週一（8月5日）美國股市開盤前股指期貨小跌，繼上週道指與標普雙雙創下收盤新高之後，市場或稍事休息以重整旗鼓續向新高挑戰；道瓊指數期貨下跌0.06%報15,580.00，標普五百指數期貨下跌0.09%報1,702.50，納斯達克100指數期貨下跌0.01%報3,135.75。週一將公佈7月份ISM非製造業指數，根據MarketWatch的調查，經濟學家平均預估該指數將較前月的52.2上揚至53.1。週一以及週二，達拉斯聯邦儲備銀行（Dallas Fed）總裁費雪（Richard Fisher）以及芝加哥聯邦儲備銀行（Chicago Fed）總裁伊凡斯（Charles Evans）將發表講話。

週一較受矚目的股票包括上週重新奪回全球最大市值寶座的蘋果公司（Apple Inc.），以及社交網站龍頭臉書（Facebook Inc.）等。歐巴馬3日否決了美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）對蘋果部分產品的進口銷售禁令，成為1987年雷根總統之後，第一個駁回ITC的販售禁令的美國總統。蘋果公司股價盤前上漲1%，對手三星公司（Samsung）週一則下跌0.9%。臉書上週五收復IPO發行價38美元，為近15個月來首見，該公司股價盤前上漲0.9%。

研究機構Sentix週一（8月5日）公佈的調查顯示，因數據預示一些處境艱難的歐元區國家出現經濟復甦，歐元區8月投資者信心增強。數據顯示，歐元區8月Sentix投資者信心指數升至負4.9，創年內第二高位。高於7月的負12.6，也高於預估的負9.5水平。金融資訊服務機構Markit於5日公佈的數據顯示，歐元區7月綜合採購經理人指數（PMI）終值為50.5，創2011年8月以來最高，且為18個月以來首次回到擴張區間。

如題 小弟現在使用sony arc S 別懷疑 是單核心 512那支古董機 用的非常不爽(因為實在是非常頓阿) 開兩三個分頁就掛掉了 FB一直更新好像也吃不動了 總而言之就是該換手機的概念 先說說我的需求 我不玩遊戲(一個都不玩 都玩電腦) 不太看影片 不用拍照很強(我有相機) 音質隨便(木耳) 但是希望可以開多一點分頁 螢幕大一點(因為想要拿來看上課投影片slide 偶爾應急也可以拿來看paper 或是電子原文書) 上網要順 然後牌子沒差 希望台灣有地方維修就好(雖然我SONY也沒送修過) 最重要的是 不要太貴 我預算只有8000 也可以推薦我續約333方案的我續約您拿手機之類的活動 我自己有看過 似乎PADFONE I 不錯? 可是有人說良率很低? 或是INHON感覺C/P不錯 可是感覺怕是大陸白牌(不要壞我也是沒 差啦) 或是LG那隻L9? 可是LG好像不太有名? 剩下有名的那些Hㄒㄈ 三爽 好像都有點貴耶.... anyway 希望專業的版大 幫我看一下 給一點意見 小弟對這些3C產品實在不太了解 謝謝 再次感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.48.146

記者黃村杉／新北報導

新北市政府5日正式掛牌成立新建工程處，首任處長由工務局主任秘書詹榮鋒升任。工務局長高宗正指出，新工處是繼養工處成立以後，工務局成立的第二個工程處，也是工務建設團隊的主要機關之一，負責擘劃新北市道路、橋樑、隧道、公園、廣場及興建公共建築，是成立新工處的主要目的，期許新工處能讓新北市民擁有最便利、舒適、安心的生活環境，是新工處今後努力的方向。

高宗正表示，新北市政府升格成直轄市後，積極推動各項重大工程，鑑於以往各鄉鎮市公所為獨立機關，各自規劃相關建設而未能整體考量發展，以致工程品質良窳不齊，因此市府決定成立專責規劃、施工的工程機關，以提升工程品質，加強新北市的競爭力。

首任處長詹榮鋒指出，工務局最近正加緊趕工汐止新社后橋暨捷運汐止民生線共構工程、三重醫院擴建工程、新泰國民運休中心、江翠國中溫水游泳池及地下停車場、深坑兒童遊戲場地下停車場暨幼兒園工程、淡北道路等攸關市政進步的多項重大工程。另也將延續承接淡水新市國小、樹林大安路橋延伸工程、浮洲合宜住宅周邊道路工程、五股水碓公園改善工程及三重、蘆洲、淡水、土城、中和、板橋等6座運休中心工程建設。

詹榮鋒強調，接任處長一職是項大膽挑戰，指新北市目前有多項眾大建設陸續推動中，將全力以赴！指新工處的組織架構設置6科、4室，184位員工，由工務局「規劃設計科」、「工務科」現有人員及員額移撥，分別成立有企劃科、用地科、土木科、建築科、工務科、勞安品管科等6科，及秘書室、會計室、人事室、政風室等4室。

愛爾蘭哥威爾賽馬大會這周開跑，當地媒體現場採訪，剛好遇到下雨，一名站在受訪人後面的男子，拿出50歐元紙鈔，約近2000台幣，充當面紙擦拭雨滴，成為當天報導最熱門人物。

其他媒體還諷刺報導表示顯然當地面紙和手帕嚴重短缺，而且據傳這名男子隨後燒掉這張50歐元紙鈔，因為他擔心丟到垃圾桶，會被窮人撿走。

55歲毒物權威、林口長庚臨床毒物科主任林杰樑今（5）日中午病逝，引起一片哀慟。洗腎30年的他致力醫學研究，尤其致力食物安全，常以他豐富學識在節目、新聞中導正許多錯誤觀念，擔任生活綜藝節目近50集固定來賓，減肥、養生等主題無一不談，更不畏壓力踢爆市面販售的黑心商品。

