車輪內胎當浮具 釣客重心不穩溺斃

苗栗上午6點多，發生一起釣客溺斃意外，巫姓男子和朋友，到鯉魚潭水庫釣魚，男子想到對岸去，將大卡車車輪內胎充氣，綁上塑膠繩，當作小船，沒想到因為重心不穩，翻覆溺斃。
充飽氣的黑色輪胎，中間還綁上塑膠繩當支撐，就是40歲巫姓男子自己製作的浮具，他坐在上面，要划到30公尺的對岸去釣魚，疑似因為重心不穩翻覆落水，朋友跳下水，卻來不及救人，救難人員趕到下水打撈，3個多小時後，將男子救起，已經沒有生命跡象。

首例 酒精代謝率推算酒測值

台北市一名洪姓男子6月29日上午被警方查獲酒駕並且拒絕酒測，事隔十小時之後，警方將他帶到醫院強制抽血檢測後，但都過了那麼久，血液中的酒精濃度早已被代謝，換算成呼氣值僅0.05，但警方仍依醫院提供的人體酒精代謝率推算，認定洪男清晨五點開車時酒精濃度超標，將他移送法辦，成全國首例。
酒駕大執法警政署曾推算一個70公斤民眾，喝三瓶罐裝啤酒就會超標0.15，但北市一名洪姓男子遭警方查獲時，供稱喝下一罐半的啤酒，就酒氣沖天。這名洪姓男子上個月29號清晨六點，被民眾報案說睡在小貨車裡面，警方到場後聞到濃濃酒味，認為他有酒駕，但拒測拖到下午五點，將他帶往醫院強制抽血換算成呼氣值僅0.05沒超標。
為了等檢方的抽血檢驗單和調閱監視器，洪姓男子過了10小時才抽血檢驗，警方依據醫院提供的人體酒精代謝率推算，檢驗血液濃度+(人體平均代謝值)X拖延幾小時=酒駕當時血液酒精濃度，洪姓男子下午五點血液濃度是10 mg/dl，套進公式中10+(10~40)X10小時，當時酒駕血液濃度就是110~250 mg/dl中間，再換算成呼氣值，就是0.55~1.25確認超標。
只是不管如何，這名男子當時只要拒測，依照最新的酒駕執法，本來就會被移送法院，而警方根據醫院人體酒精代謝率推算是全國首例，移送後是否起訴還得看檢察官是否同意這種「推算」方式。

台股狹幅整理 收跌20點

（中央社台北2日電）台北股市今天狹幅整理，收盤下跌20.14點，為8015.86點，跌幅0.25%，成交金額新台幣732.93億元。
加權指數今天開盤為8061.84點，盤中最高8064.12點，最低8012.79點；不含金融股指數6776.93點，下跌13.37點。
八大類股漲跌幅為：泥窯股跌1.9%、食品股跌0.6%、塑化股跌0.8%、紡織股漲0.2%、機電股持平、造紙股跌0.3%、營建股跌0.6%、金融股跌0.6%。
委買張數894萬3797張，委賣張數748萬8860張，成交張數354萬339張。
收盤時上漲1875家，下跌2759家，持平580家。
成交量前10名個股為聯電、彩晶、友達、群創、仁寶、錸德、台積電、金寶、開發金、富邦金。
漲幅前10名個股為南電、錸德、皇普、怡華、本盟、智寶、星通、威盛、杜康、晟鈦。
跌幅前10名個股為金衛、銘旺科、新傳媒、大眾控、宏達電、美德醫、鈞寶、欣欣、長華、巨庭。1020702

馬爾濟斯耳朵發炎

我男友家嘟嘟因為有偷吃到貓咪飼料
長期吃到 到後期才發現
導致耳朵發炎 要戴罩子才不會抓流血
可是已經戴了兩年多了
都去中園寵物家族看 也有吃藥飼料
可是到目前為止都沒有明顯改善 可以推薦 比較好的獸議院嗎
或是可以改善耳朵發炎的藥物
請求幫忙推薦 謝謝

