請問幾個小問題： 1. 最後的大戰，大家怎麼那麼肯定浩克會回來加入？浩克自己又怎麼肯定能控制自己(畢竟在船上他也是失控了) 2. 浩克在船上失控前，黑寡婦示意要幫忙的小兵趕快離開，用意是？ 3. 索爾在船上大戰浩克時，有一度槌子"吸"不過來，直到浩克衝過來槌子才飛回來，是有甚麼用意嗎？另外在索爾被摔到地面後，也是有一度槌子拿不起來(還是手痛)的畫面這兩段有特殊意思嗎？ 4. 鋼鐵人從天上還沒掉下來時，美國隊長幹嘛那麼早下令關門呀？那時也沒有外星人持續湧入呀 5. 黑寡婦在一開始班納博士家中，班納假裝生氣黑寡婦受驚，是演的還是真的嚇到呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.182.130.214

【潘志偉／新北報導】家住基隆市華新一路的林姓男子，今天下午4時許，發現他家的狗剛剛咬傷一隻鼬獾，擔心這隻鼬獾有狂犬病帶原，希望有關單位能來把鼬獾帶回檢驗。林男先打電話給疾病管制局，管制局要林先生打給消防局，消防局又請他聯絡農委會，直到下午6時許農委會才姍姍來遲，將鼬獾帶回去檢驗。

小的最近入手一台三菱virage1.8 (02年)
但車內有些地方是米色內裝
四扇門跟中間Ｔ字部分及天花板，幾乎都是米色
想請問各位網友們，要是想將米色部分的內裝
全都改成類似像io那種內裝，整車完工價位大概是多少?
或是從殺肉場拿的價格約是?
或是有任何網站可供參考也可以

兄弟象「恰恰」彭政閔突破Lamigo桃猿許銘倢的封鎖，8局下一上場就敲出安打，打開象隊的勝利之門，象隊5比4擊敗桃猿，恰恰3打數2支二壘打、有1分打點，獲選單場MVP。

許銘倢2009年開始成為桃猿的主力投手，恰恰先前對許銘倢表現並不理想，他清楚記得「直到去年，我才從許銘倢手中敲出第1支安打」，不算20日比賽，恰恰生涯對戰許銘倢23打數擊出3支安打，打擊率只有1成30。

桃猿波拉斯投完7局退場，第8局換上許銘倢，恰恰表示「相信對方教練團也是掌握了一些數據」，不過許銘倢這2年的狀況不如過去，因此恰恰掌握了許銘倢的失投球，敲出中外野方向二壘打，恰恰說「愈是打不好的投手，我愈想突破」。

許銘倢被恰恰擊出安打後退場，由謝長融接替，周思齊敲出安打，恰恰跑回超前的第5分，許銘倢吞敗投（1勝3敗）。

象隊先發投手米吉亞與桃猿先發投手波拉斯都投的不錯，桃猿2局上林泓育、郭修延連續安打，再靠著2次捕手漏接攻得1分，象隊則是3局下陳江和獲保送，張正偉敲適時安打，1比1追平。

因為上班需求因此需要週一到週五後站停車，今天去後站一帶問寄車行的價錢後考慮兩家，一家是在火車站斜對面的中力寄車，包月15的話400元一家在新興路轉進去的巷子，招牌是很大的正捷托運但沒看到其他名字，包月300元，但早上我要上班時還沒開所以要先停外面等開門他們會牽進去，晚上也比較早關，如果加班趕不上的話也要先請他們牽出來放外面。目前考慮這兩家，想請問板上的板友有沒有寄車的經驗可以分享或推薦？謝謝！ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.0.108

新竹市富禮國中女子射箭隊7月初赴美國俄亥俄州漢彌頓參加美國射箭邀請賽，拿下五金三銀二銅佳績，這回能成行，新竹學租教育基金會與欣彰天然氣公司董事長朱坤塗慨捐40多萬元，讓隊員順利出帆，選手們今天獻上獎牌致謝。

富禮國中是台灣女子射箭隊的國手搖籃，第一代選手譚雅婷已上大學，是去年倫敦奧運國手。

富禮國中女子射箭隊94年成立，從最初沒有場地，拉橡皮圈練臂力開始，到有了專屬射箭訓練場，教練倪大智與選手長期拚搏，累積了成果。

今年美國邀請賽7月9日~21日舉行，富禮成績如下：

公開女子組個人排名前三名／譚雅婷、林詩嘉、喻文奕、公開女子組團體排名賽金牌、公開女子個人對抗賽／第一名譚雅婷、第四名林詩嘉，公開女子團體對抗賽亞軍。

另外，16~17歲組第一名林芝渝；15~16歲組前三名／卓芸楨、蔡佳芸、李宜嘉。

媒體報導「法官法」上路後，101年度銓敘部首度舉辦職務評比，獲得「良好」考績的司法官比例竟高達九十八％，引發考試委員與社會質疑聲浪，這與恐龍法官頻傳的現象「差很大」。民眾可能不知道，事實上法官法實施之後，授予民間司法團體成為人民投訴不適任法官的中介單位，希望藉由民間力量導正「官官相護」的現象，本周日(7/28)晚上六點快樂聯播網FM89. 3「TORO刑男大律師」節目，即將為聽眾重現在今年六月份召開的一場「司法官評鑑──人民怎麼看」座談會實況，一起來看看過去一年來民間參與司法個案評鑑業務成果為何？

