「小阿信」走遍日本18城市造勢

曾創日本高收視率的日劇「阿信」，今年電影版將上映，電影中的小阿信走遍日本18城市送出1萬份「阿信」卡片，為電影造勢。

日本電視劇「阿信」今年正好屆滿拍攝30年，並搬上大銀幕拍成電影版「阿信」，主要演員有童星濱田茲音，女星上戶彩、傑尼斯藝人稻垣吾郎領銜主演，甚至當年在電視劇中飾演「小阿信」的小林綾子也都應邀上演，電影10月將在台灣、日本同步上映。

電影在故事原發生地日本山形縣拍攝，「小阿信」濱田茲音不僅頂著攝氏零下10度的氣溫下拍攝，還要將凍僵的雙手，強忍泡在冷水中洗滌衣物。

濱田茲音表示，在冰天雪地裡拍戲，真的會又痛又冷到完全失去感覺，所以有幾次她實在忍不住就哭了出來，但她說，「雖然辛苦，但真的很開心！」

電影「小阿信」濱田茲音從今天起，她將以1個月的時間，走遍日本18個城市，親自發送出1萬份「阿信」卡片宣傳造勢。

有趣的是，為了電影的首波宣傳，在全日本戲院已推出「小阿信」濱田茲音版的「觀影禮儀篇」，小阿信打躬作揖跟觀眾勸導不講手機的模樣，十分可愛。

話說，本來是不化妝也不保養臉部的，每天早上就以清水洗臉， 但經朋友的建議和從她那學習到一些保養的步驟和那些保養品的 種類，從今年七月開始便開始用那些保養品。 所用的是朋友給的資生堂盼麗風姿系列(潔膚皂、柔軟水(有時用 專科的保濕化妝水(清爽型)、日間活膚乳、夜間活膚乳(有時用 美透白活膚乳)。 在上星期六用了絶世愛美肌(冰河晶萃保濕面膜)和Kanebo保濕多 機能水凝膠和森田藥粧的去角質凝露前，我的額頭和臉頰其實是 還好，不至於太糟，隔天就發現額頭出現了像倒u的印子，且摸起 來粗粗的、乾乾的。而且臉頰到下巴下緣延至脖子都會癢癢的。 己經過了一個星期，額頭還是有印子(像是血管還是筋?)而且皮膚 很糟(臉頰有紅紅的一點一點)，有時臉到下巴還會癢。 會不會是去角質的問題?話說因為貪小便宜在小屈買了森田藥粧的 去角質(買一送一喔~只要99元呢)，在上星期六用完後，天啊，我 的臉摸起來很滑滑、咕溜，但其實是澀澀的，好後悔用了去角質的 喔，只用了那一次就不敢再用了，現在的臉變很糟，在想要去看醫 生嗎?還是自己就會修復?苦惱啊!!額頭的印子好明顯，化妝上粉餅 時還蓋不掉呢。 以下是我額頭的血管?青筋?http://ppt.cc/u86x 有圈起來可能比較看的清楚http://ppt.cc/yGCj -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.77.105

國防部長高華柱今（29）日確定去職，職缺由副部長楊念祖接任，但楊並非軍旅出身的背景引起矚目，擔任過陸軍總司令的國民黨立委陳鎮湘說，他想楊念祖經過副部長期間的歷練，對部隊、國防事務已有瞭解，楊既然接受總統的指派，就應該準備好了。

陳鎮湘說，他認為由非退休將領的楊念祖擔任國防部長，對人權進步有很大的意義，不過，陳鎮湘話鋒一轉表示，軍中事務需要一個團對共體時間，解決洪案問題，也不應因洪案而停止國軍建軍備戰事務。

陳鎮湘說，洪案不應無限上綱，誰有錯就應辦誰，他支持還原真相，但不應以這件事否定所有軍人的貢獻，這是不公平也不正確的事，這樣「鬥倒鬥臭鬥垮」的作法將會對募兵絕對的傷害。

他說，今天的募兵制不只是待遇、出路的問題，更是尊嚴的問題，當一個軍人失去尊嚴，這已經是國家的危險，國安的問題。

  • 高鐵台南站聯外道路植栽幾乎全部死亡　議員要求究責

高鐵台南站開闢完成通車後，全長1.2公里的聯外道路所種植的218株台東石楠，卻僅存活6株，包商亦宣布停業，留下爛攤子讓發包的仁德區公所束手無策。市議員陳文科、洪玉鳳、蔡淑惠及杜素吟26日特召開記者會，要求工務局協助善後，並追究包商責任，對不良建築師也要防範他們未來參與公共工程。

