轉基因食品是否對人體健康造成影響一直是眾所矚目地議題之一，儘管美國仍持續大量種植轉機因農作物。然而，根據最新一項研究證實，證明了若長期食用轉基因食品，恐有導致罹癌率提高的情形。

據每日經濟新聞報道，法國科學家塞拉利尼曾在2012年9月在《食品與化學毒理學》發表文章稱，使用轉基因玉米餵養的試驗鼠出現高致癌率。日前，塞拉利現身研討會就引起媒體的關注，媒體針對外界對小白鼠致癌試驗提出質疑。

塞拉利尼表示，轉基因試驗有個規定，即90天的哺乳動物試驗證明安全就可以進行食用。但是該研究團隊首次突破90天的試驗界線。塞拉利尼說，這是世界上第一個對轉基因食品長期的研究，且我們針對性地對腫瘤進行分析。

塞拉利尼說，在2年的時間內，我們做了200個小白鼠的實驗，其中50隻試驗鼠的器官都增大了，試驗不僅看出腎臟、肝臟方面的相關數據，還有對性激素的影響，這些影響也間接地導致了老鼠的死亡。

此外，試驗雄鼠在食用轉基因飼料1年後死亡，雌鼠8個月就死亡。因此，我們進一步觀察發現，差不多90%都是乳腺方面的腫瘤，還有一些其他方面的腫瘤。結論是，轉基因對肝、腎還有乳腺肯定會產生影響，是不安全的，我們要停止使用。

油性烤漆牆面的問題

想請問有使用過油性烤漆在牆面或電視牆面的大大，是否完成品會從側面看得出來兩片板材合在一起的線條?

我電視牆的裝潢是使用油性烤漆，完成後，正面看沒問題，但從側面卻看得出來有接縫的反光，但是摸起來是平滑的。

設計師說因為板材是120cm，不夠長，所以使用兩片板材拼起來，中間的縫在經過油漆烤漆後，側面看會看的出來有接縫的反光

請問這是油漆師傅的功力問題還是真的不可避免的狀況呢??

關於公路自行車的fitting

之前在不同的兩家店做過基礎fitting，（這裡就不說是那兩家店里，個人感覺每家都說的有道理）目的是想要確定自己需要多大的架子以幫忙確定車架尺寸。可鬱悶的事情來啦，兩家店給出了兩個截然不同的尺寸結果。車子看好的是Cannondale的supersix evo，一家建議是size54（水平上管545 頭管高140），另一家建議是size56（水平上管560 頭管高155），兩個尺寸的車架立管73.5和頭管73的角度都一樣。小弟身高182，跨高84 臂展180.身長64.請教各位你們會怎麼去選呢。

