【黃仲瑜／新北報導】昨夜很多情侶一起在河濱公園歡度七夕情人節，不少民眾在河岸邊施放煙火慶祝，但昨晚深夜11時許，有路人發現忠孝橋下的垃圾筒燒起來，趕緊打119報案。
 
三重區重陽消防分隊接獲報案趕到現場滅火，附近路人表示，有情侶放完煙火直接就丟進垃圾桶，疑因煙火沒有完全熄滅的關係，垃圾桶才會燒起來，現場火勢很快就熄滅，消防隊表示，請民眾到合法地點放煙火，放完煙火也要確認完全沒有熱度火煙，才可丟進垃圾桶，避免災害的發生。

影音分享網站《YouTube》上，前天(9日)出現一段影片，引發國際媒體關注。影片中可以看到，夜晚的外國街頭，有三四名年約20多歲的男子正在說話，其中一人說：「我讓你用最大的力氣，連續踢我的睪丸10下，如果過程中我倒下或是彎個腿，我就輸你25元(假設是美金，約台幣750元)」。

雖然聽來殘忍又無厘頭，但重賞之下必有勇夫，只見勇夫擺起了貝克漢的架式，一腳腳往男子的襠下踹去，可以清楚地聽到腳踹在脆弱部位碰碰的結實撞擊聲，搭配著在旁邊看都感到痛得圍觀者哀號聲，很快的10踹過去了，男子真的沒倒下，也真的連腿都沒彎一下。

前面敘述賭注時，沒有提到「若沒倒下」的狀況，於是男子對著踢腿人說：「好的，輪到我了」，嚇得所有人一哄而散鳥獸散去。

醫學早已證明，男性外生殖器受到重擊所產生的疼痛，完全不輸女人分娩，而且神經系統連動到體內，會讓人嘔吐、並喪失行動能力。再說一次，千萬不要學。

《赫芬頓郵報》在仔細研究過影片後，做出4個假設：
1. 男子襠下用了什麼防護器具，但即便如此，就不會痛嗎？且踢的人感覺不到怪異的觸感嗎？
2. 這位男子沒有睪丸，甚至沒有外生殖器。
3. 男子用了麻醉藥、喝了酒還是用了什麼其他的東西？
4. 影片是假的。

那天在整理要送洗的衣服時，在男友的外套口袋裡，意外地發現了一張收據──來自當地最大的婚紗公司。我愣了愣，隨即又驚又喜！我想，我就要當六月新娘了！

如今這些都與我無關了，他對我已經不再具有任何影響力。當年苦等他給我更好的生活，現在我很清楚，沒有他和他的謊言，才是最好的生活。

【林世雄／台中報導】歌手翁立友與他的母親今天上午在台中市民政局長王秋冬的邀請下，到洪仲丘家中慰問，並致贈一張他個人去年演唱會的ＤＶＤ給洪父，兩人還一起合唱翁立友的「我問天」。翁立友向洪父表示：「心情鬱悶沒處渲洩，就要多唱歌，才能讓心情變好。」
 
翁立友說，他從新聞媒體上得知，洪爸爸很喜歡聽他唱歌，去年他開演唱會時，洪爸、洪媽還專程南下高雄去聽歌，兩、三天前，台中市政府與他經紀人連繫，希望他能夠到洪家探望一下，他一口就答應。他也特地帶著自己的媽媽到洪家，一起為洪家人打氣。
 
洪父說，他很喜歡翁立友的歌，過去聽演唱會只能遠遠的看著翁立友，今天能夠面坐在一起聊天，他感到很高興。洪母則一旁爆料指出，洪父昨晚得知翁立友今天要來，一個晚上都在床上翻來覆去睡不好。惹得全場大笑。

【綜合報導】安徽一個縣政府興建了一座豪華氣派的辦公大樓，不過整幢大樓一塊醒目的招牌也沒有，也沒有掛上「縣政府」等大字，當地部份民眾甚至不知道這就是縣政府的辦公大樓。

當地官員透露，這棟大樓是政府兩年前以「商務中心」的名義興建的，由於擔心被民眾舉報，縣政府搬進去至今不敢掛牌。

中國學者表示，不少地方政府為建新的辦公大樓，經常想方設法，以「科研樓」、「老幹部活動中心」等名義興建，以繞過上級政府的審批。

【張哲鳴／台北報導】鍾欣怡正在拍攝黃朝亮電影《痞子遇到愛》，因她飾演舞者，有場戲必須得跳鋼管舞，但只有3堂課的時間練習，沒有舞蹈底子的她很慘，第1堂課上完，累到回家馬上昏睡；第2堂上完，因為不斷用大腿夾鋼管，發現腿內側都是瘀青；第3堂結束她和朋友相約吃飯，忍不住突然大哭。
 
無獨有偶，小甜甜也在臉書貼上她為了舞蹈表演，正在學鋼管舞的照片。1根鋼管2樣情，鍾欣怡的表情感覺在硬撐，小甜甜雖然也練得很艱苦，但卻流露出很爽快開心的樣子。

4.約聘的期間大概是多長呢?

國民黨立委王育敏今舉行記者會檢視洗衣精容量，她說，經濟部標準檢驗局目前只抽驗固體、粉狀洗衣劑，規範顯有漏洞；標檢局應盡速將液體洗衣精納入「定量包裝商品管理辦法」的檢測項目，並要求生產及進口業者，統一以容量標示。

此外，王育敏將提案修法商品標示法，要求販賣業者標價時，應同時記載總價級單位價格，而且同種類商品，應以相同單位標示價格，以利消費者選購商品。