經濟部啟動「企業併購法」十年大翻修工程，新法將放寬公司分割及股份轉換對價方式，不僅限發行新股，還可採現金、股份與其他財產支付。此舉將有助企業財務操作更加靈活、有助活絡國內併購市場。行政院政務委員薛琦本周四（4日）將召開企併法審查會，盼修正案在近期底定，趕在立法院新一會期完成三讀。
企業併購法自2002年上路以來，在2004年時曾「小改版」，但仍遭外界批評趕不上經濟變化與企業需求。近期經濟部重啟企併法翻修工程，全案修正幅度超過二分之一。
根據了解，新舊版企併法最大差異是，新版企併法將回應近年外界期待，包括簡化併購程序、增加併購彈性、准許併購對價選擇多元化與保障投資人權益等，可說是「興利」與「除弊」並舉。
舉例來說，新企併法將放寬公司分割及股份轉換支付對價方式，准以股份、現金或其他財產支付，不再限於發行新股，此舉將有助企業財務彈性運用，增加選擇性。
業內人士分析，對於企業來說，進行併購時，有些偏好以現金方式進行，避免發行新股稀釋股權；有些則因現金出資壓力大，偏好以股換股等，新企併法放寬出資方式之後，將有助企業財務操作更靈活，提高併購意願。
此外，新企併法也將同意符合一定條件的併購案，可簡化或省略股東會召開程序，提升併購效率。
例如，凡母公司持有子公司股權超過九成，母、子公司不論是採行合併、分割或股權轉換時，均可不須召開股東會，通過董事會決議即可。
經濟部昨（1）日也說，企併法翻修，有助改善我國經商環境、提升外來投資意願，也能建構優質企業併購法制，鼓勵併購。
據經濟部統計，自2002年起至2013年5月，國內企業併購件數達1,971件，其中採合併者1,569件、收購46件、股份轉換73件、分割283件，併購金額達9,017億元，企業龐大併購需求可見一斑。

8旬翁趴地亡 手腳疑被高溫日曬燙傷起水泡

【王智勇／台南報導】東山區82歲獨居陳姓老翁今下午3時被居家照護員發現趴在屋外空地，經報案，警消到場時陳已死亡，發現他的手腳都有紅腫、起水泡情況，懷疑是因高溫日曬燙傷。警消初步調查，陳翁行動不便，下午疑是以一張塑膠椅當撫助，要收曬在外面的衣服，卻不慎跌倒，但真正死因待查。

 北京計程車執行新價格 未調改計價器不得上路

北京市交通委運輸局表示，從1日開始，未調改計價器、使用新發票的出租汽車一律不得上路營運。
根據北京晨報報導，本市從6月10日起開始執行計程車調整後的新租價標準，也就是『起步價13元(以人民幣計價，以下同)、每公里2.3元』，由於計程車計價器調改工作需要有一個過程，因此從6月10日至6月30日，是出租汽車新舊價格並行階段。也就是說，已調整計價器並更換價標的出租汽車按新價格標準執行，未調整計價器或未更換價標的按現行價格標準執行。從今(1)天開始，北京市出租汽車全部執行新價格，並全部使用新發票。
據市交通委運輸局出租處介紹，全市6.66萬輛計程車的計價器調改工作，在6月20日就基本完成，為了防止個別司機耽擱了計價器調改，計價器廠家還特別在杏石口路設場地，為司機『補漏』。如果今天起還有乘客在乘坐計程車的過程中，發現司機仍然出示的是舊發票，那有可能就是『克隆』計程車。乘客可撥打市交通委舉報投訴熱線96123，反映情況，工作人員將及時妥善處理。
可能有乘客問，如何分辨新舊發票？據記者觀察，新舊發票的票面外觀基本一樣，但以前的機打發票上只能顯示計程車費，燃油附加費和電召費發票是另外出示的。
此次新租價實施後的新發票，要將租車費、燃油附加費和電召費統一到一張發票上，將計程車費和燃油附加費在計價器裏統一設定，如果是電召訂單，出租汽車駕駛員要預先按下電召按鈕。因此乘客拿到手的發票會顯示三項內容，除了計程車費，還新增了燃油附加費、預約叫車服務費兩項。
此外，新發票還增加了為合乘乘客分別提供發票的功能，實現了多票分打，按照合乘里程收費標準60%收費，最多可為同時合乘的四位乘客分別提供發票。
