【綜合報導】繼歐盟傳出遭美國國安局監聽後，英國衛報又披露，根據史諾登流出的國安局檔案中顯示，國安局監聽位於華盛頓和紐約共38個國家的大使館，包括日本、南韓、法國和印度等。

檔案中還詳細記錄針對不同目標，各有不同的竊聽方法，國安局監聽歐盟，已經引發歐盟不滿，要求美方提出說明，現在又爆出其他國家也成受害者，恐掀起更激烈的反美潮。

【綜合報導】海拔3776公尺高的富士山，被聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）列為世界文化遺產後，7月1日首度開放登山，預約登山人數，已經排滿到8月。

根據日本「讀賣新聞」報導，富士山提供休息的小屋「御來光館」從4月起就開始有人預約，8月中旬前都已預約滿額，位於吉田登山路線的小屋「太子館」，從7月12日到8月底也都已經預約滿額，往年都是7月還有登山客可預約，但今年6月中旬就被訂光了，員工表示富士山列為世遺後，登山客明顯增多，呼籲首次登山的客人，要做好防雨和防寒準備，查清登山路線，做好萬全的準備。想攻頂的話，從靜岡縣可由御殿場、須走這兩處入山口進入，從山梨縣則可從吉田入山。

Sony Mobile Communications在Mobile Asia Expo上海亞洲移動通信博覽會期間，發表旗下最新一代智慧型手錶Sony SmartWatch 2。和前一代相較，SmartWatch 2多了NFC近距離通訊、IP57防塵防水等級，以及更完整的獨立電子錶功能。

穿戴式智慧設備儼然已成為未來科技業的一大發展方向，Google、Apple、Samsung等公司都已經推出或傳出相關的穿戴式智慧產品。Sony SmartWatch 2並非內建行動作業系統在其中，而是採取與Android系統連線使用的方式，算是Android系統的第二螢幕、電話遙控器及電子錶的綜合體。

使用者在Android設備內安裝各式各樣的SmartWatch相容應用程式，透過藍牙連線同步，手錶上即可立即擁有該功能。例如變換錶面時鐘樣式、閱讀email或社群訊息、當成計步器、遙控手機拍照、監看相機鏡頭等。目前有超過200款的Sony SmartWatch專屬應用程式可安裝，有的需要付費、有的是免費，未來視開發者創意，隨時有可能出現新功能。

新一代SmartWatch 2具備IP57防塵防水等級、NFC近距離通訊技術、使用標準microUSB充電線，為了在陽光下可以更容易閱讀，螢幕從OLED改為LCD，採用1.6吋觸控式彩色螢幕，解析度220x176像素，標準24mm寬度錶帶可自行更換，電池續航力約3-4天。

SmartWatch的一個優點是不需要將行動設備拿出來，就可以即時獲知訊息，Sony在移動通信博覽會中同時也發布了6.4吋超大螢幕防水手機Xperia Z Ultra、藍牙防水耳機SBH52，看起來是設計成和SmartWatch 2搭配，成為一套大螢幕設備的使用情境解決方案。

Sony SmartWatch 2 SW2預計在2013年9月起於全球上市。

一個不同於一般人想像的那種惡行惡狀的綁票，卻因此呈現出那種在人類社會中相對落後無奈，卻也有另一種生存方式的故事。無論是從許多小人物的刻畫到劇情的高潮起伏，還有許多民俗文化生活的幫襯，都可以預見到一部很好看又不失深度的文學改編電影。可以考慮兩岸電影工作者合力來完成這部電影，必有不壞的票房。

【大紀元2013年06月30日訊】（大紀元記者方涵綜合報導）6月29日銀監會主席尚福林在大陸銀行業剛閙過錢荒后表示，將引入民間資本進入原來一直被中共視爲禁臠的銀行業。

此前，中國金融業剛剛經歷了一場錢荒。但是，在巨大的壓力下，中央銀行表示定向放水給一些聽話的大銀行，李克強敲打金融業的行動早早收場。

中國的銀行業一直暴利

6月29日從原證監會主席位置上轉任銀監會主席的尚福林在陸家嘴論壇上表示，在社會強烈呼喚的民營資本進入銀行業方面，將允許嚐試由民間資本發起設立自擔風險的民營銀行、金融租賃公司和消費金融公司。同時，鼓勵民間資本投資入股和參與金融機構重組改造；允許發展成熟、經營穩健的村鎮銀行，在最低股比要求內，調整主發起行與其他股東資本比例。

