保險單審視期簽回書並非本人簽名-20點

我保的是國泰人壽,個人想保留此份保險，但擔心下面問題

1.如經保險公司發現,保險公司是否可能提出保單無效之訴拒賠?
(目前尚未有理賠紀錄)

2.此份審視期簽回書是否可利用補簽方式(已過兩年了)或是否有其他方式解決?

3.此簽名由保險業務員仿冒,是否會有偽造文書的法律問題?
該員可能會遭公司如何懲處?

今天致電給業務員，他告知只要我說簽名是我簽的
公司就不能提出保單無效之訴，真的有這種道理嗎?

還有他告知能夠以補簽或修正簽名方式更正，真的有這種規定嗎?

該員即將退休，而且又是認識的長者，我其實不想將事鬧大
若該員提出私下解決,若我同意,是否有哪些法律問題須注意?
