現代人工作繁忙、生活腳步太快，許多人常說想要到慢活的地方悠哉度假，或是空出時間來靜坐冥想、放空心靈、自我思考，不過，美國維吉尼亞大學一項發表於《科學》期刊（Science）實驗顯示，說是這樣說，要是真的自我思考，大部分人根本受不了。

研究團隊進行了一連串共 11 次的實驗，實驗方式很簡單，就是請受試者在 6 到 15 分鐘之間什麼都不做，沒有手機、沒有書可看、沒有音樂可聽、沒有筆可寫，就這樣靜靜的一個人想自己的事，之後，再請他寫下對此的感覺。
6 到 15 分鐘，其實並不久嘛！但是研究發現受試者一點都不喜歡這個經歷，而且還說雖然沒有任何事物可造成分心，但思考時卻很容易一直分神、心神渙散。
研究團隊心想，這該不會是因為最早幾次實驗的受試者都是大學生的關係吧，現在的年輕人片刻離不開手機，沒有手機可滑，當然受不了囉！於是，實驗擴大受試者年齡，改為從 18 歲到 77 歲的正常分布，60、70 歲的老先生總該不會是手機成癮者吧？沒想到結果仍然相同，團隊大吃一驚，原來連老年人也沒有比較「沉穩」，一樣不愛自我思考。
或許是實驗室的環境不好吧，那請受試者在家冥想如何？結果有 3 分之 1 的受試者坦承在過程中「作弊」，也就是聽了音樂、滑了手機，或甚至離開座位，而沒有作弊的人，結果是：仍然相同。
相對的，另一個對照組實驗，則是請受試者作一些有外界刺激的事，如聽音樂或看書，只是不與他人溝通，結果受試者回報他們不僅開心多了，精神也更集中。

丁噹睽違兩年推出新專輯【敢愛敢當】，日前遠赴西班牙巴塞隆納取景拍攝專輯寫真與MV，看到當地美景，笑稱「心有解放一下」。31歲的她，常被媽媽催婚，但她不急婚，一切隨緣，昨發片記者會上自爆傷心情史，「之前有經歷過感情挫折，分手很痛，講了很傷人的話，傷人舉動，現在回想起來滿不成熟的。」前天從網路上得知前男友結婚了，她表示兩人已分手6年，不會難過，也獻上祝福。

這次到異鄉工作10天，丁噹說：「歐洲男女都很熱情，小偷也很熱情，工作東西被偷，看到大家對我們很熱情，會膽顫心驚。」他們的記憶卡在工作中被偷，所幸美照已拷貝到電腦，不然心血付諸流水。由於巴塞隆納日照很長，晚上八、九點天際才灰暗，白天拍攝時間拉得很長，才睡不到幾小時，又為了拍攝美麗的日出，凌晨五點又得馬上開工，丁噹透露人生第一次看日出，就是在巴賽隆那的海邊，笑說：「看到日出有哭，很白痴的感覺。」

越來越融入台北生活的丁噹，除了常獨自搭捷運趴趴走，最近更想買部腳踏車代步兼健身，一有空檔就到店家尋找，擔任丁噹演唱會音樂總監的怪獸特地送上腳踏車，並說：「高雄巨蛋要開唱了，不要再花時間找腳踏車了，好好彩排。」記者會上怪獸頻被主持人黃子佼調侃，怪獸說看到丁噹的蛻變，有偷偷落淚，被黃子佼笑「這麼娘」；在拍照時，丁噹坐在前座，怪獸坐在後座，也被黃子佼虧：「好像丁噹載妹出去玩的感覺。」

「使用智慧型手機，小心第三隻眼！」許多人把智慧型手機當個人秘書，生活大小事全靠它「一機搞定」。但行政院消保處隨機抽查市售三大品牌手機，沒想到資安都不及格。消保官表示，使用者最好不要把個資存在智慧手機上，以免被駭客看光光。

消保處指出，今年上半年網路犯罪比去年同期成長一倍，且大部分都是智慧型手機犯罪。

消保處去年十月委託資策會資安科技研究所測試智慧型手機資訊安全，昨天公布測試結果。抽查hTC New ONE、Samsung GALAXY Note3、Sony Xperia Z等三手機，都出現資訊安全漏洞，其中hTC有四項疑慮、Samsung三項、Sony六項。

hTC的「Wi-Fi熱點」應用程式未以加密形式儲存密碼。Samsung的應用程式SSL連線至網站時，若遇到釣魚網站，不會驗證使用者憑證，就直接連上。Sony的三項應用程式在登入時，密碼未加密就傳出。

hTC等三家業者都表示，日前接獲消保處通知後，已改善並提供更新版本供使用者下載。但資策會資安科技研究所經理洪光鈞表示，網路駭客魔高一丈，手機使用者最好學會自保。消保官王德明建議消費者自保方式，包括隨時更新手機版本、安裝手機防毒軟體、不一直開著網路、不點選來路不明的連結。

消保處表示，由於檢測費用高昂，這次只抽查了三支安卓手機，至於市占率一樣高的蘋果手機，這次並未抽查，也不代表它就安全。

使用者黃小姐說，平日除了拿智慧型手機來打電話、LINE、上臉書之外，還用它匯款、購物、轉帳，有時候很急，還拿它記下銀行密碼、信用卡號，並拿來記帳。昨得知此舉可能讓密碼被盜，她驚訝地問：「現在刪掉還來得及嗎？」