8月2日本預定至東森《現在才知道》錄影，不料因病送急診，助理臨時發簡訊退通告，短短4天內病情急轉直下，肺部感染併發多重器官衰竭，家人同意拔管，各界錯愕、不捨。總是盡己所能，將熱情投入食品安全研究，身為重量級學者的他槓上農委會、衛生署在所不惜，就怕對不起良心，他願挺身站出來打擊、發聲。

回憶起林杰樑鏡頭前的溫和形象，東森節目部經理簡孟蔚指出，私底下的他也是個「好好先生」，說話慢條斯理、態度不疾不徐，「錄影時都很早到，靜靜的坐下攝影棚，他很安靜，不會串門子。」每每製作單位規劃主題腳本後，多半會和林杰樑討論，「他會針對相關內容告訴我們對或錯，用他的專業為我們修正。」

十分惡劣的旅館Hôtel Paris Saint-Honoré (巴黎聖諾努爾酒店) - 今天, 03:28

數月前在bookings.com訂了這間旅館2夜(7/29~31)，線上付款特價88歐一晚共176，特別註明要2張單人床。
到達巴黎後有段時間要去義大利再回來住，所以我跟旅館聯絡，把行李先寄放在這裡共10天，旅館說要付50歐，我也答應了。

情況是

7月29日當天我的Thello 226列車故障，公司改用客運接駁，我因此整整晚了9個半小時才到巴黎，所以錯過答應要check-in的中午，到達旅館已經晚上8點。

Reception的人我記得叫維果(應該是經理因為這2天都有看到他在帶人)，他說因為我錯過check-in時間，所以他以為我不來，把保留的房間給別人了(我已經付了100%房租而且我明明還有一個大行李箱寄在這)，他說他只剩1個單人房的房間，等下再幫我們加床，明天就可以換到原來的房間。我先問他說那如果睡單人房的話房租的價差要退給我嗎？他就開始面露不悅，指著旁邊房租定價牌子說這個房間原價多少加床要多少云云，我不是很懂他的意思，就再解釋一次我的意思，他就發火了。

他說：只剩這個房間，如果你們不喜歡，可以離開「go to find other hotel」

我跟朋友想了一下，錢都付了，沒別的辦法，就先上去看看再說。這個房間在519，位於閣樓十分窄小，地上加張床就完全沒有空間走動了，我們覺得不行，就再下樓找他。

我向他說我們覺得那個房間太小了，如果你沒有別的房間今晚就退錢給我。他馬上表明NO，我接著問：Why?，他整個像惱羞成怒的火大，扯一堆說你們跟我答應中午要來，結果自已不來，客人要跟我要房間我能怎辦啥的(其實我覺得他一切都是在掩飾自已把我們預訂的房間給人)。我當下也很生氣，但想說錢都付了不敢激怒他，還一直心平氣和跟他解釋說我們列車大延誤，也不是我們的錯，我們只想要一個房間過夜這樣。

他後來又拿了一個鑰匙給我們，房號120(啊之前明明說沒房間)，說這個是唯一的雙人房，但是一大床，你們沒有別的選擇，不想住的話「leave now」, 「go away」，其實我心裡真的覺得超火，怎會有旅館經營者對客人無禮到如此地步。

要不是錢付了要不回來，我們早就離開。因為沒辦法只好入住，而他提到早餐1人8歐時我說我們不吃早餐，他居然回答：好那你們什麼都沒有「ok so you have nothing」。真的是火火火火火。

除了無辜受氣外，這間旅館的電梯樓梯都很窄小，120的浴室水龍頭還有點不能控制冷熱水量。隔夜我們換回原本的2張單人床310房，浴室霉味很重，茶几上的茶包還有很明顯的灰塵，感覺就是放很久！

如果會用到渡輪當交通工具的話，距離小於9公里的，可以購買MyMulti2，
如果渡輪距離超過9公里的，將需要購買MyMulti3

《華盛頓郵報》賣了　亞馬遜執行長成新老闆

【綜合報導】美國華盛頓郵報公司(Washington Post Company)同意出售旗下報紙《華盛頓郵報》，給網路零售龍頭亞馬遜公司創辦人兼執行長貝佐斯(Jeffery Bezos)，結束格拉漢家族長達4代的經營。
 
貝佐斯以2.5億美金現金，約75億台幣買下華郵，這場收購案，是貝佐斯一人獨自出資收購，將是華郵唯一老闆，根據報導指出，華郵將會更改報名，以全新名字出版。
 
由於網路興起加上數位化時代來臨，全球紙媒嚴重受到衝擊，華郵也難逃一劫財政陷困頓，過去6年收益下滑44%，雖然華郵網路版相當受歡迎，但紙媒每天銷量平均下滑7%。
 
華郵執行長唐諾格拉漢(Donald Graham)表示：「縱使不賣掉華郵，華郵也能繼續存活，但他們想要的不只是存活下去，出售華郵將有更多成功的機會。」

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄旗山崙北巷、竹寮巷鼬獾昨日確認是狂犬病，高雄市動物保護處與旗山區公所緊急於今、明兩日在當地舉辦4場犬貓狂犬病預防注射。昨日動保處也收到行政院家畜衛生試驗所的檢驗報告，確認7月30日在田寮區崗安路發現路倒流口水死亡的犬隻，以及7月31日小港一隻狂奔跑進民宅咬人松鼠都不是狂犬病，民眾可以安心！
