陳毅勳今晚在法庭上說，願意接受羈押，希望有助真相呈現，消除大眾疑慮。

【中央社桃園縣6日電】北軍院5日重新召開禁閉室戒護士陳毅勳羈押庭，陳毅勳態度從容，對於詢問，有問必答，不再使用緘默權。陳毅勳在庭訊更語出驚人說，若有助於調查，讓真相呈現，願意受羈押。

陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，軍檢抗告成功，北軍院（國防部北部地方軍事法院）5日晚間9時30分召開羈押庭。調至蘭指部的中士陳毅勳因「上官藉勢凌虐軍人致死」案，再度坐車進入北軍院接受詢問。

陳毅勳在辯護律師孔令則、江松鶴及林清翰陪同出庭，他穿著黑色T恤、藍色牛仔褲出庭，態度從容，對於審判官等人的詢問，他不再使用緘默權，有問必答。

洪仲丘家屬的告訴人訴訟代理人李宣毅及劉繼蔚也出庭並旁聽，

庭上審判長張煥熙因陳毅勳、3位辯護律師及2位軍檢官於開庭前才受到抗告裁示書狀，基於公平原則，在開庭後，立即宣告暫停15分鐘，讓陳毅勳等人閱狀。

檢察官今天態度強硬，要求羈押陳毅勳，在庭訊過程，陳毅勳竟語出驚人地說，若有助於調查，讓真相呈現，以釋外界疑慮，他願意受羈押。辯護律師立即向庭上表示，希望庭上仍須考慮陳毅勳是否符合羈押要件。

庭上還傳喚證人，蘭指部本部連的連長陳宗鵬，了解陳毅勳交保後責付部隊的情況，他說，目前陳毅勳的復職公文流程還在跑，而基於安全理由，他們跟陳毅勳的家人協調，休假由部隊管制，同時有人隨伴，不可能單獨行動。羈押庭至深夜仍在進行。

2013／7 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28654045 電話：02-2532-8338 地址：台北市敬業三路22號5樓 其實本來是要吃早鳥方案的 但是看到有兩種壽喜燒醬汁的選擇 就給他變心了 一種是傳統的壽喜燒 另外一種是比較金黃色的醬汁 味道比較淡一點~ 店家的建議的海鮮食材 前菜是海鮮沙拉 海鮮沙拉裡面有放些章魚塊 沙拉部分則是有生菜跟紅椒等 醬汁的部分選擇的是比較清爽的 牛肉部分 已經不是安格斯牛肉了 但是如果略呈粉紅色 沾上蛋汁放入口中 還算是軟嫩好吃~ 豬肉則是梅花豬肉 熟了之後口感不會太硬 吃起來的口感也不賴 菜盤該有的都有 有白菜~蒟蒻~豆腐~南瓜等等 補菜的方式也滿特別的 就是由服務生裝了一簍子的菜 現場問說要不要加甚麼菜 直接從那個簍子裡面加 可以適時的增減份量 不會有浪費食材的疑慮 點了黃金壽喜燒 不一樣的價差就是在這海鮮盤 有魚片~九孔~扇貝~花枝~蝦子 雖然外表不是驚人的碩大 但是吃起來還算是新鮮好吃 放在味道比較淡的黃金壽喜燒 淡淡的配上海鮮的鮮甜 個人覺得還不錯~ 以跟原本的價差來說 還算是物有所值的價格 飯後甜點是千篇一律 抹茶冰淇淋配上蜜紅豆 另外一樣是黑糖杏仁豆腐 味道就維持一定的水準囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.227.119

針對我國漁船「廣大興28號」遭菲律賓海巡船艦槍擊一事，外交部、法務部今（7）日下午召開記者會，公布調查結果報告。根據調查結果顯示，菲律賓海巡船艦利用優勢武力射殺我國漁民，菲律賓司法部指出，涉案船員將以「殺人罪」(Homicide)起訴，可處12年又1天以上20年以下有期徒刑。

屏東縣琉球籍漁船「廣大興28號」5月9日在我國與菲律賓的經濟海域重疊區中，遭菲律賓海巡船艦濫射，導致65歲台籍船員洪石成身亡，事發至今，已經快屆滿3個月。為此，法務部和外交部下午召開記者會，公布廣大興28號遭槍擊案的調查結果報告。該報告據菲律賓司法部指出，涉案船員以「殺人罪」(Homicide)起訴，則處12年1天以上20年以下有期徒刑。

