管理員將住戶打成腦震盪判賠158萬元確定:

台北市信義路和敦化南路口一棟大樓的廖姓住戶，因為關門聲太大，遭到管理員喝斥，雙方爆發口角，結果管理員一氣之下持電擊棒痛毆，造成廖姓男子被打成腦震盪，手也有多處骨折，全案經過法院審理，除了管理員被判五個月刑期之外，有關民事部份，最高法院也判決被告要賠償158萬元，全案也就此確定。

這起案件發生在信義路和敦化南路口黃金地段的一棟大樓，五年前，廖姓住戶因為關門聲音太大被管理員糾正，兩人為此大吵一架，管理員一時情緒失控，拿電擊棒和鐵棍攻擊廖姓住戶，被害人因此被打成腦震盪，左手背和手掌也有多處骨折。

全案經過法院審理，刑事部分法院判處五個月有期徒刑確定，至於，被害人求償370多萬元的部分，二審法院認為，被害人確實因此勞動能力減損，加上醫藥費和薪資損失，判決管理員要賠償158萬元。另外，雖然被害人以管理員是管委會聘請，二年後追加控告管委會和其他住戶也有賠償，不過，由於超過侵權請求時效，請求被駁回，案件一路到最高法院，最高法院判決駁回上訴，維持二審賠償158萬元，全案定讞。

