請推薦交通方便之雪梨住宿地點

請問大家，我們將於9月帶一3歲小孩到雪梨自助，希望找
1、交通方便，步行可抵達大景點，如雪梨歌劇院或中國城等等
2、前往機場方便
3、價格不要超過台幣4000
4、房間有網路更好

我考慮ibis sydney world square&Travelodge hotel sydney，
請問有沒有什麼建議或有其他推薦呢?
