自今年3月兼併克里米亞半島以來，俄羅斯總統普丁今首度造訪當地，北大西洋公約組織秘書長拉斯穆森表示，普丁此行「不恰當」。

克里姆林宮新聞辦公室說，普丁（Vladimir Putin）是在莫斯科主持二次世界大戰勝利紀念日大閱兵後，飛往克里米亞。他將在克里米亞主持閱兵和其他紀念活動。今年也是俄國紅軍自納粹手中奪回克里米亞半島滿70周年。

西方領袖並不承認俄羅斯3月21日兼併克里米亞的舉動。正在愛沙尼亞首都塔林訪問的北約秘書長拉斯穆森（Anders Fogh Rasmussen）告訴記者：「我認為他（普丁）造訪克里米亞並不恰當。」

另一方面，美國白宮則警告，普丁造訪克里米亞半島，只會讓當地緊張情勢更加惡化。國安會發言人表示：「我們不承認普丁併吞克里米亞的非法之舉。普丁造訪克島，只會火上加油，讓情勢更緊繃。」

因逃漏稅遭定罪的義大利前總理貝魯斯柯尼（Silvio Berlusconi），今天首度前往阿茲海默病患照護中心展開，展開為期一年的社區服務。

現年77歲的億萬富豪貝魯斯柯尼，去年因逃漏稅遭定罪，失去參議員資格，但在義大利政界仍具影響力。法院下令老貝到米蘭郊區1家天主教會經營的阿茲海默病患照護中心做社區服務，每週1次，每次4小時，總共為期1年。

位在切薩諾博斯科內（Cesano Boscone）的照護中心表示，不會給予貝魯斯柯尼特殊待遇，也不會讓他利用這份工作來做政治宣傳，會像對其他工作人員一樣對待他。

在媒體搶拍老貝的同時，現場出現一位奇裝異服的抗議民眾，他認為曾當過3屆總理的貝魯斯柯尼，光做社區服務太便宜他了。應該把他關進附近的監獄才對。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