店名：夜問永春串燒居酒屋地址：台北市松德路12號電話：02-2720-6206 營業時間：週一~週四 18:00~00:00 週五、週六 18:00~01:00 周日公休圖文網誌好讀版：http://milk52313.pixnet.net/blog/post/145242242 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 以下為純文字↓ 本文為店家品嘗邀約，內容純屬試吃後心得 [ 102-07-09 ] 前陣子收到夜問永春居酒屋的邀約，有機會上台北就安排去吃囉! 這天跟姊妹約了聚餐，就藉由店家名義請大家吃一頓囉:P 最近好像很熱衷吃居酒屋，不過真的是吃一次就愛上啦雖然單價高吃一頓下來都不便宜，但是質感好，吃的也舒服現在真的比較無法吃甚麼吃到飽之類的了... 不過我這次好像還是吃很多xdd 「夜問永春串燒居酒屋」位於捷運永春站附近從4號出口出來→看到康是美右轉→左轉→右轉就可以看到了看似複雜，但走起來很簡單也不遠哦! 大概5分鐘內吧門口也有小黑板，標示現在的優惠活動上傳照片打卡，消費打九折，很簡單也很平凡的動作，所以還蠻划算的門口放著葉問練拳用的木樁，有看過電影的都會有感觸吧店內環境♥ 飄出依舊居酒屋的風格，跟新竹的草堂很像，但是座位明顯比較多可愛的粉紅色復古電話♥ 有趣的魁儡人偶♥ 酒櫃/飲料櫃♥ 琳瑯滿目的酒可以選擇，有啤酒/水果酒/清酒/沙瓦等菜單是照招式來排種類，一共有十招，等於有十種料理品項的意思哦 -- 開胃菜，店家會招待的毛豆 │第一招‧冷盤涼菜 │ 麻辣牛肚 80元 / 紅酒番茄 60元我還蠻不敢嘗試醃製的番茄，所以並沒有吃不過看起就很開胃的樣子跟望梅止渴的道理一樣唄:P 麻辣牛肚不會辣，但是非常麻，是屬於後勁很強的一道，請小心服用日式胡麻沙拉 60元很新鮮的生菜，搭配胡麻醬汁，非常清爽開胃 │第二招‧雞~串燒│ 醬烤雞腿排 120元是不是超級誘人!! 讓人口水直流的一道... 上頭的雞皮烤的微焦脆脆的，裡面的肉則是很嫩保有雞汁相當難以忘懷的味道蝴蝶雞肉串 80元師傅的功夫還不錯，烤起來不會乾巴巴的，還是保有雞肉嫩嫩的口感 │第三招‧牛~串燒│ 頂級鹽蔥牛肉片 160元切的薄薄的牛肉片，不會因為薄而失去口感跟甜甜的蔥微嗆的蔥包在一起吃增加口感而且不油不膩，很推薦這道哦 │第四招‧豬~串燒│ 黑毛豬纏玉 100元黑毛豬肉包著玉米筍下去串燒外頭是Q的，咬下去則是脆脆甜甜的口感這道我覺得也是必點哦!! 生菜梅花豬 90元生菜上頭是一大片的梅花豬肉，加上有點墨西哥莎莎醬的醬汁搭配很清爽，蠻適合當開胃菜的烤滷大腸 150元把滷過的大腸下去烤，吃起來反正是像炸過的口感外脆內Q的，會一口接一口，越吃越上癮唷 │第五招‧羊~串燒│ 夜問孜然羊肉 100元羊肉串燒目前只有這個選項而已孜然就是比較新疆風味的吃起來蠻夠味的，不會有羊肉的羶腥味哦 │第六招‧海鮮~燒烤│ 七股蚵男牡蠣 180元尖叫吧~~!! 老闆說這是當天採買的光看就很厲害，吃起來更是讚，超新鮮沒話說連一旁附的醬都不沾就很有味道啦新鮮的原味~一點都不腥耶好補好補:P 每個都超大顆的，一份還有七個，份量十足又便宜烤海味中卷 160元中卷看起來也是好有氣勢，吃起來QQ的，海味十足 │第七招‧蔬菜~燒烤│ 烤玉米筍 80元連皮烤的玉米筍，才可以把原汁鎖在裡面吃起來非常的甜，真的是純原味哦如果加奶油下去烤應該會更讚:P 烤香菇 80元好大一朵香菇呀~吃起來很甜很有水分烤糯米椒 80元這個我光看就不敢吃啦不過姊妹們都說很好吃，一口接一口就吃光了但是他們說味道有點鹹，應該是胡椒粉加太多了 │第八招‧炸物│ 炸鯛魚片 150元鯛魚片吃起來很鮮甜，搭配塔塔醬特別的搭調只是吃炸物很容易飽~ 炸時蔬 120元有四季豆、地瓜、香菇這三種炸起來都非常好吃，清脆甜 │第九招‧主食│ 墨西哥雞肉捲餅 120元很少在居酒屋還能看到這樣的料理耶墨西哥捲餅內包著番茄拌飯跟雞肉很有味道也富有口感真的會吃飽~~~XD 三兄弟烤飯糰 90元海苔包著烤飯糰加上美奶滋也是很特別的組合意外的搭調跟爽口呢鮭魚茶泡飯 120元好暖胃的一道，雖然已經很飽還是會一直想吃~! 第十招是湯品，因為天氣太熱就沒有點啦最後一定要乾一杯的生啤酒!真是太正點了水果酒也很好喝唷夜問永春的可愛老闆娘還幫我們拍了拍立得真是揪感心~! ◎我覺得這間店對料理很用心，而且價格在居酒屋界來說算是很平實的餐點種類多又不失水準老闆跟老闆娘都很可愛，也是會跟客人聊天的還蠻喜歡整間店的氣氛而且這邊交通還算方便，有機會再來捧場囉以上分享希望你們喜歡 ^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.214.50

農委會在昨(15)日晚間公布蘇力颱風農業災情報告，至7月15日16時止，全台農業產物及民間設施估計損失計9億7,655萬元。不難想見最近的菜價會有多高！

農委會指出，台灣自7月12日起受蘇力颱風強風豪雨影響，造成農業災情，經畜牧處、農糧署、漁業署、林務局彙整各縣市政府查報資料，至7月15日16時止，農業產物及民間設施估計損失計9億7,655萬元。

受損縣市依序為：苗栗縣、台中市、宜蘭縣、南投縣、新竹縣、桃園縣、雲林縣、新北市。
在農產損失上，估計損失金額8億9,228萬元，農作物被害面積14,411公頃，損害程度26％，換算無收穫面積3,694公頃。前五大受損農作物：梨、柿、香蕉、一期水稻、竹筍；畜禽損失：估計損失金額413萬元，主要是豬受損158頭、雞受損21千隻。漁產損失：估計損失金額223萬元，為宜蘭縣養殖魚塭受損面積4.6公頃。林產損失：估計損失金額83萬元。

