標題[請益] 橫躺HTPC小機殼推薦

【綜合報導】荷蘭一名哥哥馬錫森(Mathijsen)表示，因不滿弟弟史馬克(Smajic)在日前竄改他的臉書個人檔案，因此決定把弟弟的房間「大改造」，來懲罰弟弟的不乖。

上周馬錫森趁趁史馬克去義大利旅行，把史馬克的房間「翻轉90度」，本來天花燈飾變成在側牆，其他家具全部在側邊。史馬克回家一踏進房，發覺自己變成蜘蛛人，在「牆」上行走。史馬克無奈地說，上次也遭哥哥「關愛」，牆壁被塗成粉紅色，要還原比較簡單，但這次房間被轉90度，真的沒辦法還原。

昨天去染了個紅髮 不知道是我對顏色有形容上的障礙 還是對色卡放大後在頭上的樣子有想像的障礙 總之染出來後在一般燈光下還好 但在強一點的燈光或日光下簡直是麥當勞叔叔 +__+ 偏偏昨天去的SALON今天又公休沒得補救 我實在沒辦法頂著這顆頭去上班~~~ 最後決定還是自己去買個泡泡染先撐一下好了 我想問的是 如果我還是要維持紅色系 但是有點偏褐色的那種紅(真的很有障礙...) 是不是應該買褐色的染劑? 因為現在的紅真的很亮 還是應該買深一點的顏色蓋過它? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.64.75 ※ 編輯: Giselle0412 來自: 111.250.64.75 (08/12 13:06)

【吳世龍、林錫淵／高雄報導】高市大寮區１名侯姓婦人疑情緒不穩，今天連續兩次割腕尋短，所幸2名幼女機警打119求助，才避免憾事發生。

今天上午8點30分，高市消防局獲報有婦人割腕，中庄消防分隊趕到將受傷婦人送醫，不料119指揮中心於11點30分左右又接獲女童電話，指媽媽在做傻事，又在割腕尋短，經查地址和上午割腕婦人相同，隨即派出中庄分隊救護車前往，婦人拒不開門，幸在眾人勸說下，婦人開門由救護人員包紮傷口，送上救護車就醫。

割腕自殺的37歲侯姓婦人有2名女兒，分別為7歲與5歲，由於她們機警求救，憾事才未發生。警方初步瞭解，婦人與先生工作狀況不穩定，經濟不佳，可能因此想不開。

公司董事會，設置董事不得少於三人，由股東會就有行為能力之人選任之… 董事會執行業務，應依照法令章程及股東會之決議 ── 《公司法》（台灣）

台灣的各種公司相關法令對於董事長，也就是公司「負責人」該負的責任有些明確的規範，但對於董事的職責則幾乎完全留給各家公司自己去決定。因此，你會發現在實務上，各種各樣的董事會工作方式都有。

當我還是「被投資」的創業者時，經歷過三種不同的董事會：

第一種是創辦初期，共同創辦人開會就等於董事會的狀況，這時候所謂「開董事會」主要只是為了要產生正式的會議記錄，作為政府各種登記、報稅的用途。

第二種是當公司接受了天使投資人投資，開始固定每月（或是每季）開會的狀況，這時候的董事會主要是跟投資人們更新近況，並且由於我們當初的天使都是業界相當有經驗的前輩，董事會就成了取得他們的回饋與協助相當有效的管道。

最後一種則是當公司進一步接受了創投機構的投資，這時候的董事會就變得相當正式，得提供結算的財務報表、經營團隊報告以及下來的財務展望等等，董事會的主要目的也漸漸變成要滿足機構投資人投資後管理的需求。

接著我到了幾家創投工作，觀察到機構投資人進駐的董事會，多半會變得較為保守，甚至流於照本宣科。因此三年前當我們有機會自己設計一家創投公司時，我們決定在「董事會文化」上面，appWorks 也要試著做些不同的事。因此雖然身為機構投資人，appWorks 決定我們不強迫投資的公司要如何開董事會，在投資後追蹤上也盡量配合經營團隊的工作方式。如果創業團隊希望我們被動，我們就盡可能的被動，如果團隊需要我們積極參與，我們就把袖子捲起來努力幫忙。

三年下來，在 appWorks 累積投資的 17 家公司裡面，我用這樣的態度在其中 6 家擔任董事的職位，經歷了種種非常不一樣的董事會模式 ── 有人久久才開一次，有人則每個月都碰面一次。有人是經營團隊完全主導，有人則非常積極的拉董事會參與策略規劃。回顧這些日子的經驗，我認為有一些非常值得分享的觀察。

