

「Skip」夾子還有黏貼點，可以固定在桌面、房間或汽車內，只要使用者在距離範圍內，就可以保持與手機的連線，讓使用者以語音操作一些手機功能，例如設定鬧鐘等。

Google在2012年5月以125億美元收購摩托羅拉行動公司 (Motorola Mobility)，目前Google正廣泛研究新型認證技術，並於今年5月時宣布一項5年期的計畫，其中智慧手機強力認證技術也是一大重點。

除了認證方法，Google也計畫使用生物和NFC技術。雖然摩托羅拉沒有公布「Skip」夾的技術原理，但市場普遍認為這與NFC有關。

「Skip」夾單純只用來連接Moto X，使解鎖手機的動作更簡單，「Skip」夾可能內含儲存密碼的app，讓用戶只要輕輕觸碰就可以傳出已設定好的密碼，然而，根據資安公司McAfee的調查，倘若手機遺失或遭竊，這樣配置的app最可能遭受損害。

稍早摩托羅拉網站上曾貼上「Skip」夾的售價，每個19.99美元，但隨後該頁面已遭撤除。

今年四月當國際金價因投行坐空大跌時，「中國大媽」一出手，千億人民幣掃下300噸黃金，華爾街最終豎白旗，大媽一戰成名。如今，《華爾街日報》創出「dama」，表達對其關注。「得大媽者得天下」，一語道盡大媽的影響力。

近期黃金價格止跌回升，每盎斯黃金1360美元，創近三周最高，《華爾街日報》說，「帶動金價上漲的一個主因，是中國國內對黃金的購買需求，而『dama』的購買力不容小覷。」

中國大媽的威力豈止是黃金，她們也常被指為大陸房價急升的「罪魁禍首」。有調查說，只有18％的丈母娘，願接受女兒婚後租屋。橫掃金市後，大媽們又看準韓國濟州島，當地土地購買面積，兩年內增長了十倍。

有分析指「中國大媽」其實是「中國購買力」的代名詞，背後代表投資焦慮及缺乏安全感。但外媒創造dama新詞，也顯示中國經濟崛起帶動「中式英語」（chinglish）的出現。
