日前收到一張罰單上面是第60條第1項：不聽警察制止或拒絕停車接受稽查而逃逸者,可到郵局繳罰款(也就是不用出是駕照,還好我也沒有重型機車駕照),因我是車主所以罰單寄給我,但我查過此條違規除罰3000元外,還會被記(扣)一點,但我只有汽車駕照,沒有重型機車駕照,那要如何扣點?是扣我汽車駕照的點嗎?另如果車主什麼駕照都沒,那要如何扣點?車不是我騎,被警察照相.那是重型機車.
有誰可回答,謝謝拉!

【賴德剛／美國巴爾的摩報導】金鶯總教練蕭華特(Buck Showalter)今天在接受美國每體訪問時說：「如果A-Rod(Alex Rodriguez；羅德里格茲)真的被大聯盟處終身禁賽，讓洋基從豪華稅中解脫，獲得更多薪資空間來進行球隊重整，我跟你保證，2年內魏特斯(Matt Wieters)一定會到洋基打球。」
 
魏特斯今年與金鶯簽下1年550萬美元(約1.65億台幣)合約，雖然他今年球季結束後，還要再2年才能取得自由球員資格，但金鶯若未能在這2年中與他簽下長約留人，以他的成績來看，離隊是必然的選擇，而洋基近幾年捕手是球隊漏洞，也難怪蕭華特會出此言。

新北市府今天表示，針對核廢料處理，將於8月11日舉行公聽會；盼核能一廠的乾式貯存場，在原能會審核安全無虞才熱測試。

部份人士質疑核一廠用過核燃料乾式貯存有安全疑慮，台電今天開放媒體拍攝核一廠乾式貯存場現況。

新北市核能安全監督委員會晚間表示，已經在7月25日由副市長侯友宜帶隊，與消防局長黃德清、委員陳錫南、張武修、市議員白珮茹、廖正良等人，前往核一廠瞭解乾式貯存場。

不過，相關人員說，當時並沒有安置任何的乾式貯存桶，也沒有貯存桶外殼。依照台電原訂的規劃，台電8月將先啟用兩桶放到規劃中的固定位置，開始進行「熱測試」，然後再開始裝填燃料棒。

新北市核安監督委員視察後，除聽取台電簡報，也拍照相關的設施，專家學者並針對疑慮提出看法，希望台電必須在行政院原子能委員會審議核准後，「在安全無虞下才能熱測試」。

市府說，將於8月11日針對核廢料處理，在市府舉行公聽會，除核安監督委員外，也將請台電與專家提出報告；監督委員也會針對核廢料處理等議題，提出具體看法，讓與談人與公聽會參與者討論。

至於台電計畫在熱測試結束後，將正式向原能會提出核一廠乾式貯存場「運轉執照」申請，如果通過，明年4月起開始存放具放射性核廢棒；新北市府強調，「那已經是第三階段了」，先保證熱測試的安全再說。
