國道3號南下嘉義縣路段今天發生一起兩部汽車相撞意外，其中1部翻覆路邊，所幸車內一家3口僅輕傷，另兩人拒絕送醫。

嘉義縣消防局表示，晚上6時56分左右，在國道3號南下300.2公里處也就是嘉義縣中埔鄉路段，發生兩部自小客車相撞意外，第三大隊中埔分隊等消防分隊立即派人車前往救護。

消防局指出，救護人員趕抵時，其中一部事故車輛翻覆在路邊，車內一家3口已爬出車外等待救護，這3人是一對夫婦及一名約12歲男童，分別有膝蓋擦傷、脖子扭傷及頭痛想吐等症狀，立即送醫治療；另一部車輛內有兩名軍人，表示身體無羔，拒絕送醫。

警方表示，近來嘉義縣山區常有午後雷陣雨，行駛國道3號嘉義縣路段時，因視線不佳，駕駛要放慢速度行駛；事故發生時，並無下雨等因素，至於車禍原因，須進一步調查釐清。

【何孟奎／台北報導】《聯合報》報導，馬英九總統連任國民黨主席後，將立即著手修改黨章為「總統兼任黨主席」，國民黨發言人殷瑋上午對此表示，國民黨會就黨政常軌和施政穩定性進行通盤考量，目前還沒確定是否修改黨章，讓總統兼任黨主席。

國民黨中生代團體「五六七大聯盟」日前曾提出換軌制主張，亦即總統直接兼任黨主席，不須經過黨主席選舉；如果國民黨在2016年繼續執政，則馬英九必須卸下黨主席一職，由下屆總統兼任。黨內人士說，黨中央會通盤考量所有的因素和效應，至於是否修改黨章「沒那麼篤定」。

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，台灣智庫今公布民調，有75％民眾對軍方追查洪案沒有信心，69.5％民眾贊成類似案件應修法交由一般法院、檢調偵辦審理，另外，高達74.2％民眾不會相信未來洪案在軍法機關的審判結果。

此外，高達85.7％民眾贊成國防部在立院臨時會針對洪案進行專案報告，80.5％民眾贊成在立院成立調閱委員會監督洪案；72.3％民眾認為國軍內部不當管教情形嚴重，且有42.5％民眾認為未來不會改善；另外有77.7％民眾認為國防部弊案多、74.7％民眾認為國軍不能打仗、59.1％民眾擔心實施募兵制後，國軍會招募不到人。

這份民調是台灣智庫委託趨勢民調公司進行，調查時間為7月24日至26日，共完成1069份有效樣本，在95％信心水準下，抽樣誤差為正負3％。

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市28歲陳姓男子今年幫32歲女友照顧13歲女兒，卻情不自禁與少女嘿咻，後因少女與陳男互通情書被導師發現，問出實情報警處理，陳男坦承與少女合意性交一次，今被新北地檢署起訴與未滿14歲幼女性交罪嫌，最重可判刑10年。

據悉，陳男與女友本為同事，雙雙離職後才發展姊弟戀。女友原不相信陳男會做出這種荒唐事，表示因觀察陳男覺得老實可靠才答應交往。

陳男起初趁少女說錯上床日期而不認罪，但被問到「其他天有沒有」，才招認，並向女友道歉。女友最後答應原諒陳男，但少女卻堅持：「我不願原諒他，希望他得到教訓！」

no littering 是不要亂丟垃圾
no smoking 是不抽菸
上面這兩個在一般公共場合(ex. 電影院 etc.)應該都看的到
不過比起no smoking
no tobacco是同義, 但比較常看到

do not eat or drink 是不可以吃東西或喝飲料
在圖書館這類的地方應該看的到

no photography 是請勿攝影
對於在動物園區比較敏感的動物
或是博物館及美術館這類的地方應該不難找到

最後一個no swimming是不能游泳
這個比較簡單吧, 在小溪或小河旁應該都會有的~
