71歲的演員石英「肝苦談」，40歲發現是B肝帶原，但卻輕忽，60歲服用多帖草藥，增加肝負擔引發猛爆型肝炎。

石英表示，40歲體檢時才發現是B肝帶原者，不過當時對肝炎認知有限，沒有特別留意；60歲時健檢發現肝臟下方有一點，醫生交代再觀察。

他說，當時不知道如何防治，聽信偏方吃草藥，卻增加肝臟負擔。

猛爆型肝炎之後找上門，石英緊急住院，昏迷不醒，只能等待換肝，所幸石英兒子捐肝救父。

石英說，「好像兒子的出生，是要來給我換肝的」。他是嚴格的父親，現在想想都覺得對不起兒子，因此更加珍惜現在的身體。

重拾健康後，石英說，「保肝最重要的就是不亂吃、過得輕鬆、睡得好、吃得清淡」。過來人的他提醒，肝病無症狀，應定期追蹤，養成良好生活習慣。

台股今（25）日開盤因美股開高走低影響賣壓較重，早盤一度下跌56點回測8,140點、接近季線8,126點，近期漲多的金融、傳產拉回約1%，大盤終場下跌32點收8,163點，量縮至807億元。

法人機構認為，台股今日拉回不深，且量縮整理亦屬良性量價結構，8,100至8,050具季線、前低支撐，下檔應有限。但多頭領頭羊金融、傳產近2日因獲利回吐賣壓漲多回檔，預期將整理7月下旬，待8月再攻；電子景氣展望強度不足，觀察大立光能否因法說釋出利多而站穩季線，如此方有助大盤再度挑戰8,250點區間上緣，否則仍將繼續震盪。

店名:基隆綠豆沙牛乳 地址:桃園市中正路532號之1（桃園觀光夜市小北百貨旁、屈臣氏斜對面） 營業時間:下午6點到凌晨2點 用餐時間:2013/07 網誌好讀版:http://goo.gl/MEPQEZ 因為有個朋友住桃園，我就問他桃園有哪些好吃的 他就說桃園夜市裡有許多好吃的小吃 於是我就找個一天叫朋友帶我去桃園夜市大吃特吃 桃園夜市的入口有一家基隆綠豆沙牛乳果汁攤， 剛好我超喜歡喝綠豆沙牛奶的，所以就點一杯來喝喝 綠豆沙牛奶 $40 他們綠豆沙的口感跟一般的好不一樣， 喝一般的都感覺有一種水跟綠豆沙分離的感覺，可是他們的口感感覺都很綿密 而且多了一種蛋香味，老闆說因為有加蛋黃以及都是用純手工製做的綠豆沙 牛奶也是選用林鳳營的，難怪那麼好喝~大推!!! 基隆綠豆沙牛乳 地址:桃園市中正路532號之1（桃園觀光夜市小北百貨旁、屈臣氏斜對面） 營業時間:下午6點到凌晨2點 朋友說這攤的花枝跟蚵仔煎都很好吃，他從小吃到大 花枝羹 60元 大蒜的味道很濃郁，不敢吃大蒜味太重的人應該沒辦法吃這道 花枝很脆，配上蒜羹湯很搭耶~很好吃 我羹湯整個都喝完了 蚵仔煎 $50 他們醬汁比較偏清淡然後甜甜的，也吃得出蚵仔的鮮味 一口濃郁的花枝羹，再配一口清甜的蚵仔煎，感覺吃的很舒服~讚!!! 其實吃完花枝跟蚵仔煎就已經飽了，但我大老遠跑來不能只吃這兩樣!! 所以就硬拉著朋友再吃幾家，就算撐破肚皮也要吃~ 朋友列了幾家店後，我選擇這家 臭狀元-麻辣臭豆腐吃 麻辣臭豆腐 $60 前幾口感覺豆腐沒有很入味，味道很淡，咬到後面那個麻香味才有出來， 吃之前先用筷子把豆腐用成小塊一點，多吸一些湯汁以及配些肉燥吃，比較夠味 兩大塊的豆腐還蠻夠份量的，整體口感總分10分大概有7分吧 最後一攤吃的是熊熊可麗餅 因為想吃甜的就點了甜口味的可麗餅吃 巧克力麻糬可麗餅 $45 放上一大片的麻糬 可麗餅咬下去先是那種卡滋的脆感，但在嘴裡時卻又是扎實帶點軟厚的感覺 再配上濃郁的巧克力以及QQ的麻糬，喜歡吃甜的朋友，一定不能錯過 朋友說桃園夜市還有許多好吃的小吃還沒吃到， 有豆花、另一家臭豆腐跟沒有蒜味的花枝羹， 看來要找個時間再殺去桃園夜市一次了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.71.14

