中華郵政董事長李紀珠今天卸任，遺缺由交通部政務次長陳純敬兼代；但李紀珠對中華郵政的影響並未「人去政息」，她半年來推的十二項新業務，陳純敬允諾延續。

中華郵政今天下午舉行董事長交接典禮，李紀珠說這半年任期「充實而愉快」，但她也笑著說：「不知道被操翻的同仁是不是這麼想。」她坦言自己個性急，所以上任後急著推動新業務，但她也不忘誇讚中華郵政員工：「因為你們能力強，我才敢推。」

陳純敬表示，李紀珠新推的十二項業務，「背都背不起來」，應該可以推行很多年。

不同時期的球員要比較真的很難 即使拿泰山和東哥兩位有橫跨2-3的世代的球員來看 也是可以解釋成隨著聯盟實力有所增減 更何況還有高低潮起伏的因素...實在很難依此判斷前人強還是現在強 但個人比較傾向聯盟整體平均強度目前比以前平均的說法 以前光是先發打線就有好幾個是自殺棒~ 本土投手只要2-3個不錯就很了不起了(三商土投例外) 現在球隊打線頂多1-2個自殺棒(愛將)就被球迷砲轟了 投手方面還可用一人左的調度 洋投最多也只有三位 整體實力是平均提升了許多 不過~個人依然相信草創初期如果光看TOP級的球員 到現在還是應該有明星的身手 以上單純是從元年看到現在的看法(算印象派吧..) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.175.178

南韓1項民意調查結果顯示，8成未婚男女曾經歷過女性主導型戀愛，而3名女性中有1人在發現帥氣的男子後，會率先展開誘惑，實可謂「由女性主導戀愛的時代到來了」。

南韓「朝鮮日報」報導，南韓結婚資訊公司BienAller與戀愛結婚企業「情侶預感Feeling You」1日至7日共同針對526名南韓國內想結婚的未婚男女（男女各263名）為對象，就「女性主導型異性交往」展開問卷調查，獲得前述結果。

民調顯示，被問到是否有「異性交往中女性主導戀愛的經驗」時，85.2%的受訪女性和79.1%的受訪男性表示「有過」。8成女性表示，遇見帥氣的男子時會表現積極，凸顯了在愛情問題上，女人不再。

被問到「女性主導異性交往的理由」時，33.5%的受訪女性表示「對對方著迷」，其後依次是：「（本人）充滿自信」（25.8%），「性格問題」（22.1%）和「因為年齡更大（姊弟戀）」（10.7%）。

報導指出，相反的，29.6%的男性認為「性格問題」占最大比重，其後依次為：「（女性）充滿自信」（23.6%）、「女性對我著迷」（19.8%）和「（女性）善於戀愛」（16.7%）等。

就「女性引導戀愛的方式」，男女間的回答也出現了一定程度的差異。

女性回答「首先接近對方男子」（34.3%）的人最多，其次依次為：「對話中表露主動態度」（26.7%）、「主動約會見面」（21.6%）和「支付約會費用」（10.6%）等。

男性回答「對話中表露主動態度」（33.2%）的人最多，其後依次是：「（女性）首先接近」（27.5%）、「主動約會見面」（21.8%）和「提議身體接觸」（10.9%）等。

報導指出，情侶預感Feeling You諮詢組長鄭秀珍解釋稱，過去在交往初期主要以男性為主導，但現在逐漸進入了如果發現有好感的異性，無論男女都可以率先接近對方的時代。

【黎百代/桃園報導】2013桃園地景藝術節，將在今年10月26日到11月10日舉行16天，在桃園新屋鄉三處埤塘（後湖埤塘、新屋埤塘、過嶺58號池）、新屋市街水巷、范姜老屋等有5大主題。其中在後湖埤塘所展出主題，就是先前在香港造成轟動的「黃色小鴨」，屆時將可看到高18公尺的黃色小鴨在埤塘中。

主辦單位今下午邀來創作人Hofman（霍夫曼），到黃色小鴨即將棲身的後湖埤塘進行場勘，Hofman帶著全家大小前來，表示光是亞洲就有超過3000多個機構邀約，他選擇令他印象深刻沒有商業色彩的桃園埤塘，作為黃色小鴨的停泊據點。

桃園縣長吳志揚表示，除了黃色小鴨，還有國際級大師草間彌生的點點藝術、崔正化的大型蓮花等其他作品展出，另外也有邀請國際藝術家一起來參與，配合各種藝術表演活動、田野音樂會及呈現地物產特色的文創市集，讓民眾可以更認識桃園的水圳埤塘等在地文化。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天清晨6時許，1名女子被晨運婦人發現在新北市板橋區的越堤道上割腕自殺，昏倒再路邊手上還拿著刀，報案人一邊安撫女子，一邊報警。救護車到達現場發現女子手腕上有切割的痕跡，但是手腕上的刀傷不深，女子呈現半昏迷狀態，在現場急救完後將女子送往醫院。

現場路過婦人表示，女子疑似家庭失和，與老公吵架，經過時有前往關心勸說，女子才沒有繼續自殘。