不過，該報告也指出，如果依我國調查結果，會以菲國「加重殺人罪」(Murder)起訴涉案船員，則可處20年1天以上40年以下有期徒刑。

此外，該報告指出，依照菲國「海上執法接戰守則」規定，菲艦執法時，不得以發射警告槍之方式，試圖攔停船隻或依其指示行進，而是應該以其他必要方式為之。菲艦船員違反規定，在指揮官的下令的情況下，瞄準無任何武裝且已在加速逃離中的「廣大興28號」接續射擊，時間長達75分鐘，共擊發108發子彈，擊中船身45發，造成洪石成死亡；該調查報告也以「妨礙司法公正罪」起訴4名涉嫌湮滅證據的海巡署人員。

而在廣大興案發生後，政府向菲律賓祭出包括凍結菲勞等11項制裁，但隨著案情漸漸水落石出，外交部政務次長石定在記者會中表示，我國處理廣大興案的基本立場，就是要求菲律賓向我方道歉、懲兇、賠償、重啟漁業談判等，如果菲律賓對正式回應這4項要求，就可以解除對菲律賓的制裁。

石定表示，菲律賓已經承諾會具體起訴懲兇人員、賠償，也承諾菲律賓總統代表培瑞斯盡快地抵台，以官方身分向洪石城的家屬道歉。而兩國也已完成漁業談判的第1次會談，達成相互了解、共識與具體措施，避免廣大興案的悲劇再度發生。

每台車原廠出廠  都不一樣

可能是正常車  也可能是車王   騎多少是要看車況 體重 風向 路面  來決定

VJR 110   4V   109很正常

RX110  2V  107也正常

過了兩年可能連100都不到   

山葉引擎系列 101CC系列 除了改裝之外  要破百很難   但兩陽系列的車子要破百  很容易   但轉速在拉來的比山葉快   可是引擎傳動很傷而已 ...

RS ZERO改傳動配管    半套是1000~2000都有   看大大用的是什麼品牌 !!

排氣管基本上什麼管都可以   也可以是原廠管 !!  只要傳動搭配的好  什麼管都無所謂  !!  如果給你一隻一萬元的管  沒有配傳動  也不會跑的很快  

排氣管2000UP~10000都有

兩者搭配的好   要輕鬆到100  不是問題 !!

RX110    2V 騎了4公里才107

你說哪個快?

所謂的快  並不是尾速拉多少   而是在多少距離之內  你騎到了多少 !!

今年第二例麻疹本土病例公布

疾病管制署公布今年第二例本土麻疹確定病例，該名病例為居住於北部的25歲男性，7月29日因咳嗽、流鼻水等症狀至診所就醫，7月31日出疹，因症狀未改善，8月2日至急診就醫，通報確診為麻疹，目前已康復。

為防範疫情擴散，已展開各項防疫調查工作，掌握148名接觸者，目前尚未發現有疑似麻疹症狀者，預計監測至8月22日止。

【陳威廷／台北報導】今天是父親節，北市教育局認助清寒學生基金會與8名受助小孩及家長，上午至長期認助人鄧傳鈺家中表達謝意。受助人、金甌女中學生林家琪6歲喪父，靠著小兒麻痺的母親在路上賣口香糖，每月收入不到1萬元，幸好有鄧傳鈺每月3000元捐助，讓她不愁午餐費與通勤費。她說：「對於沒有爸爸的孩子來說，父親節沒有意義，但有了鄧伯伯幫忙，父親節這個特別的節日，讓我覺得是個美好的時光。」
 
鄧傳鈺說，青年學子是台灣未來的希望，不忍看到他們因家庭經濟因素而放棄學業，多年前開始捐助，捐了多少錢自己也不清楚，但受助學生會寫信給他，甚至與他分享生活的點滴，他也藉此鼓勵這些小孩努力讀書，希望他們未來也成為有能力回饋社會的一群人。
 
教育局副局長曾燦金說，鄧傳鈺連續10年認助清寒學生，累計已有66人受惠，總捐助金額達352萬元。

陸今年化妝品市場料突破千億RMB、當地品牌謀反攻

美國波士頓咨詢公司董事總經理葉永輝於上海家化舉行的「品牌戰略發佈會」表示，大陸2012年化妝品市場規模為963億元(人民幣,下同)，僅次於美國的1,439億元和日本的1,677億元，排名世界第三。雖然近年來大陸經濟有所趨緩，但化妝品市場一直保持20%左右的快速增長；這意味著大陸今年化妝品市場將進入千億元規模。

