2013年亞洲男籃錦標賽中華隊12人正選名單15日正式出爐！

事實上，原本名單早在12日提交國際籃總（FIBA），但因籃協、中華隊總教練許晉哲考量當時威廉瓊斯盃仍在進行中，擔心影響士氣，延後至今天公布。

入選的有後衛李學林、洪志善、陳世杰，前鋒林志傑、楊敬敏、蔡文誠、呂政儒、簡浩、周柏臣、田壘，中鋒曾文鼎、戴維斯（Quincy Davis）。

17人名單中，被踢掉的球員有葛記豪、李德威、林郅為，以及受傷的陳順詳、「台灣噴射機」張宗憲。

中華隊總教練為許晉哲，助理教練為許智超、麥班達。 (接下一頁)

目前刪除的文章或是分享的文章都不能復原的哦.

除非是把自己的文章在動態上隱藏那才能復原哦.

Ｑ：如何防止帳號密碼被盜用？

Ａ：先登入自己的fb看到螢幕右上有1個齒輪
點1下，然後按帳號設定 → 一般→ 點第4排的編輯 ( 密碼編輯 )

之後就 OK 了哦 :)

婆婆媽媽們，最近上市場買菜可能要有心理準備！蘇力颱風肆虐，農委會今(14)日指出，前五大受損農作物包括一期水稻、香蕉、梨、番石榴、竹筍。

農委會公布農業災情報告指出，台灣地區自7月12日起受蘇力颱風強風豪雨影響，造成農業災情，經畜牧處、農糧署、林務局彙整各縣市政府查報資料，至14日11時止，全台農業產物及民間設施估計損失計2億7,489萬元。

在農產損失方面，估計損失金額2億5,872萬元，農作物被害面積5,521公頃，損害程度23％，換算無收穫面積1,267公頃。前五大受損農作物包括一期水稻、香蕉、梨、番石榴、竹筍。畜禽損失：估計損失金額30萬元。林產損失：估計損失金額30萬元。民間設施：估計損失金額1,557萬元。農田流失埋沒：估計損失1,010萬元。農業設施：估計損失金額516萬元。畜禽設施：估計損失金額31萬元。

