手上拎著幾件衣服，身體緊緊靠著鐵門，恨不得一步就能跨出軍檢署，憲兵曾姓二兵不停搖頭，不斷大聲喊著「快救我出去」。軍憲二兵曾耀德：「我快受不了了！我現在很害怕！非常害怕！」記者：「不要怕！你受什麼委屈？」軍憲二兵曾耀德：「我快死了！救我！救我出去！拜託！現在！立刻！馬上！」

洪仲丘案還沒結束，9日上午8點50分，又有憲兵二兵大喊救命，是被誰欺負，他話說得很模糊，只持續重複「我不知道」4個字，站累了，坐下來，這才發現曾姓二兵臉上的表情滿是驚恐，一次又一次抓著頭髮，到底在怕什麼？

軍憲二兵曾耀德：「好煩啊！」

軍中長官上前安撫，曾姓二兵牢牢拉住鐵門，不願離開，要送醫，堅持不坐軍方救護車，拗不過，只好請來消防隊幫忙，軍檢署大鬧15分鐘終於結束，就怕橫生枝節，軍方全程錄影蒐證。

北軍檢主任檢察官簡銘儀：「負責一般的勤務事項而已，也沒有負責戒管，雖然在看守所裡面，他只有負責一般勤務而已。」

軍方表示，家住新北市三重的曾姓二兵，入伍3個月，目前查無在軍中被霸凌、欺負的狀況，疑似因為適應不良，情緒一直不太穩定，上午突然出現幻聽現象，語無倫次，送醫檢查，也已經通知家屬，洪仲丘案發生後，軍中的一舉一動，也都被放大檢視。

會不會變渾濁呢 ?

【王中聖／金門報導】離島金門縣為了提升國中小學子英語能力，自去年開始與學術交流基金會合作，聘請外籍教師至金門各校授課，由於成效良好，今年度續聘16位美國大學院校畢業學生投入英語課程教學。縣長李沃士希望從小培養學生擁有第二外語的興趣與能力，未來面對升學或就業都更有競爭力。

大學時期就選修華語的美籍教師christina，對金門留下很好印象，迫不及待希望能在開學時與學童相處，雙親皆為台灣人的華裔教師yu-chi，則說希望讓英語生活化，會盡量讓學童在生活中習慣簡單的英語互動。金門縣教育處表示，16位教師將分配到全金門，連小金門也會分配到2位教師，落實英語教學。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】酒駕不認帳！基隆市1名周姓男子今年4月間與友人餐敘，他豪飲6瓶啤酒後竟騎車返家，行經立德路口要買晚餐時，被巡邏警員發現他騎車左右搖晃，攔檢酒測值為0.55毫克，周男矢口否認喝酒騎車。
 
基隆地院法官審理時，周男辯稱長期擔任油漆工，吸入大量油漆氣，體內有「甲苯」殘留，導致酒測值超標，法官依據警方對周男實施酒後生理平衡檢測，發現他無法30秒內朗誦完數字1至30，依公共危險罪判處10個月有期徒刑。