陳文科議員指出，高鐵台南站聯外生活圈道路，從中洲至高雄湖內段兩側所栽種的218株台東石楠，在100年10月完工後，竟然全部死亡，僅殘留光禿禿的樹幹非常難看，經其深入瞭解，才發現該筆植栽總經費250萬元，建築師指定種植台東石楠，且規格必須是10公分高度，每株價格4178多元，若再包含挖穴種植，每株總價6634元，但該批台東石楠死亡後，包商卻買不到同種規格的樹種，最後放棄被扣除的撫育金而宣布停業。

洪玉鳳議員表示，高鐵聯外道路是台南市門面，現在兩旁的行道樹光禿禿，更凸顯營建署耗費4億多元補助開闢的該條道路品質也是離離落落，道路路面高低起伏落差大，還在去年重新刨除鋪設，此案建築師指定樹種規格卻養不活，明顯是幫相關業者消化庫存，她建議市府追究廠商責任的立場要硬起來。

蔡淑惠議員則質疑該案負責發包的仁德區公所也有行政疏失，何以台東石楠很明顯沒存活，區公所卻還等待2期的撫育期，整整拖了1年時間，錯過向包商追討時間，且300多萬元的植栽工程款卻僅留存60幾萬元的撫育金，且無保證廠商，她也要求市府追查包商負責人是否還有其他公司也在承攬市府工程？

杜素吟議員說，市府未來發包類似工程，應檢討樹種的普遍性，以及承包廠商的體質，類似案件未來不能再發生，而為避免台南市的門面難看，工務局必須先拆除那些已死亡的台東石楠枯枝。

防治狂犬病 白鼻心屍體送驗

雲林縣林內鄉今天在道路旁發現一隻白鼻心已死亡，立即將屍體裝袋，送至雲林縣動植物防疫所，檢驗是否感染狂犬病。

林內鄉一名早起運動陳姓女子，經過154縣道往莿桐的方向，發現路旁有一隻死亡的白鼻心，道路中央還有一灘血跡；因近來有狂犬病疫情，立即通報當地村長，通知公所農業課處理。

由於發現的地點位於平地，且在村落並未有白鼻心等類似的野生動物，懷疑是遭民眾棄養；不過，雲林縣古坑鄉已發現一隻死亡的鼬獾是狂犬病確診病例，另外，昨天也在土庫鎮發現一隻鼬獾屍體，已送農委會家畜衛生試驗所檢驗中。

因此，今天發現已死亡的白鼻心，林內鄉公所農業課人員不敢大意，與清潔隊人員以塑膠袋包裹後，送交縣府動植物防疫所，並轉送農委會家畜衛生試驗所，檢驗是否感染狂犬病。

雲林縣農業處籲請民眾不要恐慌，只要家中犬貓確實施打疫苗，對於來歷不明的動物不干擾、不接觸、不觸摸以及不餵食，可將風險降至最低；如遭受野生動物、流浪犬貓抓咬傷，請儘速就醫。

Sony/Panasonic擴大合作！攜手研發商用大容量光碟片

Sony於29日宣布，將擴大和Panasonic的業務合作範圍，雙方已達成基本共識，將攜手研發商用大容量光碟片產品。據日經指出，因南韓、大陸廠商抬頭，導致日本家電大廠收益惡化，故Sony、Panasonic擬藉由擴大合作範圍，改善電子產品事業獲利。Sony、Panasonic於2012年6月宣佈將攜手研發使用於薄型電視的OLED面板，並計劃於2013年內確立量產技術。

Sony指出，今後雙方將針對光碟片規格、研發項目等事項持續進行協商，計畫將目前相異的光碟片讀取、紀錄方式等規格進行統一，目標為在2015年研發出記憶容量可達300GB以上(容量達現行產品的約3倍)的商用光碟片產品。

據日經指出，Sony和Panasonic所將共同研發的光碟片產品將以藍光光碟(BD)為根基，主要將使用於數據中心及電視台，且隨著智慧手機普及，預估分析海量數據(Big Data)的需求將持續走高，故除了需要記錄龐大情報的數據中心之外，Sony/Panasonic也計畫將共同研發的商用光碟片產品供貨給Google等網路大廠及NTT等電信大廠。

沒有網路也不用擔心，下載離線 Google 地圖到手機上

854ec1f1d7be5694dcf413c7e7b54211 使用Google地圖的App下載離線地圖有時會遇到顯示「選取區域中無法使用離線地圖」，無法下載該區域地圖的情形造成使用上的不便，因此今天筆者就來向大家介紹如何下載「無法下載離線使用」的Google地圖，讓你可以將Google地圖放到手機上，任何時候都可以觀看使用。

Step1

要注意的是，本篇的教學需在電腦上使用；前往連結「http://goo.gl/5lWuZ」下載並解壓縮「Google Map Buddy.rar」，在解壓縮後的資料夾中執行「Google Map Buddy.exe」。

 

Step2

按下〔1.Goto Google maps...〕，選擇Google Map地圖的網址，預設是「http://maps.google.com」，或是直接在「Custom URL:」輸入你要下載的地圖網址，選取或輸入完成後按下〔Go〕前往地圖。