【2013第15屆台北電影節】－《仨小確幸》 普遍級 導演：下手大輔 2012|日本|DCP|Color|85分 2012 東京影展 劇情介紹 三個看似不會相碰在的人，三段人生，原本的平行線，意外有了交集。 女主角辭演發愁的舞台劇導演阿豪、離開麵包店的可蘿、與女友吵架的帥哥攝影師英斗。 三人不可思議地在廢棄民宿展開同棲生活，彷彿生命中難得的長假。 阿豪以可蘿為繆思撰寫新劇本，可蘿也重拾失落的烘焙夢......。 時光推移，三人間微妙的平衡不斷拆解重組，最後交集的三條線，看似回到正軌， 其實有很細微的改變默默產生。 主要演員列表 城戶愛莉、齊藤優、中泉英雄 觀影心得 這部電影算是小品的故事，導演最主要還是希望可以表現出「小確幸」的概念， 會後與導演討論時，請問了導演關於最後一幕，女主角對著觀眾笑的意涵是什麼？ 導演說，他想了很久，最後認為以這樣的畫面做為結尾， 最能代表女主角是幸福的！ 這部作品其實本來僅是導演想要把自己喜歡的導演所曾用過的手法與拍攝技巧都試著 拍攝一次，後來呈現出來的作品。 很喜歡這樣的小品電影，裡頭沒有什麼很深的意涵，僅是想要傳達簡單明瞭的概感給 觀眾，而且整部電影的色調很溫和，而且海邊的景色相當棒，電影的背景聲不時傳來 海浪拍打的聲音！ 是一部會讓人放鬆，看到最後會心一笑的作品！ 映後Q&A (七月二日場次) 主持人：今天是這次競賽片當中，陣容來的最完整的一群， 謝謝他們。那麼先請各位跟大家打個招呼，介紹一下自己。 下手大輔(導演)：大家好我是導演下手大輔，很高興大家今天來看這部片。 我非常崇拜楊德昌導演，他也成為我拍這部片其中一個動機， 所以這部片能在台灣放映，我真的覺得很榮幸也很開心。 大日方教史(製片)：大家好，我是製片大日方，今天非常謝謝大家來看這部電影。 城戶愛莉：大家好（台語，全場鼓掌），我是城戶愛莉，今天能夠在這麼大的場地放映， 然後大家在下雨天還趕來看這部片，我覺得非常開心也很榮幸，謝謝大家來看。 齊藤優：大家好（台語，笑），我是飾演得英斗的齊藤優，謝謝大家看到最後。 中泉英雄：我也來說「大家好（台語）」（全場笑）。 Q1（主持人）：片中的三位主角從不認識到擁有微妙的默契，可否分享一下導演是如何創 作出這樣的故事，以及三位演員如何培養默契？ A1 導演：這個劇本最大的主題是精神上的自由，而精神上的自由最好是用孤獨來詮釋， 片中三個主演一開始都是很孤獨的，所以藉由他們的相遇產生的化學作用，演變成很奇 妙的關係，然後才發現全新的自己。 在片子雖然最後又各自回到孤獨一個人的關係，但是這之中已經產生不一樣的變化。 城戶愛莉：在導演的指導方面，導演一開始就讓我們看很多法國新浪潮的電影，我看的是 路易馬盧(Louis Malle)導演的《地下鐵的莎姬》(Zazie Dans Le Metro)。 齊藤優：導演也有給我DVD，是芬蘭導演阿基郭利斯馬基(Aki Olavi Kaurismaki)的《愛 是生死相許》(Jula,1999)，導演也要求我用這部片做功課。 中泉英雄：第一次看劇本的時候，不太清楚導演想說什麼（笑），但是看了導演要我看的 兩部電影後，再經過中間跟其他演員的磨合，才知道「噢原來是這樣的感覺」。 Q2（觀眾）：因為導演喜歡楊徳昌，他常常能夠在平庸的角色中產生很大的力量，所以想 請問導演如何在劇本上練習或運用這點？ A2（導演）：關於這個部份，我在讓飾演英斗的齊藤優跟片中女友娜娜做功課時，給他們 看的DVD是《獨立時代》跟《麻將》，畢竟楊德昌在九零年代可以說是最頂尖的導演，他 的劇本結構非常縝密，雖然都是平淡的小人物，但幾乎是滴水不漏的編織整個劇情，而我 最欣賞他的是，電影最後無論是不是主演，每個角色都會賦予其一個完整的結尾，所以我 在寫的時候也有注意，一定要讓這三個角色有一個完整的結局，尤其是英斗跟女朋友最後 打開門見到面的那場戲，其實就是參考《獨立時代》主角最後在電梯門打開，他父親問說 「要不要去喝個咖啡？」那一幕戲。 Q3（觀眾）：這部片讓我感受到村上春樹的孤獨感， 請問導演是否也有受到村上春樹的影響？ A3（導演）：我受到村上影響最深的，是他的第一部作品《聽風的歌》。 Q4（主持人）：請問你們是怎麼找到這麼風光明媚的拍攝場地，還有那棟破舊的旅館？ A4（導演）：其實是製片大日方教史先生，他其實在日本跟很多大導演合作過，經過其他 導演推薦才找到位於關東伊豆這個地方。另外在伊豆大島很奇特的是，那裡海邊的沙灘是 黑色的，在日本很少有這樣的情形，所以這部片的英文名字「Kuro」，除了是女主角在片 中的名字可蘿之外，也代表著海邊沙子是黑色的，強調是在那個地方發生的故事。 Q5（觀眾）：之前提到說因為楊德昌的影響，片中角色都會有明確結局，但片中後來出現 的第四個人呢？雖然她不是主角，但想請問導演為何安排這樣一個沒有明確結局的角色？ A5（導演）：最大的原因其實是，電影進行到那裡之後，片中三位主角其實已經發展出很 友好的關係，那麼這時我需要另一個客觀的第三人、第四者，比如是在跳舞或是假裝打網 球的時候，去表現、製造事件，來讓大家看出來他們三人感情已經變得很好。另一個理由 就是，我在電影裡的視角，其實是跟故事中的世界拉得很遠，是站在很邊緣的角度去觀察 電影裡所有事物，在這麼遠的距離之下，我需要一個人來扮演這個視角，那隻眼睛，來詮 釋電影裡發生的事。 Q6（觀眾）：片中的經紀人後來開始寫劇本，變得像編劇一樣；然後本來就有英斗這個攝 影師的角色；女主角也從原本麵包店店員，後來想嘗試做女演員，想請問導演這樣安排角 色的變化，有沒有什麼特殊意涵？ A6（導演）：攝影師的部分是來自於我自身的經驗，我之前曾在做過時尚攝影師；讓角色 變成編劇則是因為我在寫劇本的時候碰到很多難關，所以想讓角色當我的代言人。最後女 演員的部分，我自己是沒有想過要當女演員啦（笑），但是女主角、演員是電影很重要的 元素，也是最能引起大家興趣的地方。 Q7（觀眾）：兩男一女跟兩女一男的元素很常在電影中出現，而其中的情緒經常也很微妙 ，像片中有兩個晚上，其中一兩個主角，都有提著燈到海灘尋找另一人，但是卻找不到的 情形，這是否象徵情慾上的得不到，或者是某種追尋呢？ A7（導演）：今天跟台灣的觀眾一起看片，發現台灣觀眾的反應都很直接，看到幽默的地 方就會直接笑出來，但是在日本放映的時候，日本觀眾完全不會有任何反應跟聲音。而日 本男性原本在情感的表達上就比較隱晦、曖昧，雖然我不是這樣（笑），所以如果你在我 的片中感受到這樣的東西，或許代表我這部電影反映了一些日本男性的現實。 Q8（主持人）：可以看到片中有很多好玩的遊戲，請問這都是導演原本的安排嗎？還是其 實也有三位演員即興發揮的部分？ A8 城戶愛莉：有一些是按劇本的，但更多是在現場玩得太開心，然後發展出來的。 齊藤優：有些是原本的設定，但很多情形是在彩排玩起來的時候，導演說這樣很有趣，那 正式來的時候我們也試試這樣吧。 （以上內容轉載自台北電影節官方部落格） Fin. -- 我撞著．彩色墮落 dream and then ? http://mayday0917.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.185.47