新華社引述葉永輝指出，國際品牌占大陸化妝品市場的規模在50%-70%之間，仍處於主導地位；但大陸本土品牌發展很快，增速已超過外資。從先進國家經驗看，最大本土企業占本國化妝品市場的規模在15%-25%之間，而中國大陸則只有2%，發展空間仍然很大。

大陸最大的化妝品企業上海家化(600315.SH)董事長葛文耀表示，對國產化妝品發展很有信心，主要源於三點：首先，從紐西蘭的奶粉到日本的化妝品，海外消費品近來連續曝出質量問題，打破了消費者對國際品牌的迷思；其次，大陸本土化妝品企業逐步具備多品牌的運作能力；另外，整體消費傾向的變化有利於國產品牌，大陸高層帶頭用國貨，為國產品牌創造了良好氛圍。

伽藍集團董事長鄭春影認為，大陸本土化妝品要在品牌塑造上繼續發力。近來諸如《中國好聲音》和《舞林爭霸》等節目均有本土化妝品的身影。葛文耀強調，從各種條件看，現在可以說是做大陸本土品牌最好的時期。

年花千萬 警政署訂西裝挨批

全國各縣市警察局，平均每年幫刑事警察做一套西裝，但其實刑警出勤抓歹徒，根本很少穿西裝，平常都放在衣櫃裡，有資深刑警累積15套西裝，也有人反映，可否改買運動服、比較實穿的衣服，但都被上級單位打回票，因此忍不住抱怨警政署，每年編列3500萬的預算，購買價值約5千元的西裝，根本就是浪費。

打開衣櫃，三套西裝整齊吊在裡頭，這一套是今年最新訂做的，連牌子都還沒拆，全台灣內勤以及刑警，警政署都有幫忙訂製西裝，卻有人抱怨根本不實穿，當便服刑事小隊長15年，得到15件西裝，哪有場合穿上它？

基層刑警：「基層刑警穿西裝的機會真的很少，因為我們外出幾乎都是穿輕便的服裝。」

全台7000名左右偵查佐，都有一套價值5千元上下的西裝，新北市兩年做一套，台北市一年一套，每4年還另外發冬裝，一年花費至少3500萬以上公帑，花色材質可以選，但款式都得一樣，基層有人建議，何不改發背心、防寒衣，或是全套運動服，也許更實穿些。

警政署行政組長陳明宏：「(將會)依它的實用性，它的需求性，再行來檢討評估。」

就像制服一樣，樣式必須統一，刑事局高階警官到菲律賓查案，或是參加跨國研討會，都會穿上統一規格的筆挺西裝，塑造簡約俐落的台灣警察形象，不過站在第一線追緝歹徒的基層刑警，要隱藏身分、活動量大，警政署的訂做西裝，美意對他們來說，恐怕只能「心領」，無法實際體會，到頭來只是浪費。

百合花，又名強蜀、番韭、山丹、倒仙、重邁、中庭、摩羅、重箱、中逢花、百合蒜、大師傅蒜、蒜腦薯、夜合花等，是百合科百合屬（學名：Lilium）多年生草本球根植物，原產於中國，主要分佈在亞洲東部、歐洲、北美洲等北半球溫帶地區，全球已發現有至少120個品種，其中55種產於中國。近年更有不少經過人工雜交而產生的新品種，如亞洲百合、香水百合、火百合等。百合花是多葉莖草本植物，越冬時形成鱗莖，且為無被鱗莖。一些北美洲百合的鱗莖基部會長成根狀莖，上長有很多小鱗莖。還有一些百合具匍匐莖。大多數種類的百合鱗莖需深埋，但也有一些物種的鱗莖要淺埋在土壤中。很多百合還會長出莖生根。百合的鱗莖在土壤中自然生長，每年新生的莖在破土而出時偶生根，這些根可以輔助鱗莖基部的根。
自然原生狀況下，大多數百合是落葉植物，主要於嚴寒, 短日, 缺乏液態水的冬季休眠。 但部分分布於冬季溫和且夏季高溫(可能伴隨乾燥 如地中海型氣候區)地區的百合（如白百合，松樹百合，麝香百合），夏季短暫休眠後，秋季萌芽形成基生蓮座葉叢，越冬後莖伸長開花。
夏末時種子成熟。百合屬有著各不相同且複雜的繁殖方式，很多百合能很好地適應冷溫帶氣候。
百合花為整齊花，輻射對稱，花被片6枚，2輪，每輪3片，雄蕊群6枚，2輪排列，每輪3枚；雌蕊群由3個心皮組成，合生，子房3室，上位；常有香味，有白、黃、橙、粉、紅、紫、綠等色，部分還有斑點、條紋或鑲邊。