中國銀行業被稱爲中國20大暴利行業之首。2012年中國國有企業實現的縂利潤為2.2万億，中國銀行業2012年實現淨利潤1.2萬億，佔所有國企利潤的6成左右。

2012年中國近2400傢上市公司實現利潤1.95万億，比2011年略有下降；但滬深股市中14傢上市銀行的利潤就有1.02万億，佔52%以上。

此前，剛剛經歷過一場「錢荒」的中國金融，在中央銀行表示定向放水給一些聽話的大銀行後，李克強敲打金融業的行動早早收場。（網路圖片）

香港天大研究院特約研究員、財經評論員張敬偉分析中國銀行業的利潤來源主要為存貸款利差、各種收費項目和佣金收入和資產類業務。他把這三項業務形象的比喻為「高利貸、亂收費和拉皮條」。中國銀行業近70%的收入來源是特權保證的存貸款利差收入。

据銀行業内部人士披露，由於中國百姓投資渠道狹窄，無奈只能把錢存銀行。銀行體系內的70萬億元存款，以負利率的方式為銀行業貢獻了超額利潤。有研究表明，過去3年間，因利息剪刀差從儲戶手中實現的利益輸送，相當於目前社保基金的總額。

錢不入中國實體經濟貸款空轉

面對由中共紅色權貴把持金融業攫取畸高利潤，並導致中國經濟「空心化」的局面，李克強試圖用一場錢荒提醒銀行業把資金投入中國實體經濟。

2013年6月21日，由於中央銀行一直捂緊錢袋子，從6月初開始在中國銀行業間蔓延的錢荒達到了高峰，30天到期的上海同業拆借利率飆升到9.698%，是2007年8月美國次貸危機爆發后，國際銀行間30天最高借款利率的1.76倍。

6月8日在中國銀行業錢荒出現之際，李克強表示：「要通過激活貨幣信貸存量支持實體經濟發展。」6月19日李克強再次提出要優化金融資源配置，「用好增量、盤活存量」。

4月17日農業銀行首席經濟學家向松祚表示：「貨幣信用自身內部循環、自我『空轉』的數量正越來越大，速度正越來越快。」房地產是這些空轉資金的主要流向之一。

2013年一季度，中國房地產開發投資1.31萬億元，同比增長20%，而住房貸款新增了9,700億元，高出去年同期4,700億元之多。2013年初新國五條出台後，主要城市房價不僅沒有滯漲，反而走出普漲行情，顯示出社會資金撲向地產業套利的行為。在長三角、珠三角地區原有的傳統製造業中，幾乎找不出不涉及房地產和資本市場投資的企業。尚福林承認，目前中國投向房地產領域的貸款總額有13万億人民幣。

許多人反對服貿協議是因為中共對台灣的敵視，中共若要武力併吞台灣，不管你有沒有簽服貿協議都會打。幹麻先給台灣糖果吃，再併吞台灣？這兩件事情是沒有關係的。若是擔心以商逼政，那更是不用擔心。如果以後台灣人靠大陸吃香喝辣，有一天大陸說你不統一，我就將你打回原點，台灣人要骨氣或是要物質，那都是人民的決定，不是嗎？讓經濟問題回歸經濟問題吧，我們的企業需要全世界的市場，美國、歐洲、大陸.....這些都是市場。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.229.124

臉書揪團 8少年偷單車夜遊最小12歲

八名青少年利用臉書揪團夜遊，因沒有交通工具，聯手偷竊八輛自行車，浩浩蕩蕩騎到河濱公園玩耍嘻鬧，碰上員警盤查，少年作賊心虛，一哄而散，獨留十二歲的國中生當場被逮，警方從臉書反追出其他七名青少年到案，依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

八名青少年，只有黃姓男子剛滿十八歲，輟學等待當兵，其他為四名高中生和三名國中生，年紀最小僅十二歲，家長獲悉兒子偷車觸法，又氣又急趕到警局，大罵兒子太不聽話。

上周三凌晨五時許，北市中正二分局員警巡邏福和河濱公園時，發現十八歲黃姓男子與七名少年騎自行在公園內大聲嘻笑怒罵，員警上前盤查，青少年一哄而散，十二歲的林姓少年驚慌失措，來不及逃離被員警攔下，坦承偷車。

警方查出，黃姓男子因待役中，在家無聊，利用臉書揪團夜遊，馬上吸引住雙北市的七名國高中生參加，一夥人約在景美捷運站碰頭，因缺少交通工具，由蔡姓和潘姓少年下手，分別在捷運站旁和公館商圈周邊偷竊八部自行車，得手後，浩浩蕩蕩到河濱公園夜遊。

