神準上半年EPS 4.35元，可望為族群EPS之冠

興櫃股神準（3558）公布半年報，上半年營收22.01億元、年增2.3%，毛利率28.2%，高於去年同期約2.1個百分點，業外收益2,985萬元，稅前盈餘2.11億元、年增22.7%，稅後純益1.81億元、年增15.1%，上半年EPS為4.35元，已超過網通設備同業振曜（6143）的4.1元與璟德（3152）的3.29元，可望成為網通設備類族群的冠軍。神準董事長蔡文河今（14）日表示，今年上半年營收只有持平，而獲利有穩定的年成長，主要是神準都一直不想接「毛三到四；毛利率僅3~4%」產品，在毛利率穩定下，獲利仍有不錯的成長。蔡文河說，神準今年第二季正式發表雲端路由器與雲端控制產品，主力在推動的是推「個人雲端方案」，這也是神準近年來主攻是企業端市場之外，透過雲端技術，架構神準自己具有競爭力個人消費網通市場。針對產品的策略上，蔡文河說，神準除了新產品Cloud Router（雲端路由器）之外，還結合了神準自己早已量產的PoE Switch、IP-Cam安控系統，透過雲端技術整合成為一套可以應用在企業與個人家庭的系統性產品，可望為下半年帶來穩定的營收與獲利成長。

霆鋒上周到葵芳開工，雖然不再回應與周迅的關係，但他頸上的心形吊墜已露端倪。

周迅臨時加入《竊聽風雲3》劇組並成為第一女主角，開工時常常獨家村的她，頸上戴着霆鋒贈送的玉吊墜。

戀情低調

上月底，謝霆鋒被發現與周迅同住金鐘栢舍成為鄰居而傳出緋聞，有指他們在去年底因為同時喜歡聽搖滾音樂而撻着，兩人拍拖至今已八個月。其實霆鋒與周迅早在十年前認識，但當時兩人皆有另一半，到近年他們回復單身才走在一起。

被踢爆戀情後，霆鋒即此地無銀地搬到寶雲道，經理人Mani又急不及待為緋聞撲火，在報道出街翌日即指霆鋒仍是單身，而在張敬軒加盟英皇娛樂的記者會中，霆鋒向老闆楊受成解釋緋聞說「流到爆！」；周迅亦透過工作室宣傳部回應指與霆鋒只是普通朋友，縱使上周再離奇傳出「鋒迅戀」有第三者梁朝偉，亦改變不了霆鋒和周迅正在蜜運中。

