王泉仁、李晶晶、李文儀三人官司終於落幕，王、李於2月簽字離婚；另李晶晶原視前主播李文儀為小三，表示握有她介入婚姻證據提出告訴，兩人在4月30日和解，但拒絕透露協議內容，也強調未來不再對外發表任何看法。

已故台塑創辦人王永慶長孫王泉仁、首都客運千金李晶晶於今年2月離婚，王曾控李家暴、偷竊，李反咬王和李文儀外遇，歷經兩年多纏訟終和平落幕，兩人在2月撤回告訴並簽字離婚。而先前李晶晶表示握有前夫與李文儀外遇證據，向她求償200萬元，日前還要求法官調閱李文儀出境紀錄以此佐證。

該案昨（30日）開庭，雙方均委託律師出庭，協議過後達成共識，李晶晶、李文儀也發表共同聲明，表示：「和解內容保密，不再對外說明。對於本事件，雙方不會再做任何回應，且願意給予彼此最大的祝福。」

今年4月初第一次自由行選擇了京阪賞櫻，在背包客棧上做了許多功課，也感謝許多前輩的回覆。
我要來說說去購票排隊遇到的真實情況
一到關西機場就有2個同機的妹妹狂奔，那時就對老公說應該是要去jr綠櫃檯（後面暫稱jr綠）購票怕排隊太長吧！果然當我到jr綠排隊時就看到這2位排在那了，大約過了5分我後面已經多了十幾位各國的人在排隊，這時看到了5、6位男男女女的人進來將護照交給2女（這時心想一起代購車票不為過，反正有派人排隊），那知2女的朋友群中又派出了1女直接從排隊路線插入到2女的位置變成3女（這時我心情就有點不爽，看了看持護照是台灣，瞬間感到丟臉，不是說台灣人一定怎樣，而是剛好看到），輪到3女時還1人去1個窗口，真是讓我感到更抓狂（雖然也有排我前面的韓國人叫1個朋友插入，但她們是一個起在1個窗口受理），但人在國外我在當下不敢說什麼，也或許是我想法太嚴格，但我真覺得大家都想趕最近這班車，但你們原本排2人頂多能只去2個窗口，怎麼能佔了3個窗口（有去買過的人應該知道現場也頂多5或6個窗口而已），日本工作人員是太有禮貌不好意思說什麼，但我真心覺得這舉動不好，在這貼出來，請日後有要那麽做的人請3思。

第一個小孩出生不到幾個小時，法國跑車Tony Parker回到場上，攻下23分，馬刺全場一路領先，109比 103擊敗小牛，拿下系列賽第三勝。

Manu Ginobili拿下19 分，Tiago Splitter 17分12籃板，Tim Duncan  16 分12籃板，Kawhi Leonard也拿到15分。

小牛表現最好的還是Vince Carter，全場16投10中，攻得28分。

前 4場比賽，平均得分只有16分的Dirk Nowitzki，這場比賽總算找到準星，20投10中的表現，拿下26分，他的狀況回來了，卻無法幫助球隊贏球。

終場前3分鐘左右，Vince Carter的三分球，讓小牛追到94比98，不過在1分鐘之後，Tony Parker也射進全場唯一的一記三分球，將勝利掌握在手上。

（中央社記者曾依璇巴黎30日專電）歐洲聯盟今天表示，對台灣執行5人死刑感到遺憾，呼籲台灣依照國際專家去年3月針對台灣首份人權報告做的建議，暫停執行死刑。

歐盟外交事務及安全政策高級代表艾希頓（Catherine Ashton）於30日晚間發布聲明說，她對台灣對5人執行死刑感到遺憾。

艾希頓說，她理解受害者的痛苦，也向受害者家屬表達真切同情。

但她也說，死刑永遠不能合理化，歐盟在任何情況下都反對死刑，並呼籲完全廢除死刑。

艾希頓呼籲台灣當局，依照2013年3月國際專家們針對台灣首度提出的人權報告建議，立刻暫停執行死刑。

法務部於29日晚間槍決戴文慶、杜明雄、杜明郎、劉炎國、鄧國樑等5人。1030501

台鐵一列655次莒光號新竹站傳出起火，台鐵表示，主要是第5車配電盤短路，導致冒煙，但並未起火，車長已立即疏散旅客及緊急處理，並由新竹站負責摘解第5車；部份旅客轉搭2127次（楊梅-斗六區間車），其他旅客搭原車，655次新竹站晚52分開車。（李姿慧／台北報導）

反核團體日前連番攻占忠孝西路、忠孝東路，昨天又傳出有網友發起占領捷運、癱瘓北市交通，引發社會熱烈討論。文化部長龍應台上午接受媒體詢問時強調，不相信占領是公民社會樂見的事情，也不希望占領捷運的事情發生。

龍應台說，對抗威權體制和對抗一個已經民主制度的體制是不一樣的，台灣已經有民主的體制，民眾有選舉權，也可以參與公聽會、罷免，民主社會應該要更多溝通，也要給彼此更多尊重。

對於目前社會的紛爭，她強調政府應該要加深跟公民的溝通，在公民社會裡應該更體貼跟你不同意見的人，或是不說話的人。

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）30日結束貨幣決策會議後表示，隨著消費者支出擴增，美國經濟正重拾動能，並宣布每月購債規模進一步縮減100億美元。

Fed決策委員會聯邦公開市場操作委員會（FOMC）在美國當地時間30日下午2時（台北時間5月1日凌晨2時）公布會後聲明指出，美國經濟正逐漸走出先前遭嚴冬衝擊的陰影，重拾動能。

FOMC聲明：「經濟景氣繼先前大幅趨緩後，最近已回升。家庭支出似乎正加速攀升。」

因此，FOMC決定，每月收購美國公債與抵押擔保證券（MBS）的規模進一步降到450億美元，是連續第四次以每月減少100億美元的步調，縮減這項量化寬鬆（QE）計畫。

FOMC並且重申，未來還可能持續以這種「循序漸進」的步調縮減刺激措施。

這是Fed主席葉倫上任以來，第二次主持FOMC會議。但這次會後並未安排記者會。

往後就不再提供這二種速率頻寬來申請了

另外光世代100M/40M(包含未來100M/20M自動升速為100M/40M)的費用則會由現行提供的1199元降到1029元

其餘速率費用上並沒有一起改變

不過後續還是可以等到中華官網公告出來後所推出的優惠方案內容情況再來確認會比較準確些
