一開始買的時候系統是Android 2.3

後來把它更新到Android 2.3.6

聽說最近還可以再更新到 Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean

想問一下這是真的麻?

那大該是今年的什麼時候可以更新?

（中央社記者張榮祥台南5日電）狂犬病疫情延燒，台南已有4例。台南市長賴清德今天呼 籲市民不需過度擔心，流浪犬也不需要強制安樂死。 賴清德主持台南市狂犬病指揮中心會議時指出，流行病若因傳染途徑及治療方式不明，將 對人類有極大危險，如同SARS（嚴重急性呼吸道症候群）剛流行時。但狂犬病不同，即使 被感染狂犬病的動物咬傷、抓傷，只要注射抗體或免疫球蛋白，百分之百有效，民眾不需 過度恐慌。 他表示，從狂犬病陽性反應的鼬獾病毒基因序列來看，幾乎可確定是由中國動物走私而來 ，目前發現物種也集中在鼬獾，初步研判跨物種傳染機率較小。狂犬病沒有想像中可怕， 流浪犬也不需強制安樂死。 不過，賴清德擔心台灣再度列入狂犬病疫區，將對經濟造成傷害，許多國外人士可能取消 來台旅遊，損失難以估計。他說，台灣50年前就能讓狂犬病絕跡，流行病學更加進步的今 天也能做到。 台南市政府統計，目前台南市狂犬病確診病例共有4例，分別是南化區2例、六甲區1例、楠 西區1例，都是鼬獾。台南市山區本週完成第一輪疫苗注射後，將再對疫區進行第二輪全面 施打。 台南市疫苗尚有2000多劑，市府已緊急採購3萬劑，預定8月9日前有5000劑運抵，其餘將在 8月底前陸續送達。 http://ppt.cc/mqtZ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院朝野黨團幹部傍晚進行朝野協商確定本次臨時會不討論核四公投案，民進黨主席蘇貞昌也在協商結束後到立院議場前發表談話，並感謝這5天佔據議場的綠委們。蘇貞昌強調，民進黨願將今天這一步當成朝野走向和解的一步，並呼籲馬總統應立即宣布停建核四，一舉解決社會長年爭議。

蘇貞昌說，因黨團同仁夜宿議場，反核到底、一步不讓，而民意高達七成反對續建核四，政府根本不必浪費資源舉辦公投。過去馬總統始終拒絕與社會溝通，才會爆發一波又一波風起雲湧的公民運動。

蘇貞昌批評，主政者一錯再錯，犯錯還不認錯，一而再、再而三與人民為敵，挑戰人民忍耐極限，民進黨這次強硬對抗並不是執政黨與在野黨衝突，而是總統與人民衝突，總統選擇站在人民對立面，而民進黨選擇和人民站在一起。

對《軍事審判法》明可望三讀，因凱道25萬人民站出來，讓國民黨終於同意讓《軍審法》儘速三讀，不但回應了洪家訴求，也能避免類似悲劇再次發生，「這一步是主政者在強大公民力量前，不得不低頭！」

「登山怪傑」李小石攀登洛子峰罹難，嘉義縣政府從昨天到9月15日，在梅嶺美術館為李小石舉辦「小風殘月‧石時在心」紀念特展暨李小石第四本新書「聖山」發表會。

紀念特展展出作品包括書畫、台灣百岳攝影、聖母峰攝影、干城章加攝影、馬納斯鹿攝影、洛仔峰攝影等200餘幅，完整呈現李小石的創作歷程與登山經驗。

總統馬英九獲邀於「李小石追憶紀念文集」紀念冊題字，特別親自敬題「仁者樂山」緬懷。李小石在故鄉馬祖的國小同學，現正發起象徵李小石精神的「登峰造極」紀念酒，希望透過義賣募款，為李小石籌建塑像及紀念公園。

李小石紀念展開幕典禮昨天上午於梅嶺美術館舉行，副縣長林美珠、朴子市長王如經分別頒贈榮譽縣民證、榮譽市民證，表彰李小石在藝術文化的貢獻與登山界的成就。林美珠與李小石妻子林青青、長子李堯等家人，共同在展場內「身在雲端的那刻」裝置藝術品，以燭光表達追思與祈福。

李小石遺孀林青青感謝親友及縣府策辦紀念展，並哽咽述說丈夫對登山的愛好與種種；李小石長子李堯以吉他自彈自唱自己創作的曲目「聞君遠遊」，表達對父親的思念。李堯說：「父親如今躺在洛子峰上，表面看似瀟灑，但會不會很孤獨？我很想上去陪他，卻永遠無法上去。」令在場民眾都為之動容。

梅嶺美術館展場內由知名裝置藝術家王文志，以上千支竹子搭建而成的「身在雲端的那刻」裝置藝術，高6米、長9米，像一座大山一樣，讓參觀的民眾能感受李小石登山時，所感受到的高山雄偉、與自然同在的意境。林青青說，李小石生前最想和好友王文志合展，這次終於如願以償。