各位好趁著我剛面試回來分享給需要的大大們學歷:嘉義大學-二技經歷:機械工程師(3年) 以下本文(矽品精密-彰化廠) 發給我面試邀請的小姐簡稱A小姐另一位小姐簡稱B小姐 *********************************************************** 小弟我是應徵製程工程師(禮拜四早上投履歷) 寄來通知面試的卻是設備助工(禮拜四晚上收到面試邀請函) 所以我打電話過去詢問是面試什麼職位??? 不過A小姐不在位置上代接電話的是B小姐 B小姐跟我約好時間面試並說晚點會發面試該準備的資料給我但是等了一早上都沒消息我那時剛好是在輪中班擔心有些東西需要提前準備所以就再次撥給矽品這次就是A小姐接的了告知我一些需要的準備資料我也跟她確認時間上無誤在我要掛掉電話時以下為對話 A小姐:麻煩給我一下你的名字我:XXX A小姐:ㄟ,我沒有你的資料耶我:但是我有收到妳的面試邀請函 A小姐:不過我這邊真的沒看到耶!! 我心想,那B小姐到底是從哪裡看我的資料的........XD 我:好,我再重新應徵一次我看一下錶,5點多我:妳大概幾點下班?? A小姐:5點半,你可能要快一點唷,記得撥給我告知一下你應徵好了!! 我:冏......好,我快一點寄過了5分鐘~~~~~~ 我:小姐,我弄好了!! A小姐:好的,我看到了,我禮拜一會寄給你通知函我:OK!! *********************************************************** 時間到禮拜一下午咦,不是要寄通知函嗎?? 於是我又撥了一次電話這次又是B小姐接的告知前後原因後過一下子就收到通知函了!! *********************************************************** 時間到了今天面試進去就開始要求穿無塵衣寫基本資料然後一個一個輪流考試(性向+專業) 考完專業70分,好險沒考零分考的內容:摩擦輪+齒輪(模數&周節)+力學+圖學+氣液壓零件符號考完脫掉無塵衣等考英文這時有一位先生走進來(看起來像主管) 然後就跟人事聊天我隱約聽到一直在說我的名字我看他們也剛好在翻我的資料該不會要我先上去當砲灰吧?? 果然第一個就叫我去面試 *********************************************************** 進到裡面主管:你有認識的在裡面工作?? 我:是的主管:那福利應該就照他說得一樣了我:嗯主管:你上面沒寫待遇,你打算開多少?? 我:我怕我寫太高會有問題,乾脆就不寫了主管:沒關係,你就希望多少,你要十萬也可以了,只是公司給不給而已!! 我心想你都這樣說了,那我就亂開了,反正會再被砍我:35K 主管:嗯......(點點頭,繼續動筆主管:公司規定只能給22K,責任制,你能接受嗎?? 我:嗯,應該不行主管:那你給我一個你值得35K的理由!!! 我:OOXX........(講了一大堆主管:這樣還不夠........... 我:OOXX........(又講了一堆主管:嗯,能配合輪班嗎?? 我:可以!! 主管:下班不能7點走,能接受嗎??你把機台拆光光了,總該復原吧, 下一班的人又不知道怎樣裝回去??? 我:我自己之前在工作時會做紀錄,提供給別人知道我做了哪些動作主管:但是下一班的人是什麼都不懂的菜鳥,你怎辦?? 我:我會留下來做,較困難的部分由我來,較簡單的給菜鳥做主管:嗯,其實我這些問題是在考驗你,我希望來的是能夠幫助公司且有上進心的人我只是藉由這些問題來知道我想知道的答案,但是這個答案沒有一定的標準! (意思是我答非所問嗎??........ORZ) 然後面試就結束了!! *********************************************************** 接下來考的是英文分數16分!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(我猜沒人能比我低了!!) 我只能說可能小學生都比我強真的太久沒去碰臨時抱佛腳也沒派上用場.....冏然後人資就叫我可以先離開了!!! *********************************************************** 結論: 1.英文考得太爛 2.主管面試時應答不得體應該是不錄取了!!! 演員徐若瑄、關穎、九孔及監製邱瓈寬（寬姐）、導演朱家麟昨（17）日上《康熙來了》宣傳電影《瑪德2號》。徐若瑄被追問「婚事」，稱真命天子還沒出現；寬姐兒子Don Don首度客串演出，吐露小男孩心聲，表示曾要求媽媽戒菸，「她說好，但隔一天還是有抽！」意外爆料引來現場陣陣驚呼！

關穎剛晉升幸福人妻，壓根沒想到自己人生會結婚，一旁的徐若瑄接連被追問何時報喜訊，不擔心成為「敗犬」，坦承尚未遇到想嫁的人，「一輩子在一起的事情，要能夠對他產生不離不棄的感情，完全包容他的缺點。」即使另一半是「不婚族」也行，「看對方想法，重點是心靈能依靠。」

聽聞該劇女主角是徐若瑄後，九孔火速接下該片邀約，忍不住抱怨：「拍到第5天也沒看到她。」某天凌晨1點他接到導演朱家麟電話說：「在拍男主角黃曉明了，你過來！」不料他趕赴片場，卻只為了一個從黃曉明身後跑過的鏡頭，最慘的是後製全被剪光光，讓他氣得作勢猛掐導演。

法拉唔同 TVB續約，查實佢一早部署向影圈進發。

早排法拉接拍改篇自李碧華同名小說《奇幻夜》其中一個單元〈枕妖〉，套戲 8月 8號上畫，但日前已有預告片流出。片段長約分半鐘，法拉佔了起碼三分一時間。不過最搶鏡並唔係法拉一開始對住塊鏡甩頭髮，亦都唔係赤膊沖涼，而係同林家棟面貼面嘅肉搏床戲！雖然得 1秒咁大把，但法拉出道多年都未試過咁激，難怪 TVB同林家棟都唔畀電影公司發呢輯相。話晒要跳入大銀幕，又冇家庭負擔，法拉應該有排搏！

法拉淋花灑，不過得個膊頭，好吊癮囉！

預告一開始就見到法拉不斷甩頭髮，加埋個黑眼圈妝，女神即變女鬼！

全裸家棟

劇情講陳法拉殺咗林家棟，仲將佢全裸封喺膠袋入面，勁變態！

這款小遊戲深得小編的喜愛以及愛不釋手，其實遊戲的概念很像憤怒鳥的玩法，但是透過立體精緻的畫面去呈現並加入了環保的元素在遊戲裡面，整體給人的感覺就非常的舒服

整個遊戲的主角是燈泡～很妙！

選關的畫面也做的非常精緻呀

遊戲的教學是繁中看了就很開心

選擇發射的角度以及力道去消滅所有的綠色怪物

比較高的怪物就要靠拋物線的原理才能攻擊到了

消滅敵人之後就會開始評分了

很多的關卡敵人比較多的時候，就要靠先攻擊其他的物品待物品掉落後去攻擊其他的怪物的方式才能獲得高分了
