是的, 廢話不用多說, 先來一張維修單

儘管已經在網路上看了一些撈魚機, 魚缸機等等相關浸水案情, 本人還是不信邪的買了這支Sony Xperia Z防水機, 還是不信邪的去讓可愛的Sony Xperia Z去玩玩水, 但是消費者絕對不是白痴, 儘管Sony Xperia Z主打防水功能, 但是認真如我還是仔細看了防水說明, 確認各防水蓋有無灰塵, 有無蓋好, 一定要壓得緊緊的, 我絕對不會像一些無聊的使用者一樣,拿著2萬多塊的手機下魚缸, 下海水, 去洗澡..., 我只是要扮演好一個拍拍小孩玩水, 幫助小孩留下童年回憶的好父親的角色, 但是幾分鐘後悲劇還是發生了, 手機操作正常但是按電源鍵沒反應, 再隔幾分鐘後就全部變暗無法開機,當下立刻檢查各防水蓋都還在原位, 沒有鬆脫或開啟, 等確實擦乾機身再打開後各防水蓋檢查後發現耳機孔的試紙變色, 其餘正常, 但是sim卡內也有水漬, 事已至此確定手機是進水了, 因為正值假日只好放入電子防潮箱兩天為他默哀死馬當活馬醫, 送修時再測試開機是可以正常開機的,各功能也正常, 但為避免其他衍生問題,還是決定送修, 接下來就要進入判定生死的送修流程了!

到今天為止送修剛好一週, 完全沒有人和我連絡處理進度,主動聯繫sony線上客服告知手機已送修原廠, 請稍等後續聯絡 (咦, 我不是親自送去sony維修點嗎? 原來是新禾啊...XD), 看來可以得到sony原廠維修中心的專業診斷了,引用一下新聞報導:
Sony Mobile 客戶服務協理李明芳表示：「Sony Mobile 除了本身擁有專屬的維修總部外，亦與神腦、聯強、台灣大哥大等國內通路業者合作，特別針對旗下防水手機提供專業的售後檢修服務，在在顯示 Sony Mobile 身為防水手機領導品牌對消費者的負責與用心。」

很好, 看到這個我應該就放心了, Sony應該會對手機作出最正確的判斷, 喔不, 應該是對Sony作出最好的責任釐清, 因為難免有球員兼裁判之嫌, 根據我和維修點人員的討論表示, sony首先會針對防水功能做測試,確定手機的防水功能是正常的, 確認這點之後, Oh~Ya, 手機進水就不會是sony的錯了, 當然, sony絕對不會說是我們親愛的消費者的錯,畢竟消費者花了萬把塊的錢買手機是衣食父母,他們絕對不會有錯, 故障原因也絕對不會寫是消費者搞到進水, 但是手機總是有問題要修啊, 喔, 那還是使用者付費嘛, 首先, 維修費400元, 檢測清理1000元, 若想恢復防水功能, 另外報價, 還有可能送去可以開機, 但是拆開來修一修告訴你壞了要花一萬多的也有可能, 總之, 只要手機在sony手上蓋子蓋好防水ok,一切就不是sony防水機的問題啦~別忘了Sony Xperia Z 確實符合 IP55及/ IP57 的國際防水防塵規範，可防護來自各個方向低壓水柱的攻擊 ，浸泡在 15cm 到 1M 的水中 30 分鐘仍維持正常功能不應產生任何危害性的後果。是尖端科技的結晶哩!!

所以所以, 親愛的朋友們,買到賺到,看過路過不要錯過...Sony Xperia Z不會告訴你有沒有蓋好, 不能保證每次下水前會不會進水, 不會告訴你防水蓋是不是會有任何瑕疵造成蓋不緊, sony不會教你要蓋上要用力押三下才會緊, 還是要在上面先抹個口水看會不會漏氣, 不會不會, 這些老師都沒有教喔~~同學出了社會就一切要靠自己啦...自己沒蓋好要怪誰, 保險套破掉搞大肚子總不能告保險套公司吧...

是的, 扯遠了, 不是我先預設立場,而是這很有可能是Sony Xperia Z使用者所會面臨到的情況, 我想應該沒有人會在手機下水前先回sony來個完整防水功能檢測吧, 也沒有人會在玩水時測量各個方向低壓水柱的攻擊是多少壓力單位吧, 所以下水沒事的朋友不要沾沾自喜的笑其他使用者操作不當沒蓋好蓋子, 因為下一個是不是你等碰到了才會知道, 大多數的人真的只是想要正常的防水使用而不是要他去泡水, 中標的朋友也不要難過,因為你並不孤獨, 但是在Sony強打防水手機的當下, 不斷的誘使消費者下水去游泳, 撈金魚, 拍小孩, 卻要在使用者發生問題後一再堅持證明在特定條件下是絕對防水的, 難免也有些自命清高了吧~可以預見在這種廠商無法做到100%防水技術, 消費者無法確認防水狀況的糾紛情形只會層出不窮, 消費者想清楚要如何面對了嗎? 拒買這種防水手機,也許是唯一的路...

日後有任何維修後續隨時更新,也希望此主題不會遭受被鎖版,刪文等命運...

檢方偵辦洪仲丘案，高檢署指出，目前除滅證罪外，沒有新的案件，桃園地檢署也根據既定的步驟調查中，尚未回報新進度。禁閉室監視器黑畫面的部份，承辦檢察官也會持續了解整個案件始末。

【綜合報導】日本周日舉行參議院選舉，執政聯盟自民黨和公明黨拿下過半席次，成為主導參眾兩院的最大勢力。
 
周日選舉預計選出242名參議員，截至台灣時間晚上10點30分前的開票結果顯示，安倍領導的自民黨拿下114席，公明黨拿下19席，共計拿下133席超過半數，在野聯盟則是拿下99席，其中最大在野黨民主黨拿下57席，日本媒體估計這次選舉的投票率約僅有51%，比上屆投票率57.92%更低，顯示民眾對政治參與度已經越來越冷感。

16歲劉姓少年穿西裝手拿公事包在騎樓徘徊，警方見可疑上前盤問，查到他擔任詐騙集團車手，循線破獲以宋男為首車手團。

台北市大安警分局今天說，臥龍街派出所員警日前執行巡邏勤務，在和平東路3段附近民宅前，發現一名少年身裝西裝，手拿黑色提包，並在騎樓徘徊，形跡可疑。

員警上前盤查，發現16歲劉姓少年所持黑色提包內，有偽造台北法院公文書和印信等贓物。劉男坦承擔任詐騙集團車手，是要前往向被害人面交取款，詐騙金額為新台幣150萬元。

員警立即把劉男帶回偵訊，並持續追查上游集團，發現他所屬的詐騙集團，是以21歲宋姓男子等人為首詐騙車手團。

警方查出，宋男利用暑假時間，在網咖專找未成年少年，以工作輕鬆、賺大錢為誘因，吸收無知未成年人加入集團，並指派17歲黃姓少年為車手頭，指揮旗下車手前往取款。

警方說，從今年6月至今，該集團共行騙約15次，得手8次，金額達400多萬元。

警方持續追查後發現，該集團平日都在桃園中壢、平鎮一帶活動，向桃園地方法院申請搜索票和拘票，前往逮人，逮捕宋男等7人，徹底瓦解該車手集團。

警方訊後依詐欺、偽造公文書等罪嫌把宋男等人移送桃園地檢署偵辦，並持續追查幕後集團。