Step3

例如筆者要下載香港的某個區域地圖，便拖拉地圖到我想下載的位置，就像是一般使用瀏覽器瀏覽地圖一樣，等到確定好位置後，按下〔2. Select Area〕。

Step4

此時你便可以在該地圖視窗上選取你想要下載的地圖範圍（擷取矩型大小），若是想取消或是想選取另一個位置的地圖，你只需按下〔New Location〕便可重新選取地圖。

Step5

接著請設定「Selection Details」地圖精細程度，選單下拉數值越大者越精細，所載的地圖檔案也越大，放在手機上觀看也不方便，因此建議設定在「16~17」即可。

Step6

倘若出現如圖中「x images：」或「y images：」顯示為「Unknown」，這就代表著該選取區域的地圖無所選倍率不支援，此時你必須將「Selection Details」的數值選大一點，直到不會出現「Unknown」時便可以正常下載檔案。

Step7

選取地圖與地圖倍率後，按下〔4. Create Map Image〕，程式會跳出「另存新檔」的視窗，輸入檔案名稱按下〔存檔〕。

Step8

此時程式會跳出圖中的視窗，要你選擇你要下載的Google地圖類型，一共有四種：

  • 「Road Map」：道路地圖
  • 「Satellite」：衛星地圖
  • 「Terrain」：地形地圖
  • 「Hybrid」：混合地圖

通常我們僅需將「Road Map」內的「Will be downloaded」打勾，再按下〔OK〕即可開始下載檔案。下載完成後，軟體會詢問你是否要刪除剛下載的地圖片段（因為下載方式是多張小地圖合併成一張大圖），這裡我們直接按下〔是〕，將無用的地圖片段都刪除，你便完成下載離線地圖囉！接著只需要將下載好的地圖圖片檔案傳送到手機，你便可以隨時隨地使用這張離線地圖了。

日月潭水社大山淨山失聯男尋獲

參加日月潭國家風景區26日舉辦日月潭水社大山淨山失錝的埔里鎮退休的張正祺（58歲），經日管處日管處會同警消、空勤總隊直升機，出動30多名救難人員搜山二天，今天下午4時50分在水社大山峰頂三角點下方500公尺處一處懸崖凹處尋獲，張正祺平安，救難人員問他為何會跑到懸崖凹處，他說「走著進退無路，只好坐等搜救人員來找我」。

張的太太也是埔里暨大附中的退休老師，兩天焦急等待獲知老公平安，興奮地說「真像在做夢，人回來最重要」。

日管處說，26日上午舉辦水社大山淨山活動，從國立暨南大學總務組退休的張正祺（58歲）先行出發，於上午11時30分率先登頂後下山。中午張太太接獲丈夫傳來簡訊：「我迷路了」旋即失聯，張妻通報日管處，通知消防局出動救難隊兵分3路搜尋，今天終於平安尋獲張。

南澳省長勸阻陸克文汽車福利稅改未果

【大紀元2013年07月30日訊】（大紀元記者吳建國澳洲阿德雷德綜合報導）南澳省長韋瑟里爾（Jay Weatherill）一直試圖勸阻總理陸克文對汽車銷售附加福利稅（汽車福利稅）進行改革，但未能奏效。

陸克文上週四來阿德雷德討論霍頓（Holden）汽車的未來時，韋瑟里爾會見了陸克文。之後韋瑟里爾說：「總理維持他對汽車福利稅改革的立場，而我提出，南澳將繼續追求我們所提出的汽車福利稅改革方案。」

陸克文於7月16日宣佈了一項汽車福利稅改革，將削減18億澳元的汽車福利稅。這項改革意味著那些使用薪金犧牲(salary sacrifice)購買車輛或僱主提供車輛的工人們在申報汽車福利稅扣稅時，不再像過去那樣使用一個簡單的公式，而必須提供詳細的公、私用車記錄。

澳大利亞汽車行業的領軍人物們堅持認為聯邦政府的汽車福利稅改革將有「可怕的後果」。

澳洲豐田汽車的發言人安吉（Beck Angel）說，「作為市場的領導者，這將顯著影響豐田，特別是我們本地製造的車輛，這些車輛在很大程度上依賴於銷售給企業和政府部門。 」

上週，鑑於霍頓汽車公司力圖減少成本而維持生產，該公司在阿德雷德北部的工廠有400多麼員工自動離職。

儘管韋瑟里爾和陸克文在汽車福利稅的改革上存在分歧，但韋瑟里爾描述他們對霍頓汽車的討論是很積極和正向的。並說，聯邦和南澳省政府將共同努力，以促進更多的霍頓汽車購買團體。

陸克文在會談結束後表示，他希望確保澳大利亞汽車製造業具有長期發展強勢，並說「決心要看到這個行業在未來生存下去」。
