FOXY、Honey都不能使用 求解..

如題,我的Foxy已經有一陣子不能使用了,開了都是呈現藍色的燈
我把全部的防毒軟體解除安裝還是不行,防火牆也關了
後來我想到有Honey,但是發現也是不能用
都是收尋很久都沒有東西

是我電腦的問題嘛?還是其他的問題
求大大給個解答...
習慣用來下載的程式不能用
真的讓我很崩潰 T^T

求解...
沒有比Foxy還好用的程式了 ><