警方從臉書追查，順利將八名青少年全數查獲到案；七名國高中生也表示學校期末考結束，才參加臉書號召，偷車夜遊玩樂。

曾列為危橋的基隆市中正高架橋，原定本月十日限重廿五噸以下車輛出入卻遭駁回，昨天一輛卅五噸貨櫃車因過重翻覆，再次波及一旁住宅，受害住戶批評「這條路根本不該讓貨櫃車通行，問題百出」。

「這五年來已經第二次有貨車翻在我家後門，如果能限重，今天就不會發生意外了！」受害住戶許文杰表示，住在這裡廿八年來，每次聽到貨櫃車通過就提心吊膽，昨天上午十時許，恰好正在住家旁邊聊天的他，突然聽見轟然巨響，直覺又有貨櫃車翻覆了，果不其然發生意外。

他說，最扯的是整起意外如同五年前的車禍一般，整輛貨櫃車因太重過不了彎，直接躺在自家後門，若撞得再猛一點，可能整輛車直接栽進家中。許文杰痛罵，中正高架橋根本不該讓貨櫃車通行，讓鄰近住戶天天提心吊膽。

肇事的五十五歲陳姓駕駛尷尬地說，開了廿年的貨櫃車，第一次遇到這種狀況，應該是貨櫃太重才會惹禍，後續賠償一定會負責。

其實中正高架橋曾被列為「危橋」，當時就是因為「載重問題」，使中正高架橋橋梁出現剝落，七年前耗資一千兩百多萬補強大梁，並限重廿五噸以上貨櫃車不准進入，直到前年初才開放廿五噸以上車輛通車。

中正高架橋開放廿五噸以上車輛通車兩年，再度出現橋面板破損剝落，歷經中山陸橋崩塌事件後，工務處擔憂事件重演，近期再度提出「限重」要求，卻在上月廿七日的道安會報被其他單位反對，認為貨櫃車闖入市區將造成交通大亂。

市長張通榮認為，工務處當時耗資一千兩百多萬修繕，才開放幾年再度出現問題，將調查錢到底花到哪裡，若再度進行評估依舊有問題，將擇期決定擬定「限重」規定。

全國馬術協會障礙超越一一○公分以下積分排名全國第一的李怡萱，昨天下午在參加高雄市全國運動會馬術選手選拔賽時墜馬，遭馬壓傷，肝臟嚴重撕裂傷，大量出血，被送往高雄長庚急救，到院前昏迷指數只有三，緊急開刀仍未脫離險境。

馬絆倒、人摔落又遭到馬重壓

十六歲的李怡萱昨天下午在高雄市大樹區澳登堡馬術指導中心，參加高雄市全運會馬術選手選拔賽，騎馬跳躍障礙時馬蹄疑似絆到障礙竿，當場從馬背上摔下，整個人重摔在地，又被馬壓到，內出血嚴重。

四時卅分許，高市府消防局中庄分隊接獲勤務中心通報，救護人員火速趕往，救護人員抵達時李怡萱身穿格子襯衫、牛仔褲躺在馬場，母親在旁焦急萬分。

李怡萱肝臟嚴重撕裂大量出血

救護人員表示，李怡萱並沒有明顯外傷，但意識已經模糊，雖摸得到頸動脈，但呼吸微弱、臉白發紺，因氧氣不足，緊急供氧後，以長背板及頸圈固定，送往高雄長庚醫院。院方說，李怡萱來院前肝臟嚴重撕裂傷，因大量出血，昏迷指數三，晚上六時十五分轉送開刀房。

積分排名第一也贏得Ｄ級亞軍

根據全國馬術協會障礙超越一一○公分以下的積分排名，李怡萱現在是全國第一，五年前高雄市體育會馬術委員會成立時，舉辦「主委盃馬術障礙超越錦標賽」，當時廿六位菁英選手受邀出賽，只有十一歲的李怡萱是最年輕的選手，她也贏得Ｄ級亞軍，是相當被看好的未來之星。

高雄市馬術委員會總幹事呂正守表示，選拔賽有十名選手參加，將選四人代表高雄市參加全國運動會，場地及器材皆以國際賽事標準架設，並按照規定做好一切的防護措施，比賽選手也依規定穿戴防護馬帽、馬褲、馬靴及馬刺等裝備，且有中華民國馬術協會現任祕書長林增雄及前任理事長李政憲，擔任本次賽事的裁判，雖然現場沒有攝影，但場地及器材已可排除事故原因。

高雄市體育會理事長朱文慶表示，意外發生的過程還要進一步確定，但舉辦選拔賽都有辦理保險，將全力協助家屬。