由台灣法曹協會、中華人權協會、民間司法改革基金會及台北律師公會舉辦的座談會中，與會人士一致認為，他們即使接到民眾申訴，政府卻不願配合提供證據，無從調查司法官的不當行為，造成成效不彰。中華人權協會理事長蘇友辰表示，雖然目前各民間司法團體都陸續接到申訴案件，但由於缺乏「資訊分享權」，使得要進行調查時，法院都以偵查不公開為由，連開庭時的錄影光碟都無法讓民間司法團體調閱，根本無從查起，更無法將濫權起訴或嚴重違反辦案程序的司法官交付個案評鑑。

蘇友辰強調，既然法官法開放人民檢舉不適任法官和檢察官，就應該要配套開放讓請求個案評鑑者得以聲請閱卷或規畫其他適當管道，已取得檢舉事證做為申訴或陳情的依據。民間司法改革基金會執秘蕭逸民指出，目前辦理司法官評鑑申訴案件遭遇到許多困難，如官方未積極宣導民間團體可辦理司法官評鑑申訴管道，導致民間團體受理的案量過低（官方每年收到人民檢舉案量是數以千計，而民間一年只有三百多件），以至於難以看到法界整體運作狀況。此外評鑑委員會為承擔轉介案件給民間團體的責任、法官評鑑請求期時效過短、民眾缺法對法官法和司法官評鑑的教育等，也都是必須改善的課題。

現場與會人士反映，一般民刑事法官都受評鑑，行政法院法官也要一同受評鑑，不然不公平！行政法院長期以來被譏諷為敗訴法院，失去獨立審判公信力，是亟需改革的一環！台灣法曹協會理事長高思博也承認，行政法院法官的評鑑的確是大家沒想到的。司法院司法行政廳黃國忠廳長則表示，行政法院的法官也應該接受評鑑，並沒有區別，現在只是執行的技術上的問題，他本人也接過一些人民申訴的案件，但大部分都是著重在法官態度的問題，但他強調，基本上就評鑑的部分都是一致性的。更多精采的內容，請準時收聽TORO刑男大律師節目，或上WPN世界民報全球資訊網http://www.worldpeoplenews.com/收聽。

oc 4.7 GHz (min/max) Core 1：35 / 68 Core 2：37 / 75 Core 3：37 / 75 Core 4：32 / 69 ========================================================== 一直在想 120V 的 V 是什麼意思，或許是 Value 的 V 吧 (謎：又在話唬爛) 前前後後用過幾套一體式水冷基本上性能差距不會太大 (售價也是 XD) 在此前提下，我反而比較關心好不好裝 XD 120V 的扣具部分可以看到其他系列的影子 Intel 平台固定方式取消主機板正面的螺帽，這點有好有壞好處是就算常常拆也可以減低 coating 被磨掉發生一些奇怪事情的機率 (雖然說是有墊片沒錯) 缺點就是對於背板開孔比較小或是沒有開得很準的殼在安裝部分可能就沒辦法從旁邊塞入強化背板來安裝必須拆下主機板在噪音水平方面，風扇大約在 1800 RPM 之後聲音開始明顯些會介意的人可以把速度調在這範圍下整體上來說 Seidon 120V 的性能算是比我預料來的好或許改款後的幫浦或多或少比較給力些 oc 至 4.7 G 的時候最高也只有到 75 度算是游刃有餘就以一般使用或是玩玩小超頻都還蠻不錯的以上 -- 我還沒說完吶~~ 幹!回家了啦!別在這裡丟人現眼了 \ / ○ ︵ \○╱/| . . ﹎﹍﹍ ╱￣﹚╱＞ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.147.17

大學新鮮人，你要選哪一間？在南、北同登場的大學博覽會，各大學祭出高額獎學金爭搶優秀學子，香港技職體系學校總獎學金高達2313萬元，更以9成就業成功率跨海搶人；而金門大學也提供7600萬元獎學金，等著頂尖學生來領取。

人才不分國界，國內外知名大學展開搶人大作戰，香港技職學校以高額獎學金來台搶人，校方更結合香港職業訓練局，不怕畢業就失業，就業率高達9成，希望吸引台灣設計、旅遊、商業類人才，只要各科成績符合規定，就能有機會到香港就學，體驗港式生活。

而國內大學也不輸人後，金門大學以7600萬元獎學金吸引學生就讀，開出6種申請獎學金條件，每人最高可領360萬元，甚至不論成績高低，只要以第一志願上榜，註冊就能得到獎學金1萬元，希望能藉此吸往學生到金門大學就讀，目前已有10多位成績優秀的台生確定入學。

另亞洲大學也加碼到360萬元，其他各間私立大學都喊出100萬到300萬元的高額獎學金，力拼少子化，吸引尖端學生就讀，而國立大學則針對經濟弱勢的學生，以獎學金鼓勵學生就學。

下周就是新鮮人選填志願的重要時刻，國內外各大學利用這周末搶人，以高額獎學金搶攻大學生，然而，至於能不能以獎學金吸引學生就讀，就要看學子要如何選填符合自己優勢的學校志願。