興櫃股F-眾達科技（4977）今（14）日公布上半年合併財務報表，上半年合併營收新台幣77.6億元（美金報表營收為2,617萬美元）、年增1.08%，稅後淨利1億元、年增68.25%，上半年稅後EPS 2.34元，較去同期的EPS 1.39元表現要好，主要是產銷組合持續調整，應用在資料中心的光收發模組已達經濟規模，激勵獲利持續成長。 眾達今年首季稅後淨利4,433萬元，單季EPS 1.06元，第二季稅後純益5,621萬元、季增26.8%，單季EPS為1.31元。 眾達今年上年營收年增僅1.08%，但是稅後淨利年增68.25%。其主要原因是高毛利率產品比重增加、產品組合變更，光收發模組ASP的降幅不大的挹注；同時因為高速產品量產穩定、費用增加有限，所以激勵獲利。 所謂的產品組合的改變，主要是10G速度的產品占營收比重再度拉升，而2.5G的低速產品比重持續下降。 據悉，去年7月份眾達每個月的SFP+（加強型小型化可插拔光收發器）每月出貨量17.5萬顆，而到了今年6月份則達29萬顆，產量的年成長幅達7成。而2.5G的收發模組則快速衰退，所以眾達的總營收並沒有什麼成長。 由於10G速度的SFP（小型化可插拔光收發器）與SFP+（加強型小型化可插拔光收發器）在今年下半年的占比會達到高水準，2.5G光收發模組營收占比則會降到谷底，因此，預料眾達下半年營收才容易再出現成長力道。 由於眾達科技還屬於興櫃市場公司，目前處於申請轉上市的緘默期，還沒有確定掛牌的時間。但是市場初估，應該可以在本季轉到集中市場上市掛牌。

台北松山機場第一航廈結構耐震補強工程遭檢舉偷工減料，負責施作的永耀營造被控以白米袋等雜物取代環氧樹脂（Epoxy）固著劑，導致Ｖ型鋼斜撐未充分固定進而影響阻尼器正常運作。台北地檢署昨指揮台北市調處搜索永耀與負責監造的郭怡良建築師事務所，約談永耀負責人張秀鳳與郭怡良等6人漏夜偵訊，訊後張秀鳳以5萬元交保。

張秀鳳昨晚被市調處移送北檢複訊時低頭不發一語；郭怡良則稱對偷工減料一事不知情。檢方指出，目前全案朝詐欺、背信罪嫌方向偵辦，至於有無公務員涉案，列為下一波追查重點。

檢方指出，Ｖ型鋼斜撐與阻尼器的規格、材質均符合規定，懷疑廠商因擔心無法在規定時間內完工恐遭罰款，而「偷工」省略一般施工流程未依契約施作，導致該強化處未強化，讓工程無法耐震，約有10餘處Ｖ型鋼斜撐未依規定施作，安全有虞。

松機為補強第一航廈結構安全及提升耐震程度，99年招標「松山機場建築物結構耐震補強工程案」，由永耀營造以4400萬元得標，規畫設計監造由郭怡良建築師事務所負責，全案於100年10月完工。

台北市調處日前接獲檢舉指出，該工程是以Ｖ型鋼斜撐支撐建物結構，並以阻尼器減少地震時建物的搖晃。但永耀卻未依標準施工流程以環氧樹脂（Epoxy）填充鋼斜撐與地面、牆面間縫隙，卻以白米袋等雜物填充，補強建物與防震效果恐打折扣。

北檢承辦檢察官昨指揮市調處搜索位於北市重慶北路的永耀營造及其負責人張秀鳳住處，另搜索郭怡良建築師事務所及郭住處，約談張、郭共6人，釐清是廠商技術不佳或存心偷工減料。

每秒輸出=(60+20)*0.826=66.08
在精髓不換跑速的情況下攻速CP值較高，而且攻速流是魔傷比例較大，我記得野怪魔防比物防低

玩樂地點 : 挑水古道 心 得 : 網誌圖文版 http://clairegarden.pixnet.net/blog/post/184448522 隨著一次次探訪台灣的各個角落 越來越發現台灣其實就超級美的 各個季節的花朵每個都超引人的啦 三月份的時候在華山看到了快謝光的木棉花 現在則去追尋桐花的蹤影啦 才發現台灣一年四季都好美喔 今年客委會的網站有像日本的櫻花前線一樣 做出了台灣各地桐花的開花情形 看了一下回家的時候是接近滿開的時期呢 而且挑水古道離家裡又超近的 說什麼也要把這裡規劃為旅遊路線啦 挑水古道顧名思義就是以前挑水的地方啦 所以一進去入口處就有好多水缸及木桶呢 水缸上和木桶上都散佈著桐花 真的是美不勝收啊 接著我們就展開尋找桐花之旅啦 沿途我們看到了水生植物和桐花共散佈於水上的水缸呢 來挑水古道賞桐還蠻適合我們這種缺乏戶外運動體力不佳的"奥少年" 因為大概只要走十幾分鐘就可以看到滿滿的桐花了 開在樹上的桐花很美呢 之前看其他格友的網誌說有桐花毯 不過這次看就沒有了 只有從被關起來的鐵門旁看到遍佈的桐花毯 不然雖然有桐花毯可惜都被踩扁啦 不然可以看看路邊散落在樹叢裡的桐花 或者是河岸旁的桐花啦 路邊有被排成圖示的桐花 怎麼拼都漂亮啦 我默默的就把它改拼改成我的暱稱啦 多的花就把它排成一條線吧 另一邊還有超茂密的愛心版呢 散落在路邊十字架上或挑水古道路牌的桐花 看起來有是有種莫名的美感呢 路邊有株紅花上也散落幾朵桐花 紅白配也是好看啊 原來賞花不一定要長途跋涉 可以離家這麼近也不用爬太多山 而且它的花開的好茂密喔 我真是太愛這個地方了 明年我還要再來啦 推薦指數***** -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.21.26.253
