大陸國台辦主任張志軍將造訪台灣，並安排拜會高雄市長陳菊。南台灣觀光產業聯盟總召集人林富男今天呼籲，南部民眾應以和善、熱情及包容對待張志軍，期待陸資多到南台灣投資，好活絡經濟。

林富男指出，大陸觀光客近幾年大舉來台旅遊，創造可觀的商機。包括自由行、團體陸客，最近平均每天仍有8、9千人赴台觀光，帶來經濟活水。

「去年高雄市長陳菊出訪大陸多個城市，張志軍到天津會晤，」林富男說，這次張志軍要來高雄，民眾應展現友善、熱誠及包容。

至於台聯等深綠人士揚言「如影隨形」，林富男說，這是正常的，就像一個家庭，大兒子想住透天，二兒子希望住大樓，三兒子想買地，都各有主張。

故宮赴日展海報風波事件，東京國立博物館已於今天清晨完成清除違約海報及看板，「神品至寶展」將在明天如期開展。

據《自由時報》報導，我方大動作抗議後，日方展現誠意修正，並回收相同漏印「國立」兩字的預售票券。內部可靠消息指稱，現故宮院長馮明珠已啟程赴機場，準備參加今天下午2時舉行的開幕記者會，「神品至寶展」將在明天如期開展。

據《TVBS》報導，現故宮院長馮明珠今天上午在松山機場表示，7:10已在日本正式開箱，外交部駐東京同仁已逐站確認JR全線各站的故宮海報，確定都加上「國立」後才確定展出，將搭9時華航班機前往日本參加開幕典禮。（方翊倩、陳亮諭／綜合報導）

故宮國寶赴日展出，日方違約將部分文宣去掉故宮「國立」兩字，馬英九總統除要求東京國立博物館全面修正，否則不惜撤展外，總統夫人也拒絕赴日出席相關活動。目前得知考量「維護國格不能冒險」，「赴日成行的機會已不高」。而日方在我方提出抗議後，目前已著手拆除更新，至於故宮院長馮明珠是否會前往日本，她則表示「確有感受」日方誠意，但得待完全更換後再做決定。

截至22日中午為止，雙方交涉達成的協議，其中在23日清晨5時之前，東京都及周邊縣市的66個重要車站，對於先前已公布但上頭沒「國立」字樣的海報，將用張貼的方式補上「國立」兩字，由代表處派員「查驗」，然後做出是否撤展或照常展覽的最後決定。

另外針對未正確明載全銜的「國立故宮博物院」之預售票劵，尚未售出的部分由東博全數銷毀，已售出者全面回收；東博並表示，未印有國立二字的預售票券將無法入場參觀。

故宮表示，由於截至目前為止，東京國立博物館仍未能完成所有錯誤更正，且明日凌晨能否如期完工仍具不確定性，因此，總統夫人周美青女士將暫緩其赴日之行程，今日不會出席「神品至寶展」開幕茶會。至於國立故宮博物院馮明珠院長是否能順利成行，端看JR線能否在凌晨完全依進度更新完畢。

黨政人士指出，許多未加「國立」的文宣品與門票早已流出，日方就算全力更新，也無法回收，周美青是以第一夫人身分赴日，代表中華民國，如果這些未加「國立」的文宣品，在周美青的參訪場合出現，不僅難堪，還可能讓綠營藉此大肆批評馬政府有損國格，因此「無法冒險」。
