【綜合報導】墨西哥毒梟昆騰羅(Rafael Caro Quintero)，28年前因指示綁架殺害一名美國緝毒處人員，被判囚40年，原本應到2025年才服刑期滿。但當地法庭日前推翻原判，指昆騰羅的案件不應在聯邦法院審理，「程序上出錯」，提前釋放已服刑28年的昆騰羅。

現年61歲的昆騰羅，被稱為墨西哥的「毒品教父」(Drug Lord)，他為報復美國緝毒處(Drug Enforcement Administration，DEA)在80年代突擊掃蕩墨西哥一個大麻種植場，造成他和黨羽損失8億美元(約台幣240億元)，1985年指示黨羽綁架一名探員，並將他凌虐致死。昆騰羅為逃避美國追捕，一直流亡海外，美國當時指控墨西哥協助昆騰羅逃脫，令兩國關係陷入低潮，昆騰羅最後在哥斯大黎加落網。

昆騰羅在當地時間周五(9日)日出前就已離開監獄，當局在他獲釋後數小時才向媒體公佈消息。雖然昆騰羅提早釋放，但美國仍對他有指控，暫時不知墨西哥會否將他引渡美國受審。美國司法部門稍早發表正式聲明表示，對於墨國提早釋放昆騰羅的決議「極度失望」，並稱這個決定將會造成「極大麻煩」(deeply troubling)。

　　韓國天團SUPER JUNIOR昨天抵達台灣，將在台北小巨蛋舉辦3場演唱會，很多粉絲到機場接機，一看到偶像，就興奮的尖叫，機場擠爆了。

　　踏入機場大廳，穿著輕鬆，現場粉絲瘋狂尖叫，帥氣模樣讓粉絲受不了，大聲喊著偶像的名字，二樓的粉絲也是拼了命，就為了見SUPER JUNIOR一面，舉著親手做的立牌，她們等這一刻好久了，其實早在下飛機時，就已經有不少同班飛機的粉絲，跟隨在旁邊，拼命拿機捕捉偶像風采。

　　人潮擠爆桃園機場，不過其實團員中的始源早先一步已經抵台，其他團員也分批來到台灣，這次是為了在台北小巨蛋連續３場的演唱會，一定會再次ＨＩＧＨ翻小巨蛋。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】台東縣日前從池上鄉送驗的２隻鼬獾，報告結果今天出爐，均呈狂犬病陽性反應，縣府表示，狂犬病不僅在台東由北往南「連成一線」，甚至還橫向發展。
 
農業處長吳慶榮表示，疫情原本侷限在海岸山脈靠海的中低海拔區域，但這２起案例證明，「疫情正向中央山脈延伸，未來台東要驗出鼬獾狂犬病呈陰性的機會少。」

大三要開始忙畢專的東西了吧，這時候還要準備TOEIC考試會比較辛苦，當然透過TOEIC補習班老師來教會事倍功半嚕～

我和你一樣英文能力不是很優＞＜第一次考TOEIC才只考到450分，離我想要的目標800分還差粉遠…動起了要去TOEIC補習班補習的想法，在學長姊的推薦下，使我在台北時代補習班拿到TOEIC850的成績。

想當初，雖說是學長姐推薦，但我也有上網做功課，看看大家對時代補習班的TOEIC課評價如何？發現到網友們給予時代補習班的評價都還頗高的，也有部落客的分享，讓我對時代補習班更加有信心！

剛進時代TOEIC補習班，顧問會依照我的TOEIC英文程度幫我安排多益TOEIC的課程，而且選課彈性可以依自己的時間選課，當初因為要上課還要補習，所以時代TOEIC補習班提供這樣的彈性制度，對我而言非常棒。

TOEIC課堂上遵循老師的腳步並勤做筆記，回家認真複習這些是一定要的，再來把老師所補充的多益TOEIC單字，片語記熟，老師提供的單字可是精華中的精華不背熟就失去了補習的意義了。

另外TOEIC考試題目總共200題，且要2小時做完，因此作答速度要快，老師會教我們一些TOEIC答題技巧，還建議說平常可以多看一些外國影集來增加TOEIC聽力語感，翻翻英文雜誌等等，固定安排一星期的某些時段來做這些練習，如此一來要提升TOEIC程度其實不難喔！

當然你想要考到TOEIC550絕對不難，看你用功程度嚕~

這裡的TOEIC老師都很幽默，讓我不會因無趣而想睡覺！尤其推薦你Jaime老師的TOEIC課，老師語調生動又會補充很多有用的TOEIC講義給我們，而且老師提供的TOEIC單字都非常實用，還很nice的給我們email，讓我們有問題可以隨時請教他，我和我朋友都很喜歡上他的TOEIC課喔！評價一級棒！：）

另外還有Evan老師，我們下課問老師問題，他都會仔細的講解給我們聽！並不會覺得我耽誤他的下班時間而不理我們！此外老師文法教的super簡單，關代什麼的都難不倒我了，老師真的很厲害很用心，上他的TOEIC學到好多喔！

還有還有~補習班提供的TOEIC模擬考一定要參加喔~可以了解自己進步了多少，在TOEIC的閱讀和聽力哪方面還需要加強， 重點是能增加考試臨場感讓你在TOEIC正式考時比較不會緊張喔！

這樣的練習下我TOEIC正式考拿到850真得很開心感謝時代老師，所以我給他們超高評價，以上是我的TOEIC心得給你參考參考喔！

法拉裸背撒網 Chilam冇眼睇

張智霖（Chilam）與陳法拉的火辣激情戲前晚「千呼萬喚始出來」，結果引起網民激烈討論，有些更鬧爆無綫硬cut「精髓」之餘，還爭相在互聯網上搜尋海外完整版本以「一窺全豹」。法拉性感大露背向Chilam投懷送抱，騷味盡出，落力扯高收視，當大家羨慕Chilam的「待遇」時，Chilam幽默笑言：「真係咁益我咩？大家唔係唔記得當時我被蒙住眼呀？！」