未埋位時霆鋒向在場演員教路，杜汶澤（右一）等人已見怪不怪。

印尼能源官員涉貪肅委會逮捕

印尼能源監管機構上游油氣特別工作單位（SKK Migas）主席魯迪（Rudi Rubiandini）涉嫌貪污，肅貪委員會將他逮捕，並在他家中查扣40萬美元現金。

印尼肅貪委員會發言人布迪（Johan Budi）今天表示，肅委會今天清晨在魯迪位於雅加達南區自宅逮捕他和其他4人，但肅委會未透露其他4人身分。

肅委會副主席班邦（Bambang Widjojanto）說，肅委會從魯迪家中查扣40萬美元現金，並發現其他魯迪涉貪的證據。

魯迪於今年1月16日就任SKK Migas主席，他之前擔任印尼能源及礦業部副部長。

美國石油巨擘雪佛龍（Chevron）等國際油氣公司在印尼的業務涉及法律問題，引發印尼能源業者關切，肅委會於是著手調查這起貪污案。

雪佛龍印尼子公司上個月有3名員工因涉貪被捕，也讓其他外國投資者感到震驚。

根據國際透明組織（Transparency International）去年報告，印尼在176個評比國家中，廉潔度排名第118，貪腐情形嚴重。

五月份的某天晚上，我的朋友馬克說要請吃飯，謝謝我寫的一篇文章讓他「想通」了，決定離職去實現網購工作的夢想。

我知道馬克擔任外商公司業務的成績還不錯，一直勸他再考慮考慮，並且特別囑咐他，若真的要離職，一定要跟同事好聚好散。

最後，他真的離職了。

未料，前幾天馬克通知我，網購事業決定提前拆夥，第四季想回外商公司繼續做業務。

據該公司HR私下跟我說，當時馬克在業務部最缺人的時候提離職，主管Max慰留無用，不但業務草草交接不說，三番兩次得罪Max與同事，事後還讓同事幫他收拾客戶端的爛攤子，早就得罪一堆人。加上他在公司的人際關係本來就不是很好，早就有離職打包創業的念頭，同事們也都看得出來。

馬克很早就想跟高中同學一起搞網購，計畫了許久但遲遲沒有行動，對方本來不想再找他，要另覓合夥人，沒想到他真的決定離職，追尋自由、高報酬以及自己當老闆的創業大夢。

但是，專業打工仔跟自己當老闆，工作模式與生活型態真的是兩回事。

選擇創業，就是選擇一種生活方式

我不想說創業過程是「現在叫我起床不是鬧鐘，而是夢想」這類噁心的話，但是說真的，創業首重「自律」。我看過很多有天分、離職出來創業的人，不是每天越睡越晚，就是初期亂花錢，要不然就是拚命消費老同事或是老朋友，很多人撐不了多久，便打退堂鼓。

【大紀元2013年08月14日訊】（大紀元記者張婷比利時報導）比利時兒童機構「Kind en Gezin」建議，6歲和6歲以下的孩子，最好每天額外補充些維生素D。維生素D對於人體骨骼的形成和成長起著重要的作用，因此也被稱為抗佝僂病維生素。

在陽光充足的情況下，人體自身可以合成維生素D。除此之外，維生素D還可以通過食物來補充，如脂肪多的魚類、雞蛋及人造黃油。到目前為止，「Kind en Gezin」建議家長，2歲和2歲以下的兒童，最好給額外補充一些維他命D。

該機構的Leen Du Bois說:「研究表明，目前嬰兒和兒童所攝入的維生素D比過去少。原因是現代孩子的飲食習慣較以前有所改變，他們在全日照下的時間也比以前少。因此，我們建議6歲和6歲以下的小孩即使在夏季家長也要給孩子補充額外的維生素D。」

1.一般扣重扣多少?不是您可以決定的划算嗎??扣重扣耗耗損扣多少.全台灣根本沒有一定的標準.說多少就多少~
2.有些還會偷扣.假設您的是5兩.秤完卻跟您說您的是4.5兩~(其實已經被扣0.10%扣完了)0.5兩等於約被扣15000元
3.用火燒過的金飾.在一堆金飾裡面本來就會有顏色較黃.或較淡的成色高低都會不一樣..
4.用火燒過有些會變黑是因為焊藥(焊藥成色約8成或7成)
5.賣黃金千萬不要...被影印身分證件..或印指紋...
相信每個網友都跟我一樣.都不希望自己賣黃金.被扣重
以下假設算法及差額~ 扣0.05%

目前電腦設備是CPU:i7 MB:P8Z68-V pro GPU: GTX670 PSU: seasonic X-560W 自從換了GTX670後，就壞了一顆X560 當時是自動關機後無法再開給電腦店測試後發現是PSU壞了(他換他們店裡的就能開機了) 本來以為是那顆舊PSU的問題跟SEASONIC換一顆X560後，越過一個月後玩遊戲時會常常發生電腦突然自動關機且不能馬上重開的現象通常要等好一段時間才能重開而最近玩AION時也是進遊戲後，大概3分鐘就會自動關機想請問這是哪邊出了問題之前請電腦店看他是覺得說x-560是夠力的但連續兩顆PSU都發生好像相同的問題令我非常害怕阿... 煩請有經驗版友幫我診斷一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.17.56