假如要看照片,請點網址 http://infhd.blogspot.tw/2013/07/blog-post_23.html "活動評論王"為全台唯一"實話實說"的專業活動評論家， 堅持不使用鬼話連篇的"官方新聞稿"來充當文字敘述 推薦指數：5/10 (雷) (單指活動策劃方面) 主辦單位：高雄市政府 日期：7/21 18:00 美麗島大道 "藝遊 星光 美麗城" 這活動為全高雄第一個由"政府"主辦的簽唱會，大家一定很好奇活動辦的怎樣？ 首先，本人在18:00抵達活動現場，這地方以前很偏僻，還算好停車，現場準備了幾台餐 車和行動小巴，賣幾個貴到不行的台灣小吃，假如你不知啥是餐車，這裡有一張隨便抓的 網路圖片 不過高雄人是很聰明的，大家都知道這附近就是六合夜市，除非腦子燒壞或是外地人才會 來這裡的餐車消費 據說高雄的餐車數量為全台第一，是政府鼓勵設置的，因為移動方便又不必花攤位租金， 但小巴涉及非法燃料改裝，可能有中央政府汽車牌照上的問題 現場的場地規劃很失敗，政府員工硬是把觀眾席切成兩半，其中一半是圍起來的貴賓席， 我看了一下現場場地已經夠小了，大約只能塞200人，然後又把其中100人的位置架遮雨棚 ，最後這100人的位置是給不到10個"貴賓"坐的，非常失敗，而且其中幾個"貴賓"還遲到 加早退 最後，我不小心把一隻腳踏進"貴賓席"的半空中，馬上就被政府員工給趕了出去 你們沒看到的畫面左邊全是貴賓席 18:05分活動開始，居然有浪費時間的長官致詞橋段，大約15分鐘，請問觀眾腳痠可以申 請國賠嗎？ 長官講完15分鐘廢話後，活動才正式開始，我的惡夢也開始了，不知從哪裡來的痴漢攝影 師，一直在台上卡位 結果所有粉絲的相機只拍到他的屁股和禿頭，沒拍到你們最喜歡的小鬼，而且這個攝影師 似乎趕不走，台下所有人都在罵髒話，他還是假裝沒聽到 現場觀眾的相機畫面 這傢伙一定是政府花錢請來的工讀生，距離那麼近還開閃光，是要把歌手眼睛閃瞎嗎？ 台下觀眾大概看了20分鐘他的肥屁股，這傢伙才走人，之後我在政府網站搜尋他拍的照片 ，結果是："沒有"，果然又是一個詐騙集團，一開始上台卡好位拍照，拍完後發現自己拍 的全是爛照片，怕老闆找他算帳，只好自己先偷偷把照片刪掉 這樣的行為完全違反"媒體資料公開分享"的法則，你上台卡好位，台下觀眾忍讓你，又看 你的屁股，你事後就應該把照片公開分享，而不是自己覺得丟臉就把照片刪掉 這攝影師的技術極爛，應該是領工讀生時薪的105元/Hr，主辦單位也算惡有惡報，一位真 正的攝影師時薪約3000/Hr，錄影師時薪約7000/Hr，為了省小錢卻找時薪105的工讀生來 拍照，難怪會引起公憤 至於簽唱會真正唱歌的部份，就請大家自行看dan201的影片了 http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5N5Hv3klahEIHN5O_9tuzwIhvDcGbDyj -----------------(以下請勿刪除)--------------------------------- 另外，高雄板非心情板，個板，無關高雄廣泛市民之文章請勿張貼。 比如：我家隔壁的母貓生了小貓、對面的阿婆一個人獨居之類的。 這裡是高雄板，請討論與多數高雄市民有直接關聯性的文章。 沒高雄點就直接刪除囉。 修改文章標題請於文章列表按大寫T 修改文章內文請於文章列表按大寫E 同性質文章請以大E修改內文方式加註，請勿於板上重覆多發 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.249.40