第2季億元以上商用不動產交易規模約208.5億元，較首季減少近3成。業者分析，主要與市場大戶壽險尚未「進場參戰」有關。整體來說，第2季商辦主要由資金雄厚的建商撐場，投資金額約86.2億元，占比約41.3%。

根據商仲統計，第2季億元以上商用不動產交易規模約208.5億元，較首季減少近3成，為近5年第2季新低。業者分析，主要與市場大戶壽險尚未「進場參戰」有關。整體來說，第2季商辦主要由資金雄厚的建商撐場，投資金額約86.2億元，占比約41.3%。

根據永慶資產管理統計，第2季商辦投資金額約208.5億元，較上季293.3億元、減少28.9%。進一步分析投資資產類型與投資人，則以商用不動產投資金額最高，而資金雄厚的建設公司趁勢崛起，晉升為本季大買家，投資總金額約86.2億元、占比41.3%，其次為科技業投資41億元、占比為19.7%。

永慶資產管理協理黃增福表示，商場已連續2季成為商用不動產投資金額最高的資產類型，累計上半年投資金額共152.5億元，在商用部分成交案例包括「新光敦南大樓誠品商場」、「愛買台中復興店」、「台中大墩資訊廣場」、「家樂福台中豐原店」等；至於飯店旅館則有「台南統一國際大酒店」、「高雄白金漢飯店」和內湖區的「富信大飯店」。

黃增福同時指出，今(2013)年上半年台北市辦公室無論是買賣或租賃市場，價量均呈趨緩走勢，不過在中小企業新設立辦公家數增加帶動下，讓不少市區閒置老舊辦公大樓得以活化再利用、增加使用用途，部分也改建成旅館或醫美診所，加速辦公室閒置空間的去化速度。

在陸客自由行與兩岸簽署服務貿易協議等效應驅使下，黃增福預估，下半年商用不動產，可望受惠於充沛的市場資金與低利環境持續成長，除了看好觀光飯店、旅館外，也相對看好置產與自用需求。

另外，在壽險業轉攻政府BOT案、地上權產品策略下，下半年指標案「信義計劃區A25招商」，壽險資金進場奪標機率大增。

黃增福強調，兩岸服務貿易協議簽訂完成、加上第3波陸客自由行啟動與第4波陸資開放也即將再擴大投資項目、鬆綁陸資持股等，未來兩岸金流、人流將更加密切，而陸資引進的商務類之辦公需求、以及陸客帶來的服務類之住宿、消費需求，將吸引國內外更多資金投入商用不動產市場。

想請問一下，各位大大 組成讀書會用哪些方法比較好？ 1. Google雲端硬碟 用途：資料提供整合 優點：可以快速編輯，以及告知成員新消息 word、excel等文件即時瀏覽編輯 缺點：無法看出修訂版本，檔案內容可能被刪除 無法排版(outline模式) 2. FTP 用途：上傳資料 優點：可限定上傳功能，不用擔心已上傳檔案版本被刪除 缺點：使用者意願可能較低 無法即時提供訊息給成員 3. 陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘在退伍前2天慘遭禁閉虐死案，法醫今(15)日進行解剖，由刑事局法醫室前主任石台平操刀解剖驗屍，台中高等檢察署前法醫高大成全程觀看，以釐清是否遭不當管教凌虐致死。高大成指出，「洪仲丘是熱衰竭致死，死前沒有遭到毆打。」

為了釐清洪仲丘生前是否遭不當管教凌虐致死，洪仲丘遺體15日上午在台中殯儀館進行解剖，由法醫石台平復驗，家屬也請來法醫高大成全程觀看。

解剖驗屍完成後，高大成接受媒體訪問指出，「洪仲丘是熱衰竭致死，死前沒有遭到毆打。」三軍總醫院診斷認為洪仲丘是DIC(血管內瀰漫性凝血反應)症狀。高大成表示，有可能是經過激烈運動後，體溫飆升至45度以上，造成肌蛋白溶解、壞掉的蛋白卡在腎臟引起急性腎衰竭，導致昏迷後死亡。

不過對於更詳細的細節，他用台語表示，「別人怎麼樣，我也不好意思說。」