民間設施方面，估計損失金額7,707萬元。農田流失埋沒，估計損失4,557萬元，主要為南投縣農田流失3.5公頃、埋沒32.2公頃及苗栗縣農田流失7.5公頃、埋沒11公頃。農業設施，估計損失金額2,887萬元。畜禽設施，估計損失金額264萬元。

因為遠距常見不到我對你，真的算是盡心盡力了一開始你不希望我一直吵你你說你下班的時候，想要一個人做些事，我也說好，不吵了現在你說，為什麼我到週末都要抓狂因為我找不到你每次都這樣，一不見就是三、四個小時，再來說，我現在要跟誰出去、現在哪，講沒兩句....又不見了我只是想要有個人可以抱、可以聽我說說話，或許，我們決定在一起太快了，所以在還不了解對方的情況下就在一起，然後又遠距，我才會常常沒有安全感你說，你跟前女友都不太會每天講電話，但因為我們是遠距，所以你覺得這是應該的，但也沒必要每天吧你說，你也想要做自己的事，你可以交代大概的行程，但是我太拘泥小節了，就算我知道你在哪裡、在幹嘛，我又能怎樣你說話，真的很傷人每次吵到最後都是我不對，因為我愛吵我愛鬧... 累了。不想吵了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.243.250.53

我在小的時候我非常喜歡吃瓜子不過吃法- - ㄜ就事先把瓜子咬開吃掉裡面的瓜子把殼給含在嘴裡等他沒味道在吐出來或是沒咬直接含進去如果沒瓜子我還會把少許的鹽拿來舔有啥方法可以幫我不一直去吃鹽

夫妻都在疑惑，一晚上多次性交好不好呢?性學專家告訴你重覆性交在醫學上的定義是指在一天內或一個晚上有兩次或兩次以上性生活。現代醫學認為，無論在什麼情況下，重覆性生活對夫妻雙方的健康都是不利的，它可能會造成以下這些危害：

一、體力消耗過大

據人民網報導，性生活是一項非常消耗體力的活動，進行一次就會消耗掉身體內的很多能量，如果重覆進行性生活，對男女雙方而言都會造成體力上較大的消耗。久而久之，必然會造成體質狀況的低下，甚至還可能會影響到精神狀態，連思維能力、記憶力、分析能力等都會每況愈下，這就得不償失了。

二、造成性功能衰退

由於性衝動的連續與重複發生，男女雙方都會加重性控制神經中樞與性器官的負擔，經常這樣就可能導致身體及性器官的疲乏和勞累。物極必反，這樣不僅不能得到充分的性滿足，反而還會引起性功能衰退，造成性功能的『未老先衰』。

三、埋下性功能障礙的隱患

男子經常重覆性生活，就會延長射精時間。因為第二次性生活的射精出現時間肯定要比第一次長，這就埋下了今後誘發陽痿、不射精、射精時間遲緩以及性生活無快感等性功能障礙的隱患。而且男子性生活後，都會有一個不應期，也即房事結束後有一段時間對性刺激不再產生反應。愈經常重複性生活，便愈會延長不應期，經常這樣就容易引起性功能衰退。

四、引發生理和心理疾病

男子經常重覆性生活，因性器官反複與持久性地充血，會誘發前列腺炎、精囊炎等疾患，不但會造成陰部的不適，腰酸背痛，還可能出現血精。而女子經常重覆性生活，性器官始終處於充血狀態，久而久之便會誘發盆腔充血，產生腰酸、下身沉重等不適感覺。

而且不論男女，在重覆性生活時，第二次或第三次、第四次的性生活，性滿足程度會一次比一次差，於是容易造成心理上的影響，認為自己性能力有問題，最終導致因心理與精神因素誘發的性功能障礙。一晚上多次性交會危害到夫妻雙方的身體健康，為了你的身體，要正確的選擇健康的性生活方式。才能更有利性生活的質量。
