推薦好聽的交響樂&純音樂

最近想嘗試聽看看交響樂！
聽很多發燒友都說交響樂的錄音品質比流行音樂還好！
不知道有沒有人推薦一些好聽的這類型音樂給菜鳥我聽聽看！！

對於交響樂略知一二，聽得不夠多，要用大海撈針的方法找音樂，實在有點辛苦！

遊戲、或動漫的配樂不聽外，電影原聲帶、純音樂（吉他solo、小提琴、鋼琴）、交響、爵士樂皆可以！
聽起來不會死氣沉沉、太憂鬱的歌就好了

盡量推歐美的歌，因為日本CD太貴，買不起幾張！！不過，還是可以推日本歌啦！普通CD就好了，XR SA的發燒片太貴，買不下去啦！一張XRCD，我可以多買好幾張普通CD盤呢。HQ 和HD盤可以接受。

【綜合報導】午餐時間到了，想吃輕食減肥餐，不少人會想到低卡路里蒟蒻或蘇打餅、能量棒取代正餐，恐誤踩減重地雷，反而增肥。

蒟蒻含豐富纖維質，當正餐若飲水不足恐造成便祕，建議蒟蒻取代正餐限1日1餐，至少搭配300c.c.以上的飲水。蘇打餅使用的油脂多為棕櫚油或椰子油，3片等於1/4碗飯熱量，易致肥又不健康，無論是減重正餐或是零食都不適合。
