【綜合報導】西班牙北部聖地牙哥市(Santiago de Compostela)，當地時間24日晚上8點42分，一高速通勤列車，從馬德里出發前往法洛(Ferrol)途中發生脫軌事故，目前死亡人數增加到35人。

列車上估記載有238名乘客，現場目擊者表示「先是聽到一聲爆炸巨響，接著看到火車出軌。」

在現場採訪的記者表示「所有車廂都出軌，部分車廂翻覆，地上滿是覆蓋毯子的屍體。」

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】蘇澳籍延繩釣遠洋漁船「特宏興368號」，16日起在法屬玻里尼西亞「帕比堤港」西北方527浬海域失聯，船上衛星電話打不通，船上有台籍船長陳德生(54歲)、輪機長何昌琳(58歲)，及9名印尼漁工，昨天上午美國海岸防衛隊飛機在在南緯0度28分、西經145度 37分距台灣6千多浬，拍到漁船，船持續往印尼方向西方航行。

船東莊清旺昨天受訪時擔心地說，依漁業署傳真照片來看，若船長、輪機長臥病，美國海岸防 衛隊飛機靠近時，漁工們聽到飛機聲音，應會出來揮舞衣物等來求救，因船持續在赤道向印尼方向航行，遭挾持可能性極高。蘇澳區漁會總幹事林月英說，海巡署巡護7號在菲濟群島補給油料，距「特」船2千多浬，正前往了解營救。

12星座為在什麼樣的狀況容易心急，又該如何運用「不急技術」，慢慢結出好成果。

牡羊座（3/21 ~ 4/20）：
不論在私領域或是工作上，遇到問題，通常以快速採取行動解決而自豪。然而，擔心「不快就是輸」的心態，讓你們常只看到問題的表象，除了可能讓結果事與願違，還可能延伸出別的問題。
不急技術：平日要為自己的快行動，找到減慢的警語，把不能多等一分鐘的心急，轉換成多想一分鐘問自己：「現在的問題還有什麼其他的角度是我沒有看到的？」如此，才不會因為心急而自亂陣腳。

金牛座（4/21 ~ 5/20）：
在人際關係上，常用第一印象快速地判斷對方是否合得來。當對方給予你們第一好感的印象，就易忽略對方在待人處事上，有不可取的人品；當對方給你們不好的印象，就完全沒有興趣進一步了解對方。然而，以30秒的第一感受為判斷依據，容易產生識人不明的後悔與挫敗感。
不急技術：在人際關係上，提醒自己不要讓情緒遮蔽理性，不論好與不好，都要給予公平的機會，花些時間去深入了解對方，才能為自己建立良好的人際關係。

雙子座（5/21 ~ 6/21）：
學習上喜歡立刻速成，在意所學的東西是否在短時間內就可以派上用場。由於抱持趕快學，趕快應用的心態，面臨需要花長時間學習的專業，當你們遇到困難的部份，以及和預想之外的情況時，常會心急而焦慮，學習的動力急速下滑，因而半途而廢。
不急技術：學習是個長跑的過程，為了讓學習興致持續下去，你們在學習上需要共同的夥伴，因為有夥伴一起交流學習的心得，才能激發你們學習的耐力與持續力。

巨蟹座（6/22 ~ 7/22）：

【何哲欣／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天原訂到立法院推銷苗栗出產的高接梨，立院外有一群聲援大埔民宅遭拆除的學生準備抗議，但被立院駐衛警擋在門外。他 們在立院外舉行記者會，高喊「官逼民反，縣長有地可炒，百姓無家可歸」。學生代表說，昨天政府用粗暴方式對待聲援的學生，但他們不會屈服，會持續抗議，要 讓政府聽到他們的訴求。

劉政鴻最後並未現身，學生痛批劉不敢面對正義之吼，非常可恥，政府等著明天就被拆除，革命就要來了。

稍後推銷活動正式開始，有零星學生仍闖進立院抗議，但被警方架走。

我看一篇論文寫:比較好的做法是有兩組電池,當A電池組快沒電時,切換到備用充滿電的B電池組,切換完後利用增程發電機發電來充A電池組,因為小型三相發電機的電流不大,無法做鋰鐵電池大C數快速充電,及同時放電給控制器,這對鋰鐵電池組有點傷,所以我的想法是,兩組電池切換使用,電池使用壽命比較長

針對串聯電池組進行電量平衡，目前主要有以下幾種方法：
1. 在電池組的各單體電池上附加一個並聯均衡電路，以達到分流
的作用。在這種模式下，當某個電池首先達到滿充時，均衡裝
置能阻止其過充並將多餘的能量轉化成熱能，繼續對未充滿的
電池充電。該方法簡單，但會帶來能量的損耗，不適合快充系
統。
2. 在充電前對每個單體逐一通過同一負載放電至同一水準，然後
再進行恒流充電，以此保證各個單體之間較為準確的均衡狀
態。但對蓄電池組，由於個體間的物理差異，各單體深度放電
後難以達到完全一致的理想效果。即使放電後達到同一效果，
在充電過程中也會出現新的不均衡現象。
3. 定時、定序、單獨對蓄電池組中的單體蓄電池進行檢測及均勻
充電。在對蓄電池組進行充電時，能保證蓄電池組中的每一個
蓄電池不會發生過充電或過放電的情況，因而就保證了蓄電池
組中的每個蓄電池均處於正常的工作狀態。
4. 運用分時原理，通過開關元件的控制和切換，使額外的電流流
入電壓相對較低的電池中以達到均衡充電的目的。該方法效率
比較高，但控制比較複雜。
